She had great communication the whole time and made me feel comfortable Cooper was cared for. As difficult as Cooper can be to handle she was able to do it. “Luna can be a bit funny with new people, being pretty anxious and not wanting to be petted. Hannah was patient with Luna, adjusting as needed to try to keep Luna as comfortable and less stressed as possible. Eventually, Luna calmed down and was sleeping in the bed with Hannah and allowing pets, which means she was finally comfortable with Hannah. The daily updates with pictures gave me peace of mind while I was away from my pup, too! I will for sure use Hannah again for future dogsitting needs!”
