How I care for your pet depends on what you and your pet need. I can easily crate your pet if you choose. I give all the snuggles and playtime they want or you ask for. I follow the feeding schedule and terms you choose and prioritize potty breaks. I'll take them for walks however often you ask for, as well.

A typical day
I love to take pups on walks around the River Arts District walking path that connects to the French Broad River Park, and around the walking path at Fletcher Park. In Weaverville, my pup loved the Weaverville Park.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and ages since I was a small child. I am the daughter of a dog trainer and handler in dog shows. With years of experience with small through giant size breeds, I'm able to care for your pet well. I was a professional pet sitter for 5 years in Greenville SC, took a break while I traveled the nation, and am back at it in the Asheville area! I have experience administering oral and injectable medications, animal (and human) first aid, puppies, and elderly dogs with CCM. My late pup, Soju, had liver cancer throughout his last 2 years of life, and I had to cook and formulate a special diet for him. I found him alone in an alley at 24 hours old, and dropper/bottle-fed him around the clock for several weeks. Through this experience, I am confident I can provide quality care for special needs pets as well.

Mandolyn is a fantastic house/dogsitter!!!! I seriously can't recommend her strongly enough. She took excellent care of my three Pomeranians and my place while I was overseas for a week. She's a really good communicator and honestly went above and beyond what I expected by attempting to take the poms on adventures, even though she was watching them during that crazy hail/thunderstorm/tornado super cell week. I've already booked her services for my next trip in June! Thank you for being awesome Mandolyn!
Mandolyn provided excellent care for my cat and for the house. She is very conscientious and clean and a wonderful person.
Mandolyn was absolutely amazing with our two German shepherds. It's nice not to have to worry about what's going on when you're leaving your dogs to someone else's care, and we didn't give it a second thought while we were gone. Mandolyn inspired confidence that they were loved on, cared for in a responsible way - all while following the instructions or specifics we laid out. 10/10, A+++, hope to use again!
