We got photos throughout her stay of all the play sessions, cuddles and walks Bernie enjoyed- which assured us he was not only well taken care of, but having a great time. Megan is also an all around great human. When our original wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene and we couldn't get in contact with anyone, Megan came to our house to make sure we didn't still need a sitter. I have a severe food allergy that requires we don't bring gluten in the house, and she was respectful and cognizant throughout her stay. I’m blown away by how Levon immediately knew exactly how to handle and communicate with Melvin—my guy is definitely a tough case with major anxiety and leash reactivity (which means 62 lbs jerking at your arm when our passing-trigger protocol fails to keep him calm), and Levon is literally the one and only person I feel comfortable handing the leash to as of right now. I was finally able to take a three-day trip without Melvin over Thanksgiving because of Levon—I hadn’t been able to do that since adopting him because he’s such a handful and has some special needs—and I was actually able to enjoy myself without worrying about Melvin! For him it was just a great visit with his buddy who took him for awesome outings to walk and hike, and quality time at the house where he received lots of love and attention. Melvin and I are so grateful to have Levon as our go-to now for when I want to schedule trips, and also as someone who can bring him out on adventures for extra exercise and stimulation!”

Oh I have been looking high and low since moving to Asheville for someone reliable like Madison. She was amazing with our two boxer dogs, one of which is higher anxiety and energy. She was great with communicating and sending pictures. We felt so at ease being away with Madison caring for our two pups.

We cannot say enough good things about Hayley’s excellent care of our dog. She clearly has extensive experience with big dogs and our dog liked her instantly. She showed incredible sensitivity to his tendency to be a « Velcro » Doberman. He was obviously happy and comfortable in her care and we had peace of mind in our trip knowing he was in such capable hands. We will contact her first to keep him every time we travel.
I have a really hard time going on any trips/vacations that I can’t bring my dog on, but Alema’s updates and photos put me at ease knowing Scout was being well cared for. We came home to a happy dog and clean apartment. I think I’ll be planning future vacations around Alema’s availability! Lol
