1. Hayley S.
“Hayley house and pet sat my two kitties while I was away for my annual Summer vacation. One of my cats is lovably obnoxious (he gets into the pantry, garbage, medicine cabinet, he will still and eat any food left out or on your plate, he will try to sneak outside, etc) if you're not careful, so he is a bit more of a high maintenance little monster, and Hayley managed him with flying colors! She sent text and photo updates on a daily basis. I could tell from the photos she sent and the descriptions she gave that they were very comfortable with her (the other cat is a bit of a nervous nelly and doesn't warm up right away). I came home to a clean home and happy cats. Hayley was communicative leading up to and during her pet sitting stint, dependable, responsible, and overall just a lovely person! I will reach out to her again for future pet sitting needs, and I would highly recommend her for any of yours!”
2. Allie G.
“Allie was great with our pups. They were safe, had fun, and loved on while we were away. Allie provided daily updates and responded promptly if we reached out.”
3. Sara W.
“The creatures all looked happy and healthy, and the house was cleaner than it was when I left it. I appreciated the regular updates, too. Thank you!”
4. Megan K.
“I could not have asked for a more caring and loving individual to watch my two darling Shih Tzus when I was away. On the meet and greet, Megan took meticulous notes and it was clear how much she loves animals. While I was away, she sent many notes and photos. Her questions showed me how well-cared for my babies were and I could rest easy knowing that Megan was there. I feel so lucky to have found her! Not only did she take excellent care of Moxie and Tonks, but she left my apartment better than she found it! Amazing!”
5. Elizabeth B.
“Elizabeth was great! She came to the house to meet the animals before we left for vacation to make sure we felt comfortable. She’s a great communicator and we got multiple pictures updates everyday we were away!”
6. Hannah M.
“Hannah is amazing. My very finicky pup fell in love with her instantly. We were so happy that Bandit was left in the care of such a loving and attentive sitter.”
7. Anna K.
“Anna communicated very well with us and kept us informed about Lucie. No problems were encountered, and she took great care of Lucie. We will ask Anna to sit for us on future trips.”
8. Megan W.
“Megan and John did an amazing job watching our house and our two young cats and senior dog this past weekend! They sent us consistent updates and went above and beyond in their care for the house. We have a few distinct personalities and physical needs between our three pets, but Megan and Josh earned the trust and friendship of each of them - in record time for strangers! 😊 Finding the right people to watch our pets has been a big stressor for us in the past, but we’ve found the dream team for our pack! We look forward to inviting them back in the future. Thank you Josh and Megan for giving us the peace of mind that allowed us to stay present during our time away! 🩷🙏🏽🐾”
9. Julie G.
“Julie was amazing! She was so fantastic with our dogs and sent us updates while we were away. She was flexible with our last minute change in schedule and even offered to pick us up from the airport. When we got home the dogs were well taken care of and the house was spotless. We look forward to using her services again soon.”
10. Kaley M.
“Kaley was wonderful! I have a VERY shy and anxious pup, and Kaley was patient and kind while also dealing with my (ahem, frequent 🤣) check ins. She was the first Rover sitter we have ever used and I would gladly hire her again! My house was left spotless and it was so nice knowing my girl was so well taken care of!”
11. Daniele M.
“Our pups are usually a little shy at first, but not with Daniele, they went right up with wagging tails and were in love immediately. With outdoor adventures and plenty of treats, I don't think they even noticed we were gone! We'll definitely be asking Daniele to sit for our pups again.”
12. Amy-Elizabeth Z.
“Amy is always up for anything you need done and quick to stay in touch! She's once again saved our weekend, and extra props for doing so during Helene and having to work our generator. Thank you so much Amy, would be a missed opportunity to not book you ❤️”
13. Grace A.
“Grace is the most sweet and understanding sitter we’ve ever had. She usually watches all 4 of our babies for us over the holidays and takes care of them like we would. She always sends us pictures and updates and all our pets continue to look for her even after she leaves.”
14. Elizabeth M.
“Elizabeth was a joy to work with. We hired her again before the first sit was even complete! She took fabulous care of our dog and two cats and kept us updated along the way.”
15. Amy J.
“Amy was great with my three dogs. I loved that she sent pictures and communicated daily. I will definitely have her watch my pups again. Thanks Amy!”
16. Isabella M.
“Bella is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I've ever met - and one of the biggest animal lovers! If you need someone who is not only going to take care of your pet, but who will also love them like her own, she's your girl.”
17. Nora E.
“I can't recommend Nora enough. From beginning to end, she was lovely to work with. She immediately put us at ease. You could tell she was natural with dogs. Olive is a people person, but she took to Nora immediately. She communicated with us throughout our time away and sent sweet photos and pictures that assured us Olive was in good hands. Our house was spotless when we returned home. We will use Nora again!”
18. Madison C.
“I selected Madison from among several options on Rover to house-sit my two sweet yet large & demanding dogs, based on a “vibe” I got from her profile. That vibe was one of a person who puts the well-being & happiness of pets first. This proved very accurate with minutes of meeting Madison. I left town with the confidence that everyone wants around their stand-in pet care: 100%. The boys warmed up to Madison fast. And she even braved a few walks with my Plott hound, Moose, who is capable of yanking an adult man off their feet and dragging them like a horse (this happened to me once when he identified a bear on a nearby hillside; I hung on to avoid a dog-bear fight). Madison was super sweet and always responsive. A very pawsitive-minded gal. I received daily photo updates of the boys, one of which was Moose with reindeer antlers on xmas day, so cute. I would easily hire Madison again. It’s a relief to have someone you can trust when you out of town, especially when you have difficult pup to look out for.”
19. Chelsea N.
“Chelsea was an absolutely perfect dog sitter for Ace! She took excellent care of him while we were away and provided us daily updates to keep us in the loop. Chelsea was so attentive and asked all of the right questions to ensure she kept Ace’s routine in our absence. We feel so much more confident traveling, knowing that whenever we go out of town, Chelsea will be taking care of Ace. Thank you so much!”
20. Melissa L.
“Melissa did an amazing job with our 3 kitties! The cats were happy and healthy when we returned. I would highly recommend her to future clients :)”
