“Alana did a great job taking care of our two cats and dog. She kept us updated and I felt like I never had to worry about our pets while we were traveling. Our older cat needs medication and she did a great job administering it and making sure he was taken care of. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Sara was so welcoming to Tashi. She took him for walks and let him nap on the couch. He stayed 2 nights while we hiked in Zion. He was happy and refreshed when we picked him up. I highly recommend Sara and using this service if you are exploring the National Parks that do not allow dogs on trails.”

“Darby is fantastic. She truly made our Mishka feel happy and loved. Its so important to see our dogs demeanor after time away and Mishka always looks content and well taken care of. Thank you Darby!”

“Laura is wonderful. I feel confident leaving my pup in her care. She keeps me up to date with pictures and any happenings while I’m gone. The best compliment I can give is that when I leave Zoey with her I am completely at ease that she is loved and well cared for while I’m away.”

“We have had a wonderful experience with Giuliana! She was patient, understanding, and did an amazing job caring for our dog, who has some behavioral challenges. We would absolutely recommend her and look forward to working with her again!”

About: I started working in boarding kennels straight out of high school 13 years ago. I did that until I got into dog grooming 6 years ago. I’m looking to get back into the passion of caring for all sorts of dogs not just cutting their hair now that I’m home full time. I have experience in administering medication, and any special dietary needs. I have a two year old daughter, Laeton. She’s in daycare during the week periodically & My availability is pretty flexible. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies soon 🤗🥰🐶🐾 I am a stay at home mom, looking to make some extra money, i have stepped out of working a full time job to be home with my two year old daughter because daycare is unfortunately unreliable so , I'm home about 80 percent of the time. I will feed / water them twice a day walks 4x a day. I have a field beside my house , I live in the country. I am also available to pick up dogs and take them on walks , I’m all about taking pictures so I’ll definitely blow your phone up with pictures while your baby is in my care.
“Constance was an excellent house sitter and friend to my sweet Quincy while I was away. She provided daily updates and pictures. She left my apartment cleaner than when I left. Thank you Constance for your care and attention! Quincy had a great time with you!”

“JC was wonderful with our dogs and a fantastic house guest! She was very timely and easy to communicate with. We needed her last minute and she made a meet and greet happen before hand. I loved receiving daily pictures and videos of my dogs playing and snuggling with her. Would highly recommend her!”

“Absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend Callie. She took pictures of our pups, she stayed the entire time and the house was as clean as when we left. So grateful that we found Callie.”

About: I have been looking after animals my entire life. I watched pets for neighbors growing up, walking, feeding and administering medicine. I have looked after dogs and cats for friends whenever they go out of town. I currently work weekday mornings, and two days a week I also work afternoons. My morning shifts are 6 hours, so I will have time to check on your fur babies early in the morning, and again around 2pm most days, or until 6pm the other two days. I’m free all day saturdays and sundays! I will follow whatever instructions you leave for me regarding how you’d like me to care for your pet while you’re away. I can administer medicine if necessary, and will give lots of love no matter what!
“Susan was a very organized and competent sitter. We could feel her keen interest in meeting our requests and needs while we were away. We received daily updates and great pictures as well as a very clean home upon return. We have already planned another get away.”

“Sasha kept us updated regularly while away - letting us know home and pets were fine; letting us have a relaxed trip away. House was clean and all in place when we got home and pets all happy and healthy.”

About: Cats just seem to know I’m “one of their people.” 🐾 I’ve spent years caring for cats of all ages and temperaments — from playful kittens to wise seniors. I’m patient, gentle, and tuned in to their needs, whether that’s playtime, quiet company, or a little extra care. I’m also comfortable with the not-so-glamorous side of cat care: deep-cleaning litter boxes, keeping food and water fresh, and making sure meds are given on time. My goal is always to create a stress-free, cozy environment so your cat feels safe and happy while you’re away. I work part-time with kids and in a coffee shop, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. If I can be trusted with little ones, you can feel confident I’ll give your furry (or feathered!) baby the same love, patience, and attention. I make time every day to ensure pets feel safe, cared for, and happy — just like family. Whether I’m in my home or yours, my top priority is always your pet’s safety and comfort. I always ask about your safety policies, routines, and preferences so I can follow them closely — from feeding schedules to favorite toys and safe walking routes. Every pet is unique, so I make sure their care is tailored to their needs while keeping their environment secure and stress-free.

Clyde pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was the first time we used Rover in Waynesville. We were very pleased with our experience with Sheridan. She was prompt with her visits, communicated well sending messages and pictures and she played outside with boys giving them the attention they needed. At our meet and greet she took notes and we could tell he was a very caring and responsible person. He will definitely book with Sheridan again.
