Laura sent us pictures and videos almost every hour, so we could see how our pup was doing. She is fast to respond and very friendly. Plan to re-book again with Laura. It's not just a daycare but also a great socialization with other dogs for our pup. Thank you, Laura!”

About: I grew up with two dogs and learned how to train one when I was in middle school. I fostered different dogs and puppies for over a year through a foster based rescue before I adopted my own rescue dog, Hallie, and moved to Asheville in April 2022. I currently work part time and enjoy getting outside to walk and hike with dogs as much as possible. My schedule allows me to be relatively flexible based you and your pets needs! When caring for a pet in their owners home, I will follow your instructions by typically sit with the pet play, fetch, etc. take them on regular walks. When caring for a pet in my own home, I will do the same. I may also do some work on my computer with brakes every 2 to 4 hours to walk them outside my apartment complex has a lot of neat church trails and a fenced dog park for them to play in off-leash.

About: Huge animal lover. Enjoy getting outside and taking the pets everywhere with me. Patient, willing to work with and treat train if needed! I’ve had pets my whole life and loved every one like they were family. I have a degree in wildlife management and currently work in an animal care facility. I have two cats, one is 12 year old female tabby, the other is a 10 year old tuxedo male, they are my whole world. I adopted a puppy from Hope rescue and we are absolute best friends. Her name is Fern and she is your typical very happy and curious puppy. We also have 6 chickens that are in a separate run next to the backyard. I love any and all animals but will need to be sure they are ok with cats. Your pet will be treated like my family as I treat my pets. I am open minded and very loving towards animals. Thank you for considering me! I have two full days off to cater to animals and evenings after work for most others. We would enjoy the outdoors, have a lot of enrichment time both mentally and physically, and a ton of affection. MUST BE comfortable in a large crate ONLY while I am at work (9-5) to be fair to my two older house cats. I will put “dog TV” on for them and there is water bowl attached in cage. I also have enrichment treats like peanut butter lick mats etc. As soon as I am home we will play. I have a fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood. I live 8 minutes from the park in Canton. We have lots of enrichment toys and treats!
