About: I have spent lots of time taking care of and being with dogs since having my own dog in 3rd grade, as well as countless cats my family had grownup. I have had my own dog Bruce for the last 3 and a half years and am thrilled to use my extra time helping watch dogs who need it. I have been pet sitting for family and friends over the last few years and would love the chance to take care of your furry family. I work in the public school system, so I have lots of availability over the Summer. Let me know what you need and we can find something that works! I have a fenced back yard with lots of space to play and behind my yard is a large park in which to walk and play. I love going for walks, playing fetch, taking jogs together, and giving lots of pets! My schedule is variable, but currently have lots of time as I work as an educator and am off for the summer! Please share times that are best for you and we can make it work. I have a large, fully fenced, back yard which borders a park. My own doggo loves to play outside, lay in the sun, chase the squirrels on the fence, and talk with dogs that walk through the park.

About: I grew up with dogs in the house, always loved spending time with my friends dogs and cuddling with my own. My childhood dog Lucy I helped take care of until she passed at 13. I currently help care for my 10-year-old family husky that has hip problems. I love hyper puppies and tiring them out with play. I'm good with stressful situations. Due to my past caregiving jobs I am used to sorting and administering medicine, and with my own husky i'm used to giving dogs medication. I am occasionally working for a family friend for caregiving, but its usually maybe 5 times a week, so pet sitting will be no problem. I like things clean so I will make sure to put toys where they go and tidy around the house while I'm there. I like grooming dogs, seeing as I have a husky I am no stranger to a lot of fur, as well as cleaning up after grooming.

About: I believe my 2 years in vet med has provided me exceptional knowledge in order to provide the best care for your pets. I practice everyday at work to notice even the smallest of changes in my patients. I, of course, am always making sure they’re comfortable and am always advocating for them! I also would be more than to happy to provide some play time, administer any meds or any other special routines! Similar to when I’m at work, I provide care for my own pets at home. Making sure they have food, water, clean bedding, and making sure they’re comfortable are extremely important to me! About: Dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, rodents, farm animals. Experienced taking care of a large number of animals. Ran a homestead for three years with small livestock and have assisted other farms with their animals. I started my pet care with fish when I was ten. I adopted my first couple of cat companions fifteen years ago. My grandmother's old dog joined our family after she passed away until she joined her a few years later. I have a lot of experience training cats although I've haven't yet paid for a certification. My cats learn to play hunt before meals, high five, sit, come when called, etc. Our family currently includes two older male cats. Phobos is our most recent addition. An approximately eight year old stray at deaths door step. Fleas, eye infection, malnutrition, teeth rotting (only two didn't have to be pulled), and hiding in a corner in his own pee. Within a few short months he became a healthy, vibrant, well trained partner always looking for loves. I'm a school bus driver which leaves me with some open time in the middle of the day on school days and addition time on non-school days. With time in the middle of the day when I work I can often service two separate areas. North Portland and out near Gresham. I look forward to giving your furry family lots of attention and care. I'll pay close attention to your care requirements as every animal has different needs and desires. You can count on pictures to set your mind at ease.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child, whether my own or checking in on friend's pets. Many of my friends and family have relied on me as they have trusted I would take meticulous care of their fur babies and make them feel comfortable and loved. I'm comfortable handling senior care as well as puppies and kittens and am happy to follow directions for any special care needed, including administering oral medications. I just retired from Nursing in October 23 and moved to my kids place, lower house half, in Gresham. I take care of their 2 year old Blue Heeler... Bluebell. Since I myself, being a jogger these past 40 years, need daily movement and fresh air, my kids introduced me to "Rover". I love animals! What a better way to spend my free time by taking great care of animals, having a purpose and doing what I love the most! At the moment, I have almost all the time in the world! I have a large, fenced in backyard. Bluebell, the Blue Heeler would love a companion to play with. I can also easily take a crate if you prefer. About: While growing up I have always had a dog in the home. I’m a huge dog lover and don’t know what I would do if I did not have a dog in my life. I remember when my parents let me chose our next dog when I was young. I chose a sheltie and named him Arrow. The reason for the name Arrow was when I went to pick him up I noticed in his fur on the back of his head was an arrow. I loved taking care of Arrow and we had a special bond! I loved taking him on walks and he loved chasing me around the house. When I turned 15 I started to take care of one of my neighbors cats and fish when they went on vacations. After completing one summer, I started taking care of their cats and fish for the next eight years before I moved out. Once the rest of my neighbors found out I was known in the neighborhood for taking care of my neighbors dogs and cats when they were on vacations! I have also taken care of many of my coworkers cats and dogs as well. So rest assured your pet will be in good hands while you are on vacation. It will be one less stress to worry about. I currently work full time, however work three 12 hours shifts. I’m currently off Friday-Monday. So I’m available for the weekends, so perfect for anyone wanting to do a weekend getaway! I do work graveyard so I’m available anytime after 2pm on Fridays. However, if you need to drop of earlier just communicate so I can plan ahead. My girlfriend and I live in a townhouse. I don’t have a fenced backyard. However, have a small backyard that is used for potty breaks. It does have a small area of grass turf (fake grass). The good news we live in Fairview in the Fairview Terrace community. We have a very large area for dogs. So your dog will have lots of playtime in the grassy area. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for walking your dog as well. The community is fenced and a gated community as well. Our community is very dog friendly and many pet owners. We also have a micro mini Golden doodle. So your dog will have a playmate as well. We can also send photos of your pet to you while on vacation to help with the separation. I know when I go on vacation I have a hard time leaving my fur baby behind. For me, getting photos of my fur baby made the vacation a little easier!

My special skills include turning scaredy-cats into cuddlebugs (ask my former feral), delivering stellar belly rubs, and walking dogs with both enthusiasm and extra poop bags in hand. I run my own residential cleaning business, so I do have some flexibility in my daily schedule. I'm available for morning drop-ins or walks before I start my weekday cleans. I'm usually done with my cleans around mid afternoon. While I'm not able to board pets in my own home, I'm happy to care for your pets in the comfort of theirs. I offer drop-in visits to check on your pets, walk your dogs, refresh food and water, clean litter boxes, and provide whatever level of snuggles (of dignified distance) your pet prefers. I'll do everything I can to make their time without you as calm, cozy, and routine as possible.

About: I just joined, I’ve worked in Veterinary medicine for 15 years which includes Kennel/Veterinary Assistant in a general practice ,Emergency Veterinary Medicine for almost 5 years now. I am most recently since moving out west in the ER/ICU at a Veterinary Speciality. I moved from Maine in the summer of 2024 to explore more of the outdoors and meet new people. I’ve had on and off experience over many years of pet sitting mostly for my veterinary co workers pets in their homes (multiple cats, multiple dogs and sometimes a combination of both). I would love to have healthy fun experiences with your pets on their normal day and maybe learn something new from each of them. I work full time Thurs-Saturday I’m available for Walks, Daycare and Drop ins. I have no Daycare friends at this time so I am more available for drops in or walks. I have a very friendly Labrador retriever that is so easy to get along with and has always been exposed to many different types of dogs with so many different personalities I have done well to keep his social experiences positive. I also have a cat that I’ve had for 15 years gosh I can’t even begin to explain all the memories. I recently just adopted a kitten who is adjusting so well. About: I live by a big park and go for walks there often. I often have my daughters dog here and he is fine around other dogs. We sometimes go with friends in a group to walk the dogs. I work from home and have plenty of time. I can bring the dogs to appointments if needed. My rear car seat can go down to make room for the dogs. I’ve cared for three dogs at a time in the past and it worked out great. I can also make sure the dogs stay on a special diet if needed. I have two cats that are usually upstairs asleep. I feed the cats twice a day in the upstairs bathroom with the door closed so no dog can get to their food. I’m home most mornings and all afternoons so I have plenty of time to take care of dogs. If I go somewhere for more than 3 hours I have my daughter come and watch them. I take them for walks and pay extra attention to them so they don’t get too homesick. I can do house visits if it’s not too far.

About: I got my first dog sitting job when I was 5, it was my neighbors dog and I've loved doing it since. I have since home sat, many dogs of all different breeds, ages, and size. I have a 1 year old English mastiff, and grew up with two big dogs as a kid. I'm good with training and working with puppies, and older dogs who need medicine and extra care. I am a stay at home mom, and nanny to my sisters, I also am a home health aid for a disabled 5 year old. So I have plenty of time to love your fur babies and give them all of my attention! I am avaliable for boarding 24/7. I have a very large yard with a tall fence, I have a one year old English mastiff, and a 4 year old daughter to keep your fur baby plenty occupied! I can crate your dog if you would like with a provided crate as I do not have any. We free feed our animals but we can schedule feed if that is what you do! I am very open to making accommodations and changes to make your fur baby feel safe and happy. I am a stay at home mom to a 5 year old, so I am home all the time to take care of your babies. We play out side, and we snuggle. I treat your babies like they are my own. I have two very hyper, loving dogs who love to play in their giant yard! I can crate your baby if you prefer, but they all get to roam the house, and sleep in beds with humans!
