About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had family dogs growing up and had a dog of my own in my early twenties, so caring for them has always been a part of my life. Around 2020, friends and coworkers started asking me to house sit while they traveled, and that’s when I realized how much I genuinely enjoy caring for other people’s homes and especially thier pets. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities... from tiny Chihuahuas and miniature Poodles to Huskies, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans. I’ve also spent some time with cats, hamsters, bunnies, and lizards. Unfortunately I have retired for caring for cats due to allergies. I know that every dog is different. Some want to play nonstop, some love long walks, and others just want someone cuddles. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’ve even helped reinforce basic training, taught a few fun tricks, and worked on some very simple behavioral habits when owners have appreciated. I believe consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement go a long way. When your dog is with me, they’ll be treated like my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your best friend is getting plenty of attention, exercise, affection, care until you’re back home. I’m currently a surgical technology student, and my classes are scheduled in the mornings, which means I’m available most afternoons and evenings for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and quality time with your pets. Trusting someone with your animal is a huge deal. I am big on personal integrity and respect. I know every pet is different, so I like to stick as closely as possible to the routine they’re already used to. Whether that means long walks, playtime in the yard, keeping up with feeding schedules, or just hanging out on the couch together, I’m happy to do whatever helps them feel comfortable while you’re away. Safety is always my biggest priority. I’m especially careful on walks, pay attention to each dog’s personality and body language. This means, my phone is away… unless I sneak a really cute picture of your pup. I also know how important it is to trust the person staying in your home, so I’ll treat your space with respect and leave it just the way I found it. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos because I know I’d want the same if someone was watching my dog. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away worry free.

About: Dedicated Certified Dog Trainer and Pet First Aid/CPR Instructor with over 30 years experience caring for a variety of pets for family, friend's, and coworkers. I also have over 4 years experience working in high-volume doggie daycare, boarding, and training environment. I'm experienced in working with dogs of different breeds, ages, sizes (XS-XXL), and temperaments. I am also experienced in caring for cats, rats, guinea pigs, and bunnies. The pets in my care will be treated like my own and receive top-tier care. I work from home, so your pet won't be left alone or crated all day. I am insured, licensed, and certified in dog training and care. I have a fully fenced backyard (6ft tall vinyl fencing), baby gates, and x-pens to keep dogs out of unwanted areas or keep dogs separated. I enjoy capturing pictures and videos of the pets in my care doing various activities and am willing to send you updates throughout their stay. I'm starting my own in home pet care and am home with your pets 24/7. Everyday the pets in my care are let out for a potty break upon arrival or in the morning, before coming back into their separate spaces to have breakfast (if boarding or parent's brought breakfast). About an hour (time to let their food settle) after breakfast we go out for another supervised potty break, depending on the weather we'll stay outside and engage in some supervised play or come inside and do some enrichment activities before enjoying some down time to relax and reset. If you have requested a lunch for your pet, I'll provide a safe and quiet space for you pet to enjoy some lunch between 12pm-1pm. After letting their lunch settle( between 1pm-2pm) we'll go back out for a supervised potty break and some more supervised playtime, enrichment, or go for a walk in the neighborhood. I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood. I have 2 pet friendly dogs of my own, a husband, and a 16 year old son. I am licensed, insured, and certified in dog training and care. My backyard is fully fenced (6ft tall) with security cameras all around the outside. I also have baby gates and x-pens to keep pets separated if needed. I have poop scoops and a bucket for quick and easy clean up, pet safe/vet approved sanitizer to keep things clean/sanitized, pet first aid supplies, toys, enrichment/training equipment, a dog run, kennels, water bowls, a sandbox for digging in, swimming pools/sprinklers and air condtioning for hot days, and plan to add more outdoor equipment for a more fun and enriching time. Your pets will be treated like one of my own.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats and even birds/reptiles of both friends and family before. I use to work in the pet field and have a love of all animals. Ive owned animals of many kinds. I did also train for a short time as both a dog and cat groomer. I have owned and cared for special needs, senior and young animals too. I also have some experience with administering medicines to both cats and dogs. I am currently working part time as a security officer and don't have a set schedule so i have alot of free time to spend with your pups or kits. I can offer several hours a day of enrichment and am willing to travel to please your puppies or kitties. I love outdoor adventures or just sitting at home one the couch cuddling if that what you and your pets prefer. I will care for your dogs in your home as you would like. If your dog has a set schedule and routine, i have no issues with following this. Same for your feline friends. I have no issues following your instructions as written and will do my best to make it a fun and positive experience for both you and your pet.

About: I’ve worked in Veterinary medicine for 16+ years which includes Kennel/Veterinary Assistant in a general practice ,Emergency Veterinary Medicine for almost 6 years now. I moved from Maine in the summer of 2024. I’ve had on and off experience over many years of pet sitting mostly for my veterinary co workers pets in their homes (multiple cats, multiple dogs and sometimes a combination of both). I would enjoy having positive experiences with your pets on their normal day. I'm currently working Full Time my availability is mostly Thursday/Fridays and Saturdays. I'm available for 1 drop in visit or 1 walk Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. House sitting is limited to places I am able to bring my dog with me (he gets along with everything) as long as he pets in the household are ok with my Labrador Retriever. About: I got my first dog sitting job when I was 5, it was my neighbors dog and I've loved doing it since. I have since home sat, many dogs of all different breeds, ages, and size. I have a 3 year old English mastiff, and grew up with two big dogs as a kid. I'm good with training and working with puppies and older dogs who need medicine and extra care. I am a stay at home mom and nanny to my sister, I also am a home health aid for my elderly grandpa. So I have plenty of time to love your fur babies and give them all of my attention! I am available for boarding 24/7. I have a very large yard with a tall fence, I have a 3 year old English mastiff and a 7 year old daughter to keep your fur baby plenty occupied! I can crate your dog if you would like, but i do not crate unless told by the owner they can crate or have to be crated. We free feed our animals, but we can schedule feed if that is what you do! None of the dogs eat together to reduce the risk of an incident. I am very open to making accommodations and changes to make your fur baby feel safe and happy. I am one of the few sitters that take reactive dogs, I have the space to accommodate them and still have them get the love and attention they need! I am a stay at home mom to a 7 year old, so I am home all the time to take care of your babies. We play out side, and we snuggle. I treat your babies like they are my own. I have two very hyper, loving dogs who love to play in their giant yard! I can crate your baby if you prefer, but they all get to roam the house, and sleep in beds with humans!

I currently work full-time from home as an online teacher, which means your pet will have constant care and companionship throughout the day. I want you to feel totally at ease while you’re away, so I happily provide photo updates and a detailed summary of our daily routine. My husband and I live in a two story home on half an acre here in Troutdale so your dog will have tons of room to run around and play! Our home also backs up to a large park with many trails and you can expect me to take your dog on walks there multiple times a day. I’m flexible, dependable, and available for last-minute bookings, I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! I work from home each day from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m., which gives me a highly flexible schedule and allows me to be with your pup for the rest of the day,aside from the occasional errand. Your pet will have plenty of company, attention, and affection; they certainly won’t be lonely! I’m highly detail-oriented, and my full attention will be devoted to your pet and their unique needs. About: Between owning pets for 10+ years and helping friends and family take care of their pets I have a lot of experience with senior dogs who require extra care and things like medication to puppies who just want lots of play time! I work from home which provides me a lot of flexibility in my schedule, both weekly and daily and whether it's taking pets on walks or house sitting.
