About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since 2012. I have pet sit dogs of all sizes (some requiring special medication and extra care). I’ve also cat sat for drop-byes as well as overnight. I can change and clean litter boxes, scoop dog poop, vacuum, or anything else regarding animal cleaning necessities. I had dogs my entire childhood and lived with cats during college. I love to walk dogs, practice tricks, and play fetch. I am a substitute teacher currently, so my evenings are free as well as most of the summer. I only have two trips planned, otherwise I am local and eager to help. I would so appreciate having a purpose this summer and being able to provide some for my family as subs don’t get paid during the summer. I would care for pets at the client’s home. Depending on their needs, I would allow the dogs freely outside in a fenced yard or take them on leashed walks around their neighborhood. I would also happily take dogs to the dog park if the owner was comfortable with this and felt this was a safe space for their animal. Depending on distance, this could be via walking or in a car. When I wasn’t at the client’s house, I would have the animals kenneled or freely roaming depending on owner preference. I will ensure no cleaning products or toxic items are left out. I will also ensure water is always refilled.

About: I’m a professionally trained animal caregiver with a Veterinary Assistant certification, offering reliable, high quality care for pets of all kinds. I have multiple years of experience in dog and cat behavior, pet CPR, emergency response, and administering medications, including care for pets with long-term medical conditions. I currently work at a dog daycare and boarding facility. In my free time, I volunteer as a veterinary assistant for WCGHS in their kennels and spay/neuter clinic. I’ve also volunteered with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and the Salt Lake City Humane Society, working with animals of all temperaments, including reactive and behaviorally sensitive dogs. You and your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority. I work part time, short shifts as an animal care attendant, and volunteer the rest of my time! My availability varies, but am able to provide potty breaks every 5hrs(or less)! I am flexible and willing to adapt to your schedule :) I’ve never met an animal I didn’t get along with! I am willing to watch/walk multiple pets at a time and can adapt to any preferred schedules or practices you have for your pet. I have two doggy seatbelts installed in my car and a squeaky clean driving record!

About: I’ve taken care of mainly dogs for 7 years of all ages and sizes. I know how to take care of senior and young pets, whether it’s training them or giving them the right amount of medication at certain times, and if they need assistance going up/down stairs if they’re not able to. I’m currently looking for work and I am also thinking of going back to school, and I have a lot more free time now so I thought that I would put my time to use and help other people with their pets. I care for my parents older dogs (13 and 14 y/o) by making sure they are let outside whenever they need to, I take them on walks almost daily, I have also given them medication when they have needed it, adjusted their food diet and included wet food since they’re getting older, and I also take them to and from their vet/grooming appointments.

About: I just love dogs! When i’m not hanging with my three dogs i’m at the humane society. There, I work with advanced dog behaviours as well as basic training skills. Can’t wait to meet your pup! After I get school drop off done I’m able to pop in and out to take your buddy for a walk or hang at home and play from 9am-5pm. For overnights I can be at your place at 8:30pm-6:30am. I’ll make sure your buddy is set up for the day before I leave. What started as a small childhood side hustle of going out of my way to care for other people's dogs has grown into a lifelong passion. I raised my own dog until he was 16, giving me deep, adaptable experience in senior pet care. I also volunteered at the Humane Society, working with animals of all sizes and breeds, especially the misunderstood ones! Whether we're going on a fast-paced walk, hanging out with a lazy Pug, or just cleaning the litterbox and chilling with your cat, I'm ready to treat your pets like my own. As a remote worker, my daily schedule is generally very flexible! I am open throughout the day, but I prefer to schedule most of my walks and drop-ins for anytime after 11 AM or 12 PM. Since I am also a student, my exact availability might shift a bit depending on my course load for the semester, but I will always keep my calendar updated and communicate clearly with you. Because I currently live in an apartment, I exclusively offer walks and drop-in visits at your home. Honestly, I believe that keeping pets in their familiar environment is the easiest and least stressful option for them. When visiting your home, I will be completely respectful of your space, ensure all doors or gates are securely closed, and keep your pets safe and happy in the environment they already know best.

About: I've taken care of both dogs I've had in my childhood and began dog sitting for family friends for the past 2 years as they would go on vacations. I love walks and love to stick to a good schedule! I currently do not have a job and plan on spending most of my time with the pets I would be dog sitting or taking care of! I can easily crate the dog when needed and will keep treats on me to keep their attention if thats their motivation or if its needed.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats and birds all my life. Being raised on a farm gave me plenty of experience with what pets need. Daily walks and lots of space to run around and play. Having no work, I am home everyday with my pets. Take my dog for walks, brush him every-other day and grooming my cat. Trout loves other dogs and is full of energy ready to play at all times. I have an emotional support parrot who stays in my room while I have pets over so she will be safe.
