“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Emily. Coconut was comfortable very quickly, which was a relief. Emily also sent us immediate feedback so we could start our vacation worry-free. We got lots and lots of pictures - so fun to see Coconut zooming around the yard or crashed out on Bowie's bed. Also- I made a mistake on the booking dates, paying for one extra night, and Emily caught the mistake and fixed it immediately. This was my best experience with Rover yet. In my home, I ensure a safe environment by pet-proofing spaces and providing cozy resting areas. She followed all of his post-op care instructions, kept me updated with pictures and messages, and made sure he was comfortable. It's such a relief to have someone I can trust with Zuko, especially during a time when he needed extra care. We will definitely be seeing Lisa again in the future!
Tracy and her family were so great with our pup but even more so they were very understanding when our plans unexpectedly changed due to a family emergency. Rhonda was lovely! She watched our aussie for 4 nights ~ I received pictures, videos, & great communication our whole trip. We rarely leave, so it takes him time to warm up to people & he cuddled her every night! He also has some "special" things with his food which she was happy to do. So grateful to have found our petsitter!
