Yan did an amazing job caring for our two senior, reactive dogs for three days, including overnights. We received multiple photos and updates each day, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs looked relaxed, happy, and comfortable the entire time—it honestly seemed like they didn't even miss us! We would absolutely book with Yan again and highly recommend them.
We absolutely loved Ashley. Very kind, and obviously cares about our dogs. She kept 3 dogs at our daughter's house, having to endure a couple of last minute location details because of weather and changing plans. She handled everything with courtesy and professionalism. Rebecca was so kind, gentle and my pup got such good care while I was away. He has epilepsy., so I have been really picky on who I leave him with and often just opt to drive so I can take him with me! Rebecca was such a great communicator, clean, respectful and really responsible for feeding times and medications. He really took to her, which says a lot about who Rebecca is. I will definitely book them again.
