I work part time, short shifts as an animal care attendant, and volunteer the rest of my time! My availability varies, but am able to provide potty breaks every 5hrs(or less)! I am flexible and willing to adapt to your schedule :)

I’ve never met an animal I didn’t get along with! I am willing to watch/walk multiple pets at a time and can adapt to any preferred schedules or practices you have for your pet. I have two doggy seatbelts installed in my car and a squeaky clean driving record!

Reactivity and triggers are important info for me to know! I have experience with reactive dogs and don’t mind giving the extra attention, but knowing what the causes are and how I can avoid them is vital! For ex: If pup is reactive to other dogs, let me know and we can go somewhere less likely to bump into them!
Ein typischer Tag
I love to exercise and be outside. I’m game for fetch, tug of war or going for a swim! With permission, I like to take pups on pack walks/hikes, usually followed by a pup cup!

I’m a professionally trained animal caregiver with a Veterinary Assistant certification, offering reliable, high quality care for pets of all kinds. I have multiple years of experience in dog and cat behavior, pet CPR, emergency response, and administering medications, including care for pets with long-term medical conditions. I currently work at a dog daycare and boarding facility. In my free time, I volunteer as a veterinary assistant for WCGHS in their kennels and spay/neuter clinic. I’ve also volunteered with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and the Salt Lake City Humane Society, working with animals of all temperaments, including reactive and behaviorally sensitive dogs. I have two rescue dogs and one kitty of my own, including one pup with epilepsy. I have fostered kittens, cats, and medically and behaviorally complex dogs. I bring a calm, confident energy that helps pets feel safe and supported. I’m also currently shadowing a professional trainer and working toward my dog training certification. You and your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priority.

Macynn was so great with our doggos. Our oldest has occasionally been starting minor scuffles when stressed and Macynn handled it perfectly the first day after we left. She communicated frequently and sent pictures without being prompted. She stayed at our house and left it exactly as we did. I could barely tell she'd stayed at all. Would recommend Macynn to everyone and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Macynn!
She really was amazing and spoiled my boys as much as I do. She kept everything clean. I will be using her over and over!
Did an amazing job of taking care of my two pups. Especially with one being dog aggressive she took extra precautions and did everything I asked. She sent me tons of pictures which I loved and was a very good at communicating. She stayed the night and had the house as I left it and even washed my sheets and made my bed after! All in all I’d recommend macynn for all your dogs needs will be going back for sure!
