I’m a professionally trained animal caregiver offering reliable, high quality care for pets of all kinds. I hold a Veterinary Assistants Certificate, as well as multiple years of experience in dog and cat behavior, first aid, emergency response, and administering medications. Including care for pets with long term medical conditions. In my free time, I volunteer with WCGHS in their shelter and in the community. I’ve also volunteered with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and the Salt Lake City Humane Society, working with animals of all temperaments, including reactive and behaviorally sensitive dogs. I have two rescue dogs and one cat of my own, including one pup with epilepsy. I bring a calm, confident energy that helps pets feel safe and supported. You and your pet’s safety, comfort, and well being are always my top priority.

I’ve never met an animal I didn’t get along with! I am willing to watch/walk multiple pets at a time and can adapt to any preferred schedules or practices you have for your pets. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. My goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while in my care.

Macynn did an amazing job taking care of our two high energy boxers. They had a great time while we were gone and it is so great to come home to a clean house and happy dogs (and kitty)! Macynn was so great with our doggos. Our oldest has occasionally been starting minor scuffles when stressed and Macynn handled it perfectly the first day after we left. She communicated frequently and sent pictures without being prompted. She stayed at our house and left it exactly as we did. I could barely tell she'd stayed at all. Would recommend Macynn to everyone and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks Macynn!
She really was amazing and spoiled my boys as much as I do. She kept everything clean. I will be using her over and over!
Did an amazing job of taking care of my two pups. Especially with one being dog aggressive she took extra precautions and did everything I asked. She sent me tons of pictures which I loved and was a very good at communicating. She stayed the night and had the house as I left it and even washed my sheets and made my bed after! All in all I’d recommend macynn for all your dogs needs will be going back for sure!

Schedule
My availability varies, but am able to provide potty breaks at least every 2hrs. I am flexible and willing to adapt to your schedule :D
