There is no way to accurately describe how amazing Susana was with our dogs! From moments into the "meet & greet", through the moment she left, I had 100% peace about leaving our dogs in her care. One of our girls deals with fear/anxiety with new people. She took to Susana in the meet & greet like I've never seen! Susana communicated every day with updates & photos, and throughout the whole process she responded quickly when I would reach out to her. Her experience shows! She easily grasped all the complexities of our dogs feeding needs (each are different) and the medications that needed to be done at certain times.
