Our cat, Suki, does not take well to anyone because she was recued as small kitten so she is very anxious after being traumatized so young. But the moment Brittany walked and to our surprise, Suki walked up to her to take a sniff and rubbed her legs. Honey, our small dog, is also very anxious and doesn't take too well with strangers because she is just about blind and can't hear well being 15 years old. We told Brittany to go slowly toward her so she knows someone is near. Honey sniffed and took well to Brittany also. This was definitely a good sign that our fur babies liked Brittany. Our dogs thrive on a set routine for feeding, potty breaks and outdoor adventures, so your friend will be in good company. We have two lovable hounds that enjoy making new friends and we have a secure, fenced yard. My schedule allows for frequent check-ins or stays at your place, should you prefer house-sitting.
