“Steve is GREAT! Murphy was welcomed into the pack and played hard and was safe. Murphy can have some anxiety in new siuations and with new humans and pets. Steve allowed Murphy to adjust comfortably in his home with patience and love. My Muffin Man came home tired and happy! I'm so thankful and grateful to have found such a wonderful sitter for Murphy for when I need to get away and 'Adult'. Thank you, Steve! I appreciate you more than you know! Murphy Hug to you,”

“Love love love it all that they provided to our Tofu❤️Absolutely recommend Linda and her family hosting your fur babies. Our Tofu spent his best two weeks at their place with lots of walks, treats, and even baths when needed. They asked many questions before hand to get to know Tofu and arranged a visit as well. It was such a relief for us during our international trip where we had no access to text messages and major social media. However, Linda still offered to contact us via WhatsApp in order to send daily updates.”

“Cassandra and Trevor were wonderful with our dog, Buddy. He took to them immediately at a meet and greet and subsequently stayed with them overnight. “Jessica did such a fantastic job and I was so pleased! I was concerned about my younger cat because of an abusive background and because he didn't do well when I was gone for two days. This time I was leaving for five so I really wanted someone who would spend a bit of time getting to know them and letting them know they weren't alone. My Lilybug usually hides from all strangers and from the pictures I could see that she was out and about, concerned, but not hiding. Firefly (the one that was abused) also appeared to adapt to her well. When I got home after five days, both cats reacted like I had just been gone for a day! They were well taken care of and I will use Jessica in the future.”

“Susana took wonderful care of our kitties while we were away. She took daily photos and gave regular updates on how they were doing, and was kind, communicative, and very professional the whole time. We are glad we found her and are excited to be able to work with her again!!”

About: I’ve taken care of both cats ever since I was 5 years old. I have experience with feeding schedules, administering medications, crate training, and keeping routines consistent so pets feel comfortable while you’re away.
“Miss Tiffany immediately bonded with our fussy old cat, Leo. She understood what he wanted and delivered copious pets, snuggles and treats for 12 days. The photos were a testament to his happiness. We couldn’t be happier with her service and most definitely will request her again should the need arise.”

About: While I've grown up with dogs and cats, I also have professional pet sitting experience taking care of dogs with diabetes, blind cats, guinea pigs, and even a llama! Pets and their caretakers have trusted me so much, they have flown me to their new homes after moving out of state for further petsitting assignments. I give emotional connection and comfort to pets while they're missing their humans, even reading aloud to them, because I believe it is an integral part of the job. Currently, this is my primary work, so I will have time to spare to take care of your animals. I volunteer regularly at animal sanctuaries and other orgs to improve the lives of animals. I have typically been asked to spend the night with the pets in the client's home, and spend as much time with them as possible, but I can also make daily visits instead if necessary. If you prefer I make visits, keep in mind the distance it would take for me to get to your place, and consider allowing me to make fewer, longer visits instead of multiple brief ones throughout the day.
“Keith was very communicative (even when I wasn’t able to get back to him) and took great care of my cats while I was out of town! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a cat sitter.”

“Amy was amazing! She arrived early for our drop-in visit, communicated with us throughout the visit, and sent adorable pictures of our Moose, which gave us great peace of mind. It's clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. We will definitely book with her again!”

About: I’ve been taking care of all kinds of animals for over 8 years now! I love dogs and cats, but I’ve also cared for horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, and more! I’m a full-time university student, but I’ll still have plenty of time to care for your animals! Especially in the evenings and afternoons! I’m free most of the summer as well! I have a big yard for your pups to run around in, and a friendly little pup of my own! I can crate your pup if needed, or I can also drop in to your home as well!

“Brooklyn did a great job taking care of my kitty when I had to go out of town on short notice. She was wonderful to work with, her attention to detail and communication skills are top notch. My shy cat quickly warmed up to her after a few visits. This shows that Brooklyn is great with animals, as my pet is very selective about who she trusts. I look forward to booking with Brooklyn again and I would highly recommend her to others looking for a pet sitter.”

About: Hi there! Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and caring for them is something that brings me so much joy. I’m a big lover of both dogs and cats, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and little quirks. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member in someone else’s care, and I want you to feel confident knowing they’ll be loved, cared for, and treated like one of my own.

“Maria was very attentive and caring with the dogs. She went out of her way to help the dogs feel loved while I was away. I would highly recommend her to watch over anyone’s extended pet family, she truly cares and treats every pet as her own.”

About: Cats have been a part of my life the longest. I’m experienced with daily feedings, fresh water, keeping the litter box spotless, and of course giving plenty of love and cuddles along the way. I volunteered some time at a local animal shelter in the cat wing. Sanitizing their cages, giving social/play time, and of course lots of cuddles.
About: Whether you're away for a day or an extended trip, I provide personalized care, fun playtime, and plenty of belly rubs for your furry family member. With a calm presence, flexible availability, and a true love for dogs of all breeds and sizes, I make sure your pup feels safe, loved, and right at home. Walks, cuddles, feeding, meds; I’ve got it covered! It’s just me and my two teenagers in the house - they are 17 and 19 and both have their own cars so I rarely see them! They’ve grown up around having a dog, and continually pressure me to have another one 😵💫 We had a bully breed mix, Celine Dion who sadly passed from old age in 2019. She had diabetes towards the end of her life, so I’m familiar with giving medication/shots if necessary. Since then we’ve regularly looked after our friends’ dogs until we fostered Simba in 2024 - we had him for 10 months until he was adopted. Because of having family in England, I want to be able to travel there frequently so am not ready to have a permanent dog again yet, but I LOVE having dogs come and stay with me when my calendar allows. I work from home so have flexibility in my routine and am always available for my visitors’ needs. I like to take a morning walk, and an evening one too. I’m not away from home often. I have a fully fenced yard and my neighborhood has beautiful walking trails, that I use whether I am walking a dog, or just walking alone. I’ve fostered rescue dogs and have experience of high anxiety dogs. I’m 6 feet tall and strong, and my last foster was great with people but not so much with other dogs we met on our walks, so I’m used to avoiding them, if necessary! I am happy to send photos to you whilst your dog is in my care, and will communicate with you as frequently as you would like.

About: I have cared for all sorts animals my whole life, from as small as a gerbil to as large as a llama. I have previous experience working in a boarding kennel and veterinary office. I have experience working with special needs animals and administrating medications.

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

“Jared was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm and welcoming to my pup, instantly putting us both at ease. Throughout the day, Jared kept me updated with thoughtful messages and photos, which I truly appreciated. His communication was clear and thorough, and he even informed me promptly when my pup had a minor nosebleed. Knowing that Jared has a vet tech background gave me complete peace of mind, and I was confident that my pup was in safe and capable hands. I can't recommend Jared highly enough and am eager to use his services again in the future.”

“Jenny was great! She was able to accept a very last minute request for doggie daycare. My pups came home last night and they are still snoozy today. I will definitely use Jenny again! :)”
“Brandi and her husband took care of Sparky and Remi really well. I’m glad they played together whole time with Brandi’s pup, Nala. We definitely will request another daycare service from Brandi if we need!!”

“Angela is a wonderful dog sitter and clearly has such a love for animals. Grace loved doggy daycare and was so excited to come back each day. Angela's communication was great and she was really kind and flexible with unexpected schedule changes. I highly recommend her as a caring, reliable person providing excellent pet care.”

“Shasta and her family are very loving and caring, we truly trust her completely. Our dog Gus gets so excited about having a stay it make leaving him a boy easier knowing he just runs right into the house out of excitement!”

“Genevieve went above and beyond for me and my dog today. It was a last minute request for a new dog to spend the day with her and because I wouldn't be able to drive in the evening she dropped him off for me. So unbelievably helpful. I got pictures of him having way too much fun and I could tell when she was leaving how much he liked her. Knowing he was being so taken care of today made things so much easier. Thank you”

“From the beginning, very responsive and helpful! They were able to handle my high anxiety dog and didn’t get annoyed by the overly long explanation I had about his dogality. Followed up with pictures and updates and my dogs had a blast! Highly recommend Cass and Trevor for dog sitting.”

“Claire took amazing care of my little pup! She was attentive, responsive, caring, and understanding of my puppy’s needs (as well as mine)! I highly recommend her. You can tell she really cares about the pups she watches. Thank you Claire!”

About: Hello Rover friends! I am a stay at home mom and would love to help sit your pets in our home. I have an open schedule and a big yard! We have a 10 yr old Lab/germen Shepard mix who loves having play dates and having friends over at our home. We do not have a fenced yard but I can take your pup on plenty of walks in our yard! I have tons of time to take good care of your furry babies, we have a ton of space on our 2 acre lot to play with your pup and take them for walks. We have three adults in the house and 1 child, so plenty if supervision. My dog is has an electric collar so he has a boundary he does not cross, I keep dogs that are prone to be curious on a leash since my yard is not fenced. I keep dogs separated when eating.
“Great first-time experience. So appreciate Anastasia's calm and warm manner with my pup. It was great to know that she was in good hands while I was at work, staying cool and getting some social playtime too! Thank you!”

“María is the sweetest soul! she did such a wonderful job caring for my puppy Bones. he came back wagging his tail & ready to go to bed! she got all his energy out! Bones struggles with very very bad separation anxiety, & maría reassured me from the start that he was in good hands & would not be left alone. which has been a struggle in the past with previous sitters. Bones can also have some behaviors like jumping on people or the counter tops, & she did amazing setting that boundary with him not allowing him to hustle her & get away with being a menace! María kept me updated and sent me pictures quite often which i really appreciated! She made Bones & I feel comfortable & confident with our decision to go with her. she is so lovely & i would recommend her to anyone who may be worried leaving there pup w someone they don’t know! María is great!”

“Gary and Carol are wonderful! Waldo almost jumps out of the car with excitement when we drive up to their place. They are by no means close in proximity but the drive is well worth it!”

“Jenny was absolutely amazing with Denver! She communicated with me daily and always sent pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Denver came home happy and tired—which means he got plenty of playtime with her pups! I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Kristopher and his family did a wonderful job oc caring for Mochi. They are experienced and took time to learn about her specific needs prior to care. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing someone to take care of their fur baby and would use them again should the need arise. 5/5!”

“I had to leave my cat for a week while traveling for work and she did great. Leah & Chris are amazing and the cat room that they have set-up made Ellee feel at home. Thanks so much for taking such good care of Ellee, Leah & Chris!!”

It was clear that they treated our dog with care and warmth. We enjoyed the images they sent to us. We will definitely use them again . Thank you for taking great care of him.”

“Christine was awesome in caring for our two elderly dogs at her home!! From the moment we connected by phone, I sensed her warm, caring spirit toward animals. She sent regular updates and photos while we were away. I offer Christine the highest level of recommendation and we definitely plan on utilizing her again in the future.”

“Danielle is a thoughtful and considerate sitter who always keeps me updated on how my dog is doing. Her dog, Macy, got along great with mine, and she consistently responds promptly and sends photos during the stay. She also has a large yard that my dog really enjoyed. I felt comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands and will definitely be using her again. Thanks, Danielle!”

“My eighth month old pup, Laezel, recently had a great two week stay with Kris. I had anxiety at finding Laezel the right sitter because she can be very high energy, but Kris handled her expertly and she came back to us healthy and happy. Kris was also very communicative and gave us numerous photo updates.”

“David was excellent! Lumi had a great time playing with the other pups and I think benefited from David working from home, which is what she is used to. Thank you so much, will be booking again!”

“Our dogs (Dipper and Gizmo) have stayed with Becca and her family multiple times. Becca sends frequent updates and pics of them throughout their stay. One of our dogs needs daily eye medications and Becca has done great with giving them! They have a ton of indoor and outdoor space and always come home tired which means they enjoyed their stay!”

“Amanda and Josh were so wonderful with our dog, and their dog Rosie is such a great playmate! I received lots of updates. Amanda was in tune to my dog’s personality and activity needs, taking plenty of walks, and giving all the snuggles and support while we were away.”
