Susana understood what that meant, and knew how to react to a cat who didn't want to be touched or messed with. She sat next to Freya for the visit without touching her and Freya didn't run away or hide from her, which says even more about Susana. Kind, understanding, and thoughtful - exactly who Freya needed while we were gone. Will definitely book again next time we're heading out of town. Thank you Susana!! About: I have taken care of a dog, a cat, and farm animals since I was 12 years old. I love walking long distances with my dog. I am also very good at reading animal body language and I know how to do all of the basic animal care necessities. I am currently working from home so I would have lots of time for walks and hikes and play. I will make sure your dog comes home happy and tired. I do have a golden retriever and our schedule that your dog would also follow unless they’re special needs is we wake up at seven am, we go outside to go potty, then feed them they play and rest then we go for a walk. We love our Whipple Creek 🌲❤️ Trail then we drive home and rest. Then later I give them their second feeding, take them out to go to the bathroom and take a small walk in our neighborhood before it’s time to rest and chill and head to bed. I live in a cozy gated apartment with my husband, Greg and my golden retriever. My husband works as a in-home caregiver and when he gets home he helps me out. He is also an animal lover, and if I am housesitting, he travels with me as well as my very friendly golden retriever. I promise as a married couple we will respect your house and environment we will also bring our own sleeping equipment and we don’t mind doing house chores.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. From energetic Huskies to tiny Yorkies, plus a few adopted stray cats along the way. I have experience helping to train puppies and keeping up with the daily responsibilities of both cats and dogs. I am currently studying to become a Veterinary Assistant, and I’m excited to share my love with your pets too! I have experience with my own independent pet sitting business. I did this for a couple years around my neighborhood in middle school. I currently work part-time and take online classes at my own pace, which leaves me with plenty of hours to dedicate to your furry companions. Right now, I usually work mornings, and occasionally in the evening. So I have lots of availability in most evenings. I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings, including fenced yards, cable runs, and supervised free roam. I’m experienced with crate training and handling dogs with different leash manners, from strong pullers to well behaved walkers. For cats, I’ve always kept them safely indoors and monitored them closely to ensure their well being.

About: I have two miniature Dachshunds who are my best friends. I deeply understand the need for someone trustworthy to not only care but also love your dog when you can’t. I’m here to help. I work 7 days on 7 days off. During my off time I’m home without any other responsibilities and have all day to take care of your best friend. I have a fenced yard and two friendly small dogs to keep your baby company. My dogs are free to roam the house, but also have a guest room for them to keep space if they need it.

One small breed and one larger breed, both super sweet and friendly towards other dogs. Due to my owning a small dog and that I provide a safe and social environment for multiple pets at a time, I am unable to host aggressively rough-playing breeds. While I do sometimes have multiple furry guests, I always ensure each dog receives individual attention and has their own resting space.

About: Hello, my name is Kathy. I am a owner of an adorable black cat named Roger. Pets love me so much friends call me the pied piper when their dogs follow me around. I have 6 current clients that I pet sit for. Duties include, letting dogs out to go potty, taking for walks, feeding and staying overnight as needed. I can even bring in the mail and water your plants as needed. I prefer to work in Vancouver but am willing to travel to ridgefield, camas and battleground as well. Travel to Portland will cost an additional $10 each day for travel. I work part time but have a flexible schedule and can work around your pets needs. I am available for overnights m-s except for when traveling on vacation. I love taking your dogs for walks and playing them at home. I love to snuggle with your cats and dogs and will make sure they are well cared for and loved.

About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember, the first dog I got was when I was 5 and I would walk her and play with her and teach her tricks. We currently have 3 dogs at my dads with a cat and 2 dogs at my moms house. I love spending time with animals and having fun with them I am currently in college playing softball and am home for the summer so I am free and looking to spend some time with animals and make some extra money!
