About: What sets me apart is that I'm dependable and I treat every pet like my own. I've cared for cats of every kind, from shy rescues to playful kittens, and neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to check in on, feed, and play with their pets. I also have years of experience with dogs, including regular sitting and walks for a friend's dog. I'm patient with nervous or shy animals and let them warm up at their own pace. I'm calm, attentive, and good at noticing small changes in appetite or behavior, so I can tell you right away if something seems off. I live in Camas, so I'm close by and easy to reach. I'm available weekday evenings and weekends, and I send photo and text updates after every visit so you always know how things went. Every new client gets a free meet-and-greet. Dog care is a regular part of my week, and I've been caring for dogs for years, starting with my friends' pets. I work a day job, so I'm available for walks on weekdays after 5pm and throughout the weekend. That means I can give your dog a proper evening walk after you get home late, or a relaxed weekend outing while you're out for the day. Because walking dogs is something I enjoy, I schedule my clients carefully and never rush. I keep my walks close to home in Camas, so I'm not stretched thin, and I'm on time. I plan ahead, so if your plans change or you need a last-minute walk, just message me and I'll do my best to fit it in. I usually take on only a few clients at a time, so each dog gets my full attention and I can build a routine with you and your pet. Your dog's safety comes first on every walk. Before we start, we'll do a meet-and-greet so I can learn your dog's habits, triggers, and routine, and you can show me the leash, harness, and any commands or rules you use. I always keep dogs on a secure leash, stay alert to traffic, other dogs, and hazards, and avoid busy areas if your dog gets nervous. I bring water for warm days, pick up after your dog, and check the weather so walks stay comfortable. If your dog is tired or something seems off, I'll shorten the walk and let you know. After every walk, I send a photo and a quick update on how it went, including any bathroom breaks and behavior. When I'm in your home, I follow your instructions for keys, doors, and gates, make sure everything is locked and secure when I leave, and respect your privacy and property. If there's ever an emergency, I'll contact you right away and get your dog to your vet or an emergency clinic, and I'm happy to keep your vet's info on hand.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I have 2 kitties of my own as well! I’ve taken care of energetic Huskies to tiny Yorkies, plus a few other adopted cats along the way. I have experience helping to train puppies and keeping up with the daily responsibilities of both cats and dogs. I also have experience with goats, pigs, chickens and horses! I am currently studying to become a dental assistant, and I’m excited to share my love with your pets too! I have experience with my own independent pet sitting business. I did pet sitting for a couple years around my neighborhood in middle school as well! I currently work part-time 4-5 days a week, while taking 2 night classes a week. Which leaves me with plenty of hours to dedicate to your furry companions. Right now, I usually work mornings, and occasionally in the evening typically between 5-7 hours. So I have lots of availability in most evenings. Please keep this in mind if you are looking for a pet sitter to be fully supervising your fur baby/babies all day, this may not be the best fit. :) I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings, including fenced yards, cable runs, and supervised free roam. I’m experienced with crate training and handling dogs with different leash manners, from strong pullers to well behaved walkers. I have handled elderly dogs, administering oral and injectable medications. I have also dealt with young pups, and cleaned up potty messes. For cats, I’ve always kept them safely indoors and monitor them to ensure their well being. I do my best to clean up and leave the house how it was when I arrived! I do my best to stay connected to my clients, updating them frequently/or asking questions. I do not book house sits until after the meet and greet, and all information is disclosed. I am honest about my availability and will be sure to communicate that to my clients. Do not be afraid to pick someone else if we find it won’t be the best fit! I appreciate all transparency in order to make sure your pets get the best quality care they can.

About: I’ve been dedicated to dogs for most of my life. My current best friend, Arty was a stray and then was at shelters for a long time before I adopted him. He had issues, but I didn’t give up on him. I took him to manners class and used marker training to work through his issues. He is now a well-balanced boy. He loves to pose for pictures, for treats, of course. I would love to care for your pet when you’re away, in your home or mine if your pet is a good fit with Arty. I am a fit and active retiree. I go for long walks every morning and work out at the gym four days a week. The rest of my days are dedicated to my dog and gardening. I have a large fenced yard that is perfect for dogs to play and do zoomies. I have a large dog door and my house is dog friendly, with dog beds and throw rugs on a hardwood floor. I have a rear gate in my car and a dog hammock on the middle seat.

About: I recently moved here from Birmingham, Alabama and pet sat for a decade and I want to continue to connect with new families and their little floofs here in the pnw! I have worked with all ages of cats and dogs. I’ve also taken care of fish, hamsters and even bees on occasions. In the past I have had the same eight families I have looked after and met other pet families through them over time too. I have a fully free schedule since I just moved here and searching for a part time job. In the past I have been in school, worked at restaurants, and consistently pet sat as a combined full time because looking after little ones is a part of my daily routine that I cherish and wish to continue. So I am excited and able to be with your little ones as much as needed. I want the pet(s) to be relaxed and comfortable in their own homes when looking after them in order to not disrupt their regular routine too much. I prefer to meet the family and little one(s) before caring for the animal(s) before overnight sitting or for just drops ins. This way I can be well aquatinted with everyone and bring sense of calm into everyone’s daily routines from the start. This way, I can also learn in person their exact routines, any medication’s if applicable, any quirky things the pets might request in their routines, ie I once had an elderly dog thatI looked after that wanted his dinner “ heated up” in the microwave. So I would make “beeping’ nosies and pretend that his food was fancy like a humans. The family and I found it as a cute and an easy way to make him feel happy and eager to eat. The quirky the better is what I have always looked forward to when bonding with the little ones. For a meet and greet, if the family and animal(s) are ok with more of a “come on in” policy where there’s not a meet and greet first, particularly for drop ins, I’m more than happy to use with this method as well. For dogs in particular, I want to make sure that I keep up with their exercise routines with any amount of walks requested. If the family and floof(s) are more adventurous, I would happily like to take them on hikes, if it is wished to be incorporated into their routines.

About: I was a foster parent for Austin Pets Alive out of Texas for 13 years and through Laramie Peak/Oregon Humane Society for the past two years. I have experience with felines and canines of varying medical needs ranging from pills and suspensions to management of diabetes. I have a strong history and enjoy working with/training dogs from the most confident personalities through the intense pullers, overstim doggos, and reactive canines. I believe in respecting you and your animals’ boundaries and utilizing positive reinforcement only. I have open availability weekday afternoons and evenings as well as weekends. I love those early morning walks/visits as well as afternoons and evenings. If your baby is most comfortable being walked when other four legged friends aren’t around, I would love to help accommodate as I don’t hesitate coming at the wee hours or staying off the beaten path. About: When I was 10 years old, I presented my parents with a powerpoint of why they should get me a dog… it didn’t work. Every day for the next 7 years, I asked them if they had changed their minds yet and it was always a no. When I was 17, they finally said yes! That dog changed my life forever, and eventually we adopted a second dog. Ever since I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment, I have dreamt of getting a dog of my own. Until that day comes, I would love to take care of and share some love with your dogs. I currently work four to five days a week as a barista, usually from about 8 am until 4:30 pm. My normal schedule is Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. I am available for dog walks anytime after work on any of these days, and sometimes before work as well. I am very flexible and willing to work with your schedule :) I can provide attentive, loving care tailored to each pet’s needs and routine, including walks, feeding, playtime, medication if needed, and will gladly provide regular updates while keeping your home clean and your pet safe and comfortable.

I'm not squeezing your pet in between other commitments, so I can show up on time, stay a bit longer, and actually hang out instead of rushing off. Just let me know what works for you! Currently I only do drop-in visits, so your pet gets to stay in their own comfy space. I'll follow your routine, and after each visit I'll log what I did and how your pet was doing: meals, potty, playtime, and their energy level. Safety-wise, doors stay locked, windows and gates get double-checked, and leashes are always on for walks. I'll keep your vet and emergency contacts handy, and if anything seems off, you'll hear from me right away.
