About: Hi! I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was about 4, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. With 35+ years of experience, I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. From Chihuahuas and Yorkies to Pit Bulls and Labs, I’m used to them all! I’m happy to go on walks, play, or just keep your pet company and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I treat every pet like family and always focus on keeping them happy and well cared for. I currently work at a school, so my schedule opens after 3:30pm M-Th and after 1:00pm on Fridays. I’m also available most weekends I’m happy to play with your pet indoors or out, take them for walks, or just check in and keep them company! About: Ever since I was born, my family has always had multiple dogs. Currently, I have 4 dogs in my household. My mom also runs a dog breeding business breeding Australian Labradoodles. I have worked with both caring for puppies and adult dogs at home. Currently, I'm in the need of something to do this summer! So what better way is there but to apply my experience with pet care! About: Hi all! My name is Peyton, I'm 20, and from Vancouver, Washington. I recently worked at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington for nearly 2 years, where I was an Animal Care Technician, working with all types of animals, including small animals like rabbits/hamsters, as well as reptiles, with a focus in feline care and behavior management. Here I performed basic animal husbandry like feeding, cleaning, and daily monitoring for changes in health, to small and large animal handling, handling and administering medications/medication schedules, special diets, managing animals with diabetes, administering vaccinations, wound/infection/fungus/stitch care, and working with and managing animals with behavioral struggles from all different backgrounds, genetic or epigenetic causes. Also a large part of my job being picking up poo of course! Unfortunately I had to leave my position at HSSW due to going to college for Animal Rehabilitation, which is why I'm now here on Rover, to stay connected with the animals, as well as to help support my journey! Alls to say, I’m certified in animal safety and Fear Free, with a professional background in animal handling, behavior, and medical needs. I have 3 smaller fur babies, all of which are rescues. Lulu, 12 y/o English Bulldog (still kickin' it, I know!), Piggy 4 y/o Micro-Bully, and Heather an 8 y/o Staffordshire Bull Terrier, who was rescued from a popular dog fighting facility in Houston, TX. This had caused some nervous and defensive behaviors within her, but she has taught me more than any animal has ever taught me, especially on how to manage these types of behavioral situations that feel hopeless. However, through patience and perseverance, today she's living a normal and silly dog life, you would never be able to tell what she has gone through now, she is now my dog that teaches other dogs how to dog properly! Back to why I call them my small fur babies, my family also has a dairy farm of about 30+ cows! Here I also provide basic animal husbandry, and have gained experience in large animal handling and behavior management, so don't worry about your Great Dane or Mastiff! With this I participated in 4-H for about 8 years, helping others on large animal/livestock handling, health, procedures, and agricultural education. Predominantly though, I have grown up with and cared for all different types of dogs. And to not forget the little guys if there's any fellow fish tank enthusiasts out there, I have lots of experience in owning and caring for different types of freshwater fish, including bettas, pea puffers, goldfish, etc. Last but not least, I've also had hamsters personally alongside caring for them professionally. Overall, I have heavy personal and professional experience with all types of animals, whether that's flat-faced or scaly, sleepy or the energy of 10 huskies, and from the smallest to the biggest pets, whether that's literally, mentally, or in their heart. I'm mostly available during the weekdays, from early morning, to evenings and shorter same-day notice booking will depend on how short of notice due to time, location, and my college class schedule. Weekends are more difficult for me due to personal responsibilities, but I am not completely unavailable, please don't be afraid to ask! You, your pets, and your homes privacy, safety, and quality of care is extremely important to me. If you're unhappy with any service please do not be afraid to let me know so I can do better. Before providing a service I will ask and make sure of any parameters and instructions you might have, and will uphold them. It's also a promise that I will communicate thoroughly with you on general updates, and if I have any questions or concerns, and I will be sure to take pics of your fur baby to share with you! I will do all in my power to give them the same level of care as you would, or if they were my own. As for my home, I have a 6-foot fenced, average sized yard lined with river rock, as well as a side yard bedded with bark dust if your pup prefers to do business there. I currently have 3 female mature dogs, so boarding is very dependent on what you think of your pets compatibility. Due to this boarding is stricter with dogs and puppies rather than small animals but inquiries are always welcome!

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have never not had one in the family, so it feels incomplete not having one around. While I’m at school I love to share the love that people do with their babies. I will love yours like my own! Let care is the norm for me so it is not something I will “fit into my routine”… it IS my routine, having 11 at home and all. All of my animals are fed, warm, and happy. They have all chosen their “person” and I respect that. Sometimes you don’t “click” with an animal and it is important to not force the connection. If it comes to me just feeding, cleaning up, and leaving, then that is what I will do. I will do everything in my power to make your baby comfortable. All of my animals have different personalities and that includes hiding when I walk into a room or clawing up my leg begging to be picked up, and I respect both.

About: I’ve had years of dog sitter and walker experience and grew up breeding white German shepherds! Love dogs of all sizes and breeds. I own a pitbull mix myself and have had her for 10 years now, she’s very loved and a rescue. I currently work early mornings but can be flexible on occasions (gone 5-6hrs for work). I have afternoons for dog walks completely free and most evenings for any dog needs. I can also do overnights for Cats (easier to work around my work schedule). I can care for pets in a respectful and clean manner in a clients home and will take extreme precautions when walking or sitting them.

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs and cats my entire life, including currently owning a German Shepherd. I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats of all ages and giving medication if needed. I am a teacher on summer break so I generally have a pretty open schedule to spend lots of time with your pet. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, or to come stay with your pet. Due to my own dog, I cannot currently host any pets in my own home. I am happy to come stay with your pet or drop-in as needed. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. From energetic Huskies to tiny Yorkies, plus a few adopted stray cats along the way. I have experience helping to train puppies and keeping up with the daily responsibilities of both cats and dogs. I am currently studying to become a Veterinary Assistant, and I’m excited to share my love with your pets too! I have experience with my own independent pet sitting business. I did this for a couple years around my neighborhood in middle school. I currently work part-time and take online classes at my own pace, which leaves me with plenty of hours to dedicate to your furry companions. I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings, including fenced yards, cable runs, and supervised free roam.
