About: I've been surrounded by animals from before I was born. I grew up on a farm on Kauai, Hawaii. I worked as a veterinary assistant for nearly 10 years, volunteered with Guide Dogs for the Blind as a foster home, and I am always helping my friends and family with pet sitting and minor grooming(nail trims and baths). She made the process of setting up a meet and greet totally smooth, and had me feeling confident and comfortable being away from my senior kitty. She followed instructions perfectly and handled things great, even though I had no cell service during the sitting so she had no way to ask questions if they came up. Her positivity and attentiveness were very appreciated--I wasn't worried about not having cell service at all! Jaclyn is so great. Our dogs loved her, even our more difficult one. Jaclyn is excellent at being calm and attentive. She left the house spotless and played with the pups. She sent the perfect amount of updates and pics. Fancy and Elliot seemed to love her and we would definitely hire her again!
Sterling was an excellent sitter. He took care of our cats, dogs, horses, and aquarium while we were away over the Thanksgiving holiday. He sent us pictures and updates of our pets and was great with our four month old puppy who is a handful and still in house training mode. Our Great Dane is on allergy and heart medication and Sterling handled that too. He wasn’t afraid to ask questions if he needed information.
