All services are offered in Oregon. For Washington folks, I can offer boarding your pet in my own home but I do not travel across the river. I have over 1/2 acre of fenced yard and I am home all day giving your babies my full attention. Caring for your pet is my full time job. I am in the proocess of updating my Rover profile and expanding my services! Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I worked in a veterinary clinic setting for almost 5 years. I have owned two senior border collies that I trained since they were puppies. I have personal experience training using only positivity and clicker signals. I have also owned 3 senior cats that I've had since they were kittens. I no longer have any pets in my home and looking forward to spending time with yours!

Lori is a wonderful house/petsitter. She was full of energy and joy with my dog. She has a huge fenced yard that my Teddy loves. There’s lots of birds to chase!
Lori was very attentive with our two cats. She made sure each was accounted for and their needs met. We received much appreciated daily updates with pictures and videos. We would trust Lori again with the care and special needs of our cats.

Lori is an amazing animal caretaker! We have 11 pets and 5 different species of animals (cats, dog, rabbit, cockatoo, and goats) which is hard work! Lori did an amazing job of taking great care of our crew for our 4-day out-of-town stay. Lori sent photos and updates regularly which was so lovely! I am most impressed by her ability to attend to each of our pet's individual needs - we a so grateful for Lori's help! Our critter-crew is in great hands and I give Lori my strongest recommendation!
Best cat sitter ever! Definitely someone to trust with your pets, it is obvious she cares deeply about animals and treated my cat like her own, spending a lot of time with him. Besides amazing care and play time, while I was away there was a heat wave (up to 116 f) and since my apartment doesn’t have AC she packed up my cat, his litter box, food, toys and brought him and everything he needed to her house to stay safe and cool during the extreme weather. Lori definitely went above and beyond any pet sitter I’ve had before! 😻😻😻
Lori took care of our sometimes difficult cat albeit my baby, Hamlet. He has been known to be a little aggressive being an indoor/outside cat forced to be only inside. Lori was extremely attentive to our baby, sent regular updates and had him purring and cuddling happily. Lori went over and beyond what was expected, made us extremely comfortable being away from our baby and with her pet behavior training knew how to handle his behavior issues. He didn’t seem to miss us when we came home which to me is the best sign of great care. Will ask Lori to watch our baby again in a heartbeat and would recommend her services to anyone!

Schedule
Caring for your pet(s) is my full time job. All services are offered in Oregon. For Washington folks, I can offer boarding your pet in my own home but I do not travel across the river. I have over 1/2 acre of fenced yard and I am home all day giving your babies my full attention. I will never leave them alone for more than 2 hours on any day. I started in a veterinary clinic many years ago but took some detours in my career. I have tried everything from business accounting to teaching middle and highschool math. Since all of my pets have passed over the rainbow bridge, I have decided to come back to my true passion... taking care of animals! I am also working towards a becoming a certified dog trainer.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet will not be lonely with me. I will play tug or fetch with your dogs. I am happy to use a crate or cuddle with your fur baby on the couch for nap time. I will be happy to brush your cats and spoil them with catnip and chin scratches. I will keep their rountine to make them comfortable and give them plenty of engaging activities to keep their mind sharp.
