House Sitting in Damascus

About: I've been surrounded by animals from before I was born. I grew up on a farm on Kauai, Hawaii. I worked as a veterinary assistant for nearly 10 years, volunteered with Guide Dogs for the Blind as a foster home, and I am always helping my friends and family with pet sitting and minor grooming(nail trims and baths). I'm starting this as a part-time job because it fits my schedule. I'm usually available for dog walking Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm. I am currently petless. Our beloved kitty(15 years old) passed last year and our family is not ready for another pet at the moment. I am happy to come to your house to take your dog for a walk in a neighborhood they are comfortable with, I often walk at Powell Butte, around my own neighborhood, and Salish ponds in Gresham. I'm happy to discuss other walks with you and anything else you'd like to know.

“Simply, Adeline was a perfect pet sitter in pur home. Our little dog is 16 years old and doesn't hear. He also was highly traumatized before we adopted him, so new people make him very agitated. deline was amazing with him. She was kind enough to agree to a pre vacation meetup before our holiday. She listened to our concerns and clearly treated him well. By the time we came home a week later, she was his bestie. Adeline sent us photos periodically with updates and seemed to really care about them, offering to sit for us again in the future. We're so grateful to Adeline for her patience and care; she made it possible for me to relax on vacation knowing they were in good hands. Thank you Adeline!”

I have a very flexible schedule since I am currently unemployed and not going to school. I am open most days and times as well as some weekends. About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs ever since I was a teen. My family always had cats growing up but I would care for a lot of cats and dogs for friends and family. I currently have 1 cat named Wednesday and 1 dog named Korra. They are super friendly and would love to meet some new friends! I currently work full time from home, so I have a lot of flexibility to be able to step away to walk or take care of an animal. I am open to boarding but at your home and mine. The animal always comes first, I will make sure to play and take care of your pet proactively and follow any custom instructions or medication needs appropriately and with great attention to detail. My animals get fresh water and food twice a day and my dog Korra regularly plays in our yard and loves to go for walks!
