About: Grew up in Hawaii. Had many cats,dogs, goats, pigs, horses, and cows. Ofcourse little ones too, gold fish, fighter fish, swimming frogs, hamsters and guinnipigs. Always loved animals, they are ohana and always need love. I work part time and have a helper with me, so we cand be flexible. My young partner enjoys working with animals and has a soft spot in his heart for all animals Our pets are treated like precious children. We love them and protect them as our own ohana. We can see throught their eyes and see the love they have for you and want to keep them happy till you get back.

As shy as Freyja is, she's claimed you for her own (rubbing against your purse). That's really saying something! And the photo with Oogie hanging out with you on the head of your chair shows you two are buddies. We knew from the start that you are perfect for them and us, and we're thankful we found you. Now you might be wondering how they were when we came home. They woke up when they heard us and suddenly got the zoomies! Oogie had an excellent run on the kitty wheel, jumping off only to run away from Freyja! They played and grappled with each other and rubbing against us and more ruining on the wheel and more chasing. They don't even do that with catnip. Anyway, we had a great time and piece of mind that the ladies were in excellent hands. If this review is long and scattered, I'm JUST waking up (11:30 I think). About: Dedicated Certified Dog Trainer and Pet First Aid/CPR Instructor with over 30 years experience caring for my own variety of pets and family and friend's pets. I also have over 4 years experience working in high-volume doggie daycare, boarding, and training environment. I'm experienced in working with dogs of different breeds, ages, sizes (XS-XXL), and temperaments. I am also experienced in caring for cats, rats, guinea pigs, and bunnies. The pets in my care will be treated like my own and receive top-tier care. I work from home, so your pet won't be left alone or crated all day. I have a fully fenced backyard (6ft tall vinyl fencing), baby gates, and x-pens to keep dogs out of unwanted areas or keep dogs separated. I enjoy capturing pictures and videos of the pets in my care doing various activities and am willing to send you updates throughout their stay. I'm starting my own in home pet care and am home with your pets 24/7. Everyday the pets in my care are let out for a potty break upon arrival or in the morning, before coming back into their separate spaces to have breakfast (if boarding or parent's brought breakfast). About an hour (time to let their food settle) after breakfast we go out for another supervised potty break, depending on the weather we'll stay outside and engage in some supervised play or come inside and do some enrichment activities before enjoying some down time to relax and reset. If you have requested a lunch for your pet, I'll provide a safe and quiet space for you pet to enjoy some lunch between 12pm-1pm. After letting their lunch settle( between 1pm-2pm) we'll go back out for a supervised potty break and some more supervised playtime, enrichment, or go for a walk in the neighborhood. I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood. I have 2 pet friendly dogs of my own, a husband, and a 16 year old son. My backyard is fully fenced (6ft tall) with security cameras all around the outside. I also have baby gates and x-pens to keep pets separated if needed. I have poop scoops and a bucket for quick and easy clean up, pet safe/vet approved sanitizer to keep things clean, pet first aid supplies, toys, enrichment/training equipment, a dog run, kennels, water bowls, a sandbox for digging in, swimming pools/sprinklers for hot days, and plan to add more outdoor equipment for a more fun and enriching time. Your pets will be treated like one of my own.

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs, so I’m pretty comfortable around them and looking after them,too. I officially became a dog mom in 2019 after graduating from college when I adopted an elderly Chihuahua named Lucy. She passed away two years ago, but caring for her gave me experience with senior dogs and administering daily arthritis medication. I now have my girl Peaches. She will be turning 3 in August and is puggle who keeps me on a consistent walking schedule! Through caring for my own dogs and pet sitting for friends and family, I’ve gained experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I also regularly watch my brother’s 2-year-old Staffie mix who is the biggest baby and I love like my own fur baby. I love going on walks, hikes, and visiting farmers markets/local parks/coffe shops, so your pup will get plenty of love, attention, and activity while in my care. I also like to call myself a “master pill hider” because Peaches has definitely made me work for my skills when it comes to giving daily medications 😂 I look forward to meeting your fur baby and possibly you, too! I promise to send consistent photos and videos while they’re in my care, and I’ll always communicate if I notice anything concerning about their behavior. I’d rather ask questions than assume something is normal. Im currently a full-time graduate school and do have in-person classes on campus downtown, so if I’m house sitting your furbaby would have to be ok being alone while I’m away. For walks, I will always keep your dog leashed and be mindful of outside temperatures while we're out. For drop-ins, I’ll make sure they have plenty of fresh water, receive any requested meals or medications, and have supervised outdoor time. If I need to administer medication, I’ll make note of when it was given and observe them afterward to ensure they’re doing well before I leave. Their safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities.

They played, she had her go potty and even followed every wild direction and listened when I explained tips for making her time with my overstimulated puppy easier. Samie sent plenty of cool photos and even went above and beyond to feed my always hungry cat who screams for his food. Thanks Samie! “Sage was the perfect dog sitter for my 8 year old pomeranian. I will definitely use her again. Her expertise in dog training really helps because my dog can get quite aggressive when someone tries to leave the house, because he suffers from separation anxiety. My dog also requires being fed 3 times a day which can get quite difficult for someone who has children & pets if their own, which she has. I appreciate her and I will not have to think twice before hiring her again. Thank you Sage!”
