“Kristopher and his family were terrific. I had a last minute cancellation and he was so accommodating. I was stressed but they were so reassuring and helpful. He was great at communicating, even though it was a short stay he knew I need reassurance and was so great to send lots of pictures. In the future he will my number 1 choice for all my dog sitting needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“Hannah did a fantastic job with our senior dog and our kitten! We will definitely be booking with her again the next time we need a pet sitter. Thank you, Hannah, for taking such great care of Bear and Nyx for us!”

“Gary was great with our puppy. While she was happy to see us after a two week absence, it was obvious she had been well-cared for and lovingly attended. We have already booked our next stay with Gary and Carol.”

“Love love love it all that they provided to our Tofu❤️Absolutely recommend Linda and her family hosting your fur babies. Our Tofu spent his best two weeks at their place with lots of walks, treats, and even baths when needed. They asked many questions before hand to get to know Tofu and arranged a visit as well. It was such a relief for us during our international trip where we had no access to text messages and major social media. However, Linda still offered to contact us via WhatsApp in order to send daily updates.”

“Cassandra and Trevor did a phenomenal job caring for my pup. They are professional, kind, patient, and flexible. they have a beautiful pet area, and a lovely fenced in back yard for dogs to have some space to run. My dog was happy and well taken care of with them. I would book again 100%.”

“Julie and Barry are our go to pet sitters whenever we can get them. We've been known to plan our trip around their availability! Our two dogs LOVE them! One is a chihuahua, who doesn't accept just anyone, but he loves Julie and Barry. When we are away, we feel totally confident that our babies are getting the best care.”

“Excellent dog boarding experience! She was very responsive, kept me updated with photos throughout my dog’s stay, and was incredibly kind and caring. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. I would definitely recommend her and will use her services again!”

“We recently adopted Finn and were a bit anxious about how he would do after being with us for such a short time. Kristopher was wonderful—patient and responsive from start to finish. He kept us updated with photos and info that really put us at ease. Finn clearly had a great time with Kristopher and his family!”

“Sarah was great! Super communicative and flexible with a relatively short notice booking for a long 9 day stay for our dog when a previous friend had to back out on watching her. She was great and Onyx seemed to have a great time and was comfortable with her and her home. We loved that she gave us a little report card and a few goodies for Onyx for being such a good dog. Would definitely book again in the future.”

“Anastasia is a gem. She was warm, attentive and understanding of my Siberian Husky. She sent pictures and an update every day my doggo was in her care. Her dogs and child are friendly and accommodating. My dog had a great time! I highly recommend Anastasia.”

“Pam was great with my Murphy!! She has a great backyard for doggies and you can tell she really loves dogs! He had a great time with Pam and her husband was also super nice!! I would recommend anyone to book with Pam. I hope Murphy can visit them again!”

“Our two old dogs came home happy and healthy. They required a lot of extra care including medications and Jessica was so sweet and accommodating about it. Would definitely trust her again.”

“absolutely amazing and careful with my very anxious german shepherd. my dog struggles with no people and environments due to some issues in her past and i’ve never been able to find a place where she feels safe but she has been able to stay with shasta happily. i appreciate her and her family so so much for all they do!! highly recommend!!”

“Allison loved on Presley like she was hers and sent me updates and pictures throughout the weekend. She took her on little walks/hikes/adventures and was great with her!”

“Kristen and her partner are the best! We had our pup stay at their house while we traveled for the week. Her communication was excellent- providing updates with photos every day, it was something our family always looked forward to. It was clear that our pup was happy at their home - large backyard to play in, lovely walks in the neighborhood, a space to hide upon hearing fireworks, lovely humans to keep him company. Highly recommend!!”

“Kirstyn is amazing! My dog loves her! Molly could be high maintenance sometimes but Kirstyn is very responsible and loving, she took a really good care of her. Will definitely book her again.”

“Emily’s care was superb as always. Her check-ins and photos of Thumbs were always adorable and we always know he is in great hands. Emily was very flexible when our plans changed unexpectedly which we appreciated so much. Thank you Emily.”

“Excellent sitter, someone you can really trust that you’re leaving your animals in great care. Took care of my apartment, went above & beyond for me & my pets. Will definitely be booking again for any future cat-sitting needs.”

“Isabella is the best. She went above and beyond of just giving food and water to our fur baby. She gave her love and played with her and even cleaned up a fur ball present that baby girl left her 😻. I felt completely comfortable going out of town knowing baby girl was in good hands. Trustworthy and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Isabella.”

“Anika came by for the meet and greet and was exactly on time! She is very friendly and personable. She took care of our two cats while we were gone (although she didn't see much of Zipper because he's shy). She sent pictures each day of playing with Pixie. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Michelle did such a great job watching our older cat and taking care of plants. She's very communicative and responsive, will definitely be using her services in the future. Thank you Michelle!”

About: While my primary experience is with dogs and animal rescue, I’ve been caring for cats for more than five years through pet sitting for friends, family, neighbors, and clients. I’m comfortable with feeding, litter box maintenance, medications, and caring for cats with different personalities and needs. My background fostering rescue animals has taught me how to read body language, respect boundaries, and help pets feel safe in unfamiliar situations. Whether your cat is social and outgoing or prefers a quiet check-in and a clean litter box, I’ll provide reliable care tailored to their comfort level. I also offer plant care and vacation watering services, making me a great fit for households with both pets and plants.

“Reagan is a true gem! Very communicative, responsive and willing to go out of her way to make sure our animals are well taken care of. We have a dog sit with her next month for a week and couldn’t feel more at ease with it. We’re so glad we found her and highly recommend if you’re looking for a caring pet sitter!”
“We are so happy we hired Ronda to cat sit for us while we were out of town. I was a little nervous about hiring someone we didn’t know to watch the cats for the first time post-covid, but I needn’t have worried. Ronda is clearly a caring person who is very good with animals. She responded very quickly to my initial request and was very communicative throughout the days we were gone. I especially appreciated the pictures and little updates about how the cats were doing. I was really impressed to see that even our shy, nervous cat N was coming up to her and eating normally. It’s not uncommon that N will hide from strangers and stop eating while we’re gone, so I think it speaks volumes about Ronda’s way with animals that N did so much better this time around. We will definitely hire Ronda again!”

“Lynden was wonderful to work with -- very caring and compassionate -- and it was such a relief knowing she was making daily visits while we were gone.”

About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years and have taken care of a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs. I treat my own fur baby, Dexter, like my own child and I will do the same for yours! He’s my best friend, we do everything together & that’s exactly how I will treat your pup or kitty. I would love to take your fur baby on a nature hike, to the local coffee shop for a puppuccino, to a park to play fetch, or even just playing and lounging around the home. I am here to keep your pet safe and comfortable. Whatever works well and best for them. I work a full-time hybrid position, so my schedule can be flexible at times with advanced scheduling. I am typically able to interact with your fur child as much as needed! We can go on a short walk or hang out at home before I go to work, during my lunch break, and after I am off! Weekends are usually wide open availability. I am no longer offering boarding services at my home, however, I would love to check in on your pet at your home as much as needed. Due to having a pup of my own with his own needs, I will not be able to spend the night at your home. Please note, this prior to booking. I am only available for drop-in visits. Drop in visits typically range from 3-7 times per day, depending on your pet’s needs. I want to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe in the comfort of their home.
About: I have grown up with pets and even found my first job working at an animal boarding house. You could say I learned to become a professional dog walker at a young age. I have two high anxiety dogs and have been working on their social skills and coping methods to help their anxiety. I work full-time from home but take frequent breaks to let the dogs go out and play and take multiple walks a day to give them exercise. Weekends are mostly free to cuddle and to play with the fur babies. When house sitting or boarding pets I stay close so they be taken care of as needed. I keep my own pets on a schedule feeding, potty breaks and play with puzzles to earn treats. I will follow clients care guidelines to maintain consistency and keep them comfortable while their owners are gone.

“From the beginning, very responsive and helpful! They were able to handle my high anxiety dog and didn’t get annoyed by the overly long explanation I had about his dogality. Followed up with pictures and updates and my dogs had a blast! Highly recommend Cass and Trevor for dog sitting.”

“Finding the right fit for taking care of my two older chihuahuas was very stressful, until I came across Julie and Barry. Firstly, my huge requirement was that they had no dogs of their own and secondly, that they would only have one client at a time. That is not super easy to find. And not only do they fulfill both of those requirements, but it is two people instead of one, so it's an incredible amount of care and attention that is given to any animal that they might care for. One of my pups has some pretty major anxiety and Julie knew just what to do with her. She turns on her heating pad and cuddles up on the couch with her, and I can tell that they are very loved while there. And though I know my pups don't like being away from me, they very obviously feel safe and comfortable with both Julie and Barry. They also have a wonderful place for the dogs to be when outside. Our pups are going to board with them soon and we feel 100% comfortable with it, and excited that we have found Julie and Barry. Besides taking great care of the pups, they are lovely people and we have enjoyed getting to know them.”

“Melba stayed here while we went to a show at the Edgefield Amphitheater. Gary and Carol had no problem with our late pick up, and they sent updates and pictures. Everything was easy and smooth. We wouldn't hesitate to have Gary and Carol dogsit again if we come back to this area!”

“Emma and Kenzie are the absolute best! When we drop off our pups, we know they will be safe, well cared for, and loved. Our boys (2 Boston terriers, 18 months old) love Camp Oz and we are so thankful we found Emma and Kenzie.”

“My dogs and I love Anastasia! One of my dogs has been going to Anastasia for months. My other dog is a nervous guy and likes his alone time, so we usually leave him at home. But we decided to take him on a trial run to spend a day with Anastasia, and he made a new best friend!”

“When your dog is so excited to see his Rover sitter again that he literally does repeated two-foot vertical jumps when he sees her again, you know that you’ve found the right person to take care of your Dodd!”

“Mackenzie has been absolutely amazing with my dog! She had a rocky start on her first day but Mackenzie took the time to work with her and help her acclimate! Today was her 5th day and she is thriving! Highly recommend!!”

“Shasta and her family are very loving and caring, we truly trust her completely. Our dog Gus gets so excited about having a stay it make leaving him a boy easier knowing he just runs right into the house out of excitement!”

“Isabella was very prompt, responsive, reliable and friendly. She was ready to get our dog out for a walk the very next day after I reached out to her. Thank you again Isabella!”

“Anika was amazing! I really appreciate how they were so responsive and were able to accommodate my last minute request. I highly recommend Anika for all your pet sitting/walking needs!”

“Kristopher has great energy and you can see his love for animals. He was kind and loving to my new dog that I just adopted 3 months ago. He communicates well and keeps you informed. I'm looking forward to his next visit with my puppers.”

“Absolutely recommend. Pets definitely instantly love her and she is the most professional Rover we’ve ever hired. She did 6 days of dog walks/dog exercise over vacation and I got the happiest dog photos. She is punctual, smart, conscientious, very knowledgeable about dog behavior. She was great with my slightly reactive dog and large dog who wanted to go after squirrels. I recommend without hesitation.”

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had family dogs growing up and had a dog of my own in my early twenties, so caring for them has always been a part of my life. Around 2020, friends and coworkers started asking me to house sit while they traveled, and that’s when I realized how much I genuinely enjoy caring for other people’s homes and especially thier pets. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities... from tiny Chihuahuas and miniature Poodles to Huskies, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans. I’ve also spent some time with cats, hamsters, bunnies, and lizards. Unfortunately I have retired for caring for cats due to allergies. I know that every dog is different. Some want to play nonstop, some love long walks, and others just want someone cuddles. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I’ve even helped reinforce basic training, taught a few fun tricks, and worked on some very simple behavioral habits when owners have appreciated. I believe consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement go a long way. When your dog is with me, they’ll be treated like my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your best friend is getting plenty of attention, exercise, affection, care until you’re back home. I’m currently a surgical technology student, and my classes are scheduled in the mornings, which means I’m available most afternoons and evenings for walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and quality time with your pets. Trusting someone with your animal is a huge deal. I am big on personal integrity and respect. I know every pet is different, so I like to stick as closely as possible to the routine they’re already used to. Whether that means long walks, playtime in the yard, keeping up with feeding schedules, or just hanging out on the couch together, I’m happy to do whatever helps them feel comfortable while you’re away. Safety is always my biggest priority. I’m especially careful on walks, pay attention to each dog’s personality and body language. This means, my phone is away… unless I sneak a really cute picture of your pup. I also know how important it is to trust the person staying in your home, so I’ll treat your space with respect and leave it just the way I found it. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos because I know I’d want the same if someone was watching my dog. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away worry free.
“Anna has been wonderful with my Australian shepherd puppy! Penelope required a lot of attention and likes to pull and get distracted on walks but Anna has been patient with her, worked with her, played with her, and overall taken great care of my dog. Highly recommend her for any pet care services!”

About: One of my passions in life is pets and caring for them. As a graduate from Carrington College in veterinary assisting I learned valuable skills such as understanding animal behavior, CPR, nail trims and administering medications. I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, hampsters, lizards, fish, frogs and feel comfortable with nearly any type of pet. What I bring to pet care is a strong connection to animals, I feel a sense of responsibility and need to care for them and be their new best friend. I will always talk to pets & their owners when I see them on a bus, walking down the street, or in an outside restaurant. I am vegan, as I feel that all animals should be treated well. I do not impose my views on anyone but am happy to talk about it and offer advice if asked. OUTSIDE REVIEWS Heather took care of my young and active miniature Australian Labradoodle Maggie for 3 nights. She stayed at my home and did an amazing job. I came home to a calm and happy dog and my house was just as I left it . Maggie loved her and she loved Maggie. I felt 100 % confident that she was in good hands. She has experience with animals, loves them and has even had vet tech training in the past. Previously, when I left Maggie with a sitter for 3 days she didn’t eat and lost a pound, but with Heather she was just as I left her. I was delighted. Heather gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 I am free just about any time and duration, and can go anywhere that Tri-Met can take me if it's an hour or less travel time. I will take your dog to a park if it's within walking distance, or walk around the neighborhood, or play/run around in the yard or house as well.
“Princess was super awesome. My little Lexi is a very shy dog to people upfront but for some reason Lexi went differently to Princess and greeted her. She took a lot of pictures and spent the full 30 minutes walking Lexi. She made me feel at ease and made sure Lexi was safe. I 100% recommend Princess.”

“Samie didn’t great with Eden today. They played, she had her go potty and even followed every wild direction and listened when I explained tips for making her time with my overstimulated puppy easier. Samie sent plenty of cool photos and even went above and beyond to feed my always hungry cat who screams for his food. Thanks Samie! Eden and Ninja would be happy to have you back for a walk or drop in.”

About: Animals have always been part of my life — from horses to fish, and most importantly, dogs. For the past 2+ years I’ve been a foster with the Portland Dachshund Rescue, caring for everything from energetic puppies to seniors with medical needs. Through local dachshund meetups and rescue work, I’ve become known as a trusted safe space for small dogs in the Portland community. What sets me apart is the blend of heart and hands-on skills: • Experience with senior dogs, medical care, and even injections when needed. • Specialized understanding of dachshunds and other small breeds. • A home set up with secure fencing and stairs for tiny dogs’ safety. • The flexibility of working from home most days, with the option to bring pups to the office on others. I treat every guest like my own — with patience, love, and individualized care. Most days I work from home, so your pup will get plenty of company and attention throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays I go into the office, but I can often bring a guest dog with me if needed, so they won’t be left alone. Because I only host up to two small dogs at a time (20 lbs and under), I can keep routines flexible — from regular potty breaks and short walks to cuddle breaks on the couch. My schedule is designed to give your pup a safe, consistent rhythm while you’re away. Whether your pup is staying at my townhome or I’m caring for them in yours, safety is always the top priority. My home is rescue-approved with secure fencing, pet stairs, and even an outdoor ramp in progress for tiny legs. Guests are always supervised, indoors and out. If I’m in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I understand the trust it takes to hand over your keys, and I’m happy to follow any security routines or send photos so you feel comfortable. My goal is simple: peace of mind for you, and a safe, happy experience for your pet.
“Jessica is great with Riley. He is a very energetic dog and she has given me some good ideas on how to refocus him. It’s obvious that she loves dogs. I feel very fortunate to have found Jessica.”

About: I currently cannot have a dog right now, but I have about a year of experience with treat training dogs. I love taking them on walks. I currently work a part-time job in Sandy, but I am very open to walking or pet sitting. Especially since I have a big heart for animals. I have a friendly cat and a decent size backyard. Since my backyard is not fenced in, it would be best to pet sit at the client’s house.

I’m excited and ready to meet and help out you and your babies! Fun fact about me: I’ve actually traveled to Pennsylvania to pet sit! My full time job doesn’t start until the middle of August, so until then I’m free! After September 8th to mid November, I’ll only be available weekends (Friday night to Monday morning.) After that, I am available until January. I am free all winter and summer long! I do have a part time job that I work 6-8 hours a couple days a week. I do not know my schedule far in advance, but I can request days off to accommodate you and your pets! Building trust with you and your pets is huge. I’d love to schedule a meet up before taking on caring for your pet so they can get to know me and be comfortable. I am adaptable and care for your animals no matter the circumstances

“Our two pups are always excited as camp Oz has a lot of other pups to play with. They also have a great area where the dogs play. Been receiving regular updates whenever they’ve stayed. Also great for small dogs as they are allowed on furniture and get a lot of cuddles.”

“Leah and Chris were amazing! It was so obvious our boys were having a blast with them and that they loved them as their own. We got daily updates with amazing photos of the dogs and saw they were being regularly walked and paid attention to. 100% will book with them again.”

“Colleen was so nice! From the "pet meet and greet" through the overnight stay, she always made us and our pet comfortable and confident. She sent lots of pics and updates on how Posy was doing. We really appreciated that, for sure. We will definitely use Colleen's pet sitting again and look forward to seeing her at the dog park!”
