He can be a little anxious in new environments but from the first time we met Allison I think he picked up on her tremendously calm and welcoming personality, making him seem much less anxious while at her house. Her house felt very comfortable and she has a large fenced back yard for dogs to enjoy. We’ll definitely check Allison’s schedule should we need a dog sitter in the future and would not hesitate at all having her take care of our dog again.”

He required a great deal of personal care because he does not have the use of his back legs and is missing one eye due to previous abuse. Cassandra and Trevor sent daily photos, videos, and updates, and spent a great deal of time hand-feeding him and carrying him to where he needed to go. “Peter and Missy are fantastic! They took excellent care of our dogs and provided daily updates and photos, which we really appreciated. The only other time we have used this service to book care, the caregiver was also watching about six other dogs and we only got one brief note in the middle of the stay. With Peter and Missy, they only had one other dog for a short part of the stay, but the rest of the time it was just our dogs and theirs, Gunner. One of our dogs is blind and the other one is very needy, so we are always a little worried, but we did not have to be concerned at all. It was obvious that they were being given all the attention and care that we would hope for, and they became fast friends with Gunner. We will 100% use Peter and Missy in the future!”

Michelle was wonderful! We booked her just one day before our trip, and she was incredibly flexible and accommodating with our last-minute request. Since we were traveling to Portland from out of town and leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know, we really appreciated how responsive and welcoming she was from the start. When we arrived, Michelle gave us a full tour of her house and backyard, introduced us to the other dogs staying there, and made sure everyone got along. It immediately made us feel much more comfortable leaving our dog with her. While we were away, Michelle was very responsive and sent us lots of photos and updates, which we really appreciated. We could tell our dog was happy and well cared for, and we felt completely confident that she was in good hands while we were at the festival. We would absolutely book with Michelle again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, communicative, and trustworthy dog sitter!
Amanda and Joshua were incredible with Kya! She is typically a pretty anxious girl but she looked like she was having a blast in all of the photos I received during her stay. She got along great with their resident dog and Amanda was very communicative and checked in with us often. We would absolutely bring Kya back again!
I have used Willow for dog training sessions and just used her to dog sit while we went on vacation and she continues to be wonderful. She sent pictures and updates every day and even worked with him on his training while watching him. She has so mature different activities for him he was wiped out by the time we picked him up. I will continue to use her for all my dog care needs
