About: I've had cats all my life, current have 3. I have two dogs, both German Sheppards, and love taking care of them! Very in tune with physical cues of discomfort and figuring out what the animals need! I've stayed overnight at family members houses for years to take care of their dogs. I work part time at a coffee shop, but can always make time for taking of your fur babies! I have varying availability everyday and would love to work with your schedule! I love spending time with your animals and will be engaged with them the duration of my time with them, whether they love walks or chilling out!

Princess was super awesome. My little Lexi is a very shy dog to people upfront but for some reason Lexi went differently to Princess and greeted her. She took a lot of pictures and spent the full 30 minutes walking Lexi. She made me feel at ease and made sure Lexi was safe. I 100% recommend Princess.

About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s dog on multiple occasions, for as long as two weeks at a time. I also have two dogs at home! We’ve had dogs since 2010. I also used to have cats as a kid, so I have experience with cat care as well. I can work around any schedule! I absolutely love all pets and am always looking to hang with them. Recently moved here so I am in need of some cute pets to take care of! My dogs are taken out three times a day and are fed twice a day. They are allowed to roam throughout the day and I do my best to give them as much attention when I’m home :) For dog sitting in the past, I typically visited 2-3 times a day, taking the dog out each visit and feeding twice a day. I take the dogs on walks for 15-20 minutes and poop is always picked up :)

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and respect I have for animals. I don't see pet care as just a job—I see it as caring for a member of your family. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. As a lifelong pet owner, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. I believe in patience, kindness, and clear communication, and I'll always treat your pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I'm happy to provide the care that's right for them. I'm also comfortable administering medications as directed, refreshing food and water, and helping maintain your pet's normal routine. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care and give you peace of mind while you're away. I'm a mom of three and work part-time in the medical field. My schedule allows me to provide dependable pet care while balancing my family and work responsibilities. On the days I work, I'm typically available after the afternoon/evening. On my days off, I have much more flexibility and am generally available throughout the day. I'm also available on weekends! If you have specific scheduling needs, feel free to reach out. I'll do my best to accommodate you and your pet's routine. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. They'll receive plenty of love, attention, and cuddles—if that's what they enjoy! I respect every pet's unique personality, boundaries, and routine, and I'll always care for them in the way that's best for them. For everyone's safety, dogs will always remain on a leash during walks unless we're in a secure, enclosed area with your permission. I'll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own, so you can feel confident they're in good hands while you're away.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats and even birds/reptiles of both friends and family before. I use to work in the pet field and have a love of all animals. Ive owned animals of many kinds. I did also train for a short time as both a dog and cat groomer. I have owned and cared for special needs, senior and young animals too. I also have some experience with administering medicines to both cats and dogs. I am currently working part time as a security officer and don't have a set schedule so i have alot of free time to spend with your pups or kits. I can offer several hours a day of enrichment and am willing to travel to please your puppies or kitties. I love outdoor adventures or just sitting at home one the couch cuddling if that what you and your pets prefer. I will care for your dogs in your home as you would like. If your dog has a set schedule and routine, i have no issues with following this. Same for your feline friends. I have no issues following your instructions as written and will do my best to make it a fun and positive experience for both you and your pet.

About: All services are offered in Oregon. For Washington folks, I can offer boarding your pet in my own home but I do not travel across the river. I have over 1/2 acre of fenced yard and I am home all day giving your babies my full attention. Caring for your pet is my full time job. I am in the proocess of updating my Rover profile and expanding my services! Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I worked in a veterinary clinic setting for almost 5 years. I have owned two senior border collies that I trained since they were puppies. I have personal experience training using only positivity and clicker signals. I have also owned 3 senior cats that I've had since they were kittens. I no longer have any pets in my home and looking forward to spending time with yours! Caring for your pet(s) is my full time job. All services are offered in Oregon. For Washington folks, I can offer boarding your pet in my own home but I do not travel across the river. I have over 1/2 acre of fenced yard and I am home all day giving your babies my full attention. I will never leave them alone for more than 2 hours on any day. I started in a veterinary clinic many years ago but took some detours in my career. I have tried everything from business accounting to teaching middle and highschool math. Since all of my pets have passed over the rainbow bridge, I have decided to come back to my true passion... taking care of animals! I am also working towards a becoming a certified dog trainer. Your pet will not be lonely with me. I will play tug or fetch with your dogs. I am happy to use a crate or cuddle with your fur baby on the couch for nap time. I will be happy to brush your cats and spoil them with catnip and chin scratches. I will keep their rountine to make them comfortable and give them plenty of engaging activities to keep their mind sharp.

I'm available for 1 drop in visit or 1 walk Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. House sitting is limited to places I am able to bring my dog with me (he gets along with everything) as long as he pets in the household are ok with my Labrador Retriever. I'm willing to adjust rates for repeated visits to make it more affordable. More about me: I moved here from Maine in 2024 I have years experience in the Veterinary field but also pet sitting which was mostly veterinary staff pets in their home, experienced watching multiple pets that live in the same home. About: I currently cannot have a dog right now, but I have about a year of experience with treat training dogs. I love taking them on walks. I currently work a part-time job in Sandy, but I am very open to walking or pet sitting. Especially since I have a big heart for animals. I have a friendly cat and a decent size backyard. Since my backyard is not fenced in, it would be best to pet sit at the client’s house.

About: Hi, I’m Kimberlyn, a lifelong animal lover based in the Troutdale area. One of my earliest memories is adopting our rescue dog, Vinny. I was so concerned he’d be lonely that I crawled out of my crib to sleep beside him, and that love for animals has only grown stronger over the years. I grew up with two large dogs, and caring for them was one of my greatest joys. I'm an active person and will make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and love. Over the years, I’ve partnered with the Humane Society and fostered many dogs, gaining experience with breeds and personalities of all kinds, including puppies. I currently work full-time from home as an online teacher, which means your pet will have constant care and companionship throughout the day. I want you to feel totally at ease while you’re away, so I happily provide photo updates and a detailed summary of our daily routine. My husband and I live in a two story home on half an acre here in Troutdale so your dog will have tons of room to run around and play! Our home also backs up to a large park with many trails and you can expect me to take your dog on walks there multiple times a day. I’m flexible, dependable, and available for last-minute bookings, I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! I work from home each day from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m., which gives me a highly flexible schedule and allows me to be with your pup for the rest of the day, aside from the occasional errand. Your pet will have plenty of company, attention, and affection; they certainly won’t be lonely! I’m highly detail-oriented, and my full attention will be devoted to your pet and their unique needs. You can expect frequent updates, complete with photos, so you always feel connected and confident that they’re in great hands.

About: I got my first dog sitting job when I was 5, it was my neighbors dog and I've loved doing it since. I have since home sat, many dogs of all different breeds, ages, and size. I have a 3 year old English mastiff, and grew up with two big dogs as a kid. I'm good with training and working with puppies and older dogs who need medicine and extra care. I am a stay at home mom and nanny to my sister, I also am a home health aid for my elderly grandpa. So I have plenty of time to love your fur babies and give them all of my attention! I am available for boarding 24/7. I have a very large yard with a tall fence, I have a 3 year old English mastiff and a 7 year old daughter to keep your fur baby plenty occupied! I can crate your dog if you would like, but i do not crate unless told by the owner they can crate or have to be crated. We free feed our animals, but we can schedule feed if that is what you do! None of the dogs eat together to reduce the risk of an incident. I am very open to making accommodations and changes to make your fur baby feel safe and happy. I am one of the few sitters that take reactive dogs, I have the space to accommodate them and still have them get the love and attention they need! I am a stay at home mom to a 7 year old, so I am home all the time to take care of your babies. We play out side, and we snuggle. I treat your babies like they are my own. I have two very hyper, loving dogs who love to play in their giant yard! I can crate your baby if you prefer, but they all get to roam the house, and sleep in beds with humans!

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 6,177 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Corbett. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Corbett. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Corbett.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Corbett. On Rover:

  • 95% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
