âMelissa is truly fantastic. She is always easy to work with, has great communication, and takes the best pictures. Oakley is always SO happy to see her and even does his happy dance that is usually reserved for mom and dad. Weâre so happy to have found Melissa!â

âJess is great at communicating any little delays in her arrival, and I never worry while I travel. She will do whatever is needed to see that my sweet old dog is taken care of while I am away.â

âReally appreciate Collin's flexibility and how well he was able to work with my pup. Was consistent with communication and understanding of any requests made. Will definitely choose Collin again!â

About: Hello! My name is Shanice and I would love to take care of your fur baby! I have been taking care of animals specifically dogs ever since I was young. I have a dog of my own that I had ever since he was a puppy and he is 11 years old now so we basically grew up together. Not only I take care of a dog at home I also work with dogs on a daily basis. I work at a dog daycare facility so I feed, monitor, and train. I also work at a vet hospital where I help with the sick animals so you can see that animals are my life. If you have me looking after your fur babies I can guarantee that they are in the best hands. I am available for boarding on Sundays from 2pm to 5am. Wednesday from 2pm to anytime you want. I am also available on Thursdays openly. First I will make sure that they are well fed and well hydrated especially during the summer and have some quality playtime. If you allow me to bathe your pet I will to make sure they are all clean and comfortable.
About: Iâve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I started out by helping neighbors take care of their cats and dogs, and over the years that love grew into rescuing and caring for animals of my own. Iâve shared my life with both a cat and a dog with special needs, and I even helped raise an abandoned baby squirrel. Iâm a biologist by training, and through my work Iâve also cared for rabbits, providing gentle pre- and post-surgery support. Iâve previously provided cats and dogs care with a company called Pet Nanny and was certified through Pet Sitters International. I especially enjoy walking small and medium-sized dogs and always make sure each walk is filled with patience, attention, and lots of love. After my job ended in September due to a reduction in force, I decided to follow my heart and focus on animal care full time, beginning with dog mid-day through the evenings dog walking. Your dogâs safety and happiness always come first. I walk with full attention to my surroundings and to what your dog needs in the moment. We take our time so they can do their business, enjoy plenty of sniffing and âreading messages,â stretch their legs, and truly enjoy the walk before heading home. Iâll treat your dog as if they were my own and will always keep you updated about anything special, unusual, or urgent that comes up.
âHired Brittany to walk/play with Mason during the workday (60 minutes). He had a blast and was relaxed and tired when he came back. Brittany was timely and efficient and sent pics/update when finished. Will be hiring Brittany again.â

âShara is an outstanding dog walker! Very professional. Proactively communicates and Kris me informed throughout the process and helps when I have issues with bookings or the app. She is really good with my old pitbull who really gets excited to see her! I can't recommend her enough.â

âJulia takes excellent care of my pup during their afternoon walks. She is always on time, very reliable, and an excellent communicator. Julia paid attention to all of the details I included in my dogâs profile and I appreciate seeing her incorporate them into her walks or post-walk reports. I highly recommend Julia for her professionalism, positivity, and accountability when taking care of your furry pets!â

About: Hello! My name is Sky, I'm 24 years old, and I am currently studying to get my Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science specializing in Zoology. I have a lot of first-hand experience with owning/caring for dogs, cats, and exotic animals. I have no breed preferences, and pets that need specific care/special needs are always welcome. If you have a special needs pet, (or a pet that needs any sort of medication administration or medical care such as ear drops, eye drops, diaper changes, etc.) I do request to be shown specifically how you provide that care in order to ensure that your pet is not overly stressed out with a stranger performing different techniques of administration than the ones consistently used by their owner. I have a license and a car so I can provide reliable transportation to dog parks, socialization outings, grooming appointments, and pup-cup treats! I love animals of all shapes and sizes and Iâm looking forward to meeting you and your pet. **FULLY COVID-19 VACCINATED AND BOOSTED During the summer I have a relatively free schedule. During the fall and spring semesters, I attend college full-time, so unfortunately my availability will be cut down but not completely gone. During the school year, I would greatly appreciate it if you could notify me or request me 6 hours to one day in advance so I can make sure I donât have anything going on with school. Same-day requests during the school year can be tricky and I want you to be able to have your pet taken care of, so if I happen to be busy on the day of request/visit I can let you know so you can request someone else in a timely manner. I would hate to deny your request an hour or so before you need me because of school and cause you to be unable to book a new sitter in time. Thank you for your consideration, I will try my absolute best to accommodate you and your schedule with appropriate notice. I strive to make sure your pets get the best care possible, even if, unfortunately, it cannot be with me. **For house-sitting services, I am available for all-day visits, but unfortunately I am unable to stay the night(s) at your home because of my own pets at home needing care. I strive to provide your pets with the same love, care, and affection that I provide for my own pets. I'd love to cater to any preferences or favorite toys/food/activities your pet may have!
About: I have taken care of a variety of pets since I was 10 years old. I love helping my friends and family train their pets as well! Especially dogs who pull on the leash a lot or jump on people, helping them learn to stop those behaviors is very satisfying for me. I will be attentive to your petâs needs and body language, as well as concisely follow any instructions given to me! I canât wait to meet you and your pet ! Iâm currently working from home, and I have a very flexible schedule so I am always available whenever you need me for whatever your pet needs. First and foremost I make sure to follow whatever instructions provided to me, since I know all pets have unique needs. When pet sitting, I make sure to keep the home tidy, and focus on giving the pet lots of attention and make sure all their needs are met. I like becoming friends with all sorts of pets :)

âTheresa is AMAZING! I used Rover for the first time last week and I was so nervous about my pup being home alone/meeting someone new but Theresa is a rockstar! My pup loved her and had a great time with Theresa. She texted me updates while I was at work and really made sure my pup was taken care of and put all my anxieties at ease. I will definitely be scheduling daily walks with Theresa!â

âLeslie was great with our black Lab, Sophie. She did a home visit first, and we talked about Sophieâs routine, predilections, and personality. We walked together and Leslie took the leash, handling Sophie well. She did a bunch of mid-day walks for us, and sent updates (usually with a photo or two). She usually responds quickly to texts and was flexible with me when I had to reschedule. Sophie and I were both happy!â

âLeah is great! So happy we found her. She's responsive, sweet and so great with our pup Cubby. She takes many photos and even video to help you see how they are doing. Absolutely would use again.â
