I own and run my own business, 4 Pooches Pet Care, so this is my profession for the last 9 years plus. I mostly do overnight pet sitting and weekday dog walking, but I’m generally flexible depending on pets needs.

Certified Pug Lover! But will take most any breed. I've been around Beagles, Shelties, Wheaton Terriers, Great Danes, Goldens, Huskies, Jack Russells and Great American Mutts! I do prefer non-aggressive but I'm good at making most dogs comfortable. I will only do housebroken dogs as well Rates determined case by case by distance and animal health and demeanor
A typical day
Feed them, walk them, play with them and make them as comfortable as possible since I know they'll be missing their family! Rate includes watering plants and picking up mail if you'd like.

I would treat customers' dogs like I would want mine to be treated and enjoy every minute of it! Only do Travel Sitting for dogs/pets I do not do boarding anymore!! Will grab mail, water plants or stay over if need be. I'm a 20 year veteran of banking and run my own office, so I know how important responsibility and my reputation is to ease people's minds, gain trust and do a great job to gain repeat and referral business. I currently have 4 dogs with my girlfriend and grew up with family dogs so I have been around them my whole life. I own and run my Pet Care Business, 4 Pooches Pet care for over 9 years now and have been voted Nextdoor ‘Neighborhood Favorite’ 5 Years in a row. I have worked on several fund raising campaigns for Washington Animal Rescue League, belong to a Pug Meet-Up group in Rockville and have adopted through Mid-Atlantic Pug Rescue, where I have occasionally done home inspections as part of their adoption process. Marc was terrific and, as an added bonus, he sent pictures of my dogs each day so I knew they were being well cared for.
This was my first time using Marc and my dog does not usually take to males. But after a few minutes of checking him out, Gigi was find with him! They took walks and Gigi even allowed Marc to give her a belly rub!
Marc was quick to respond to our requests and easy to work with. He was understanding of our dog's anxiety and worked well to make him comfortable until our dog was more relaxed. His help really allowed us to enjoy a much needed vacation and we were able to trust our dog and our home to Marc's care.
Marc has always, and continues to be, an incredibly trustworthy and responsible aid to my family and our dog Zoey. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
