I’ve been around dogs most of my life, having grown up with family dogs from age 13 through college. Since then, I’ve continued caring for pets by helping with my mother’s and sister’s dogs whenever needed. I also regularly care for my girlfriend’s cat and recently completed a week-long in-home cat sitting stay. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats and enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, sticking to their routines, and making sure they feel safe and well cared for while their owners are away. I provide regular photo and message updates so you have peace of mind while you’re away

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize safety, consistency, and respect for both the pet and the home. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, and any specific household rules. I make sure pets feel comfortable by keeping their routine as normal as possible and giving them attention based on their personality and needs. I also keep the home clean and organized and treat it with the same respect I would my own. For peace of mind, I stay communicative and provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

Mark was fantastic! He put us at ease the whole time we were away not just with great photos but with amazing information about how our two cats were doing and confirming everything was taken care of. He really went the extra mile and offered to do more than what we asked. He was reliable, kind, and the cats were clearly very comfortable with him. We would love to use him again in the future!

Mark watched our 3 year old Tabby cat while we were on vacation for a week. Mark was completely conscientious and maintained Teddy’s schedule, played with him, and sent us pictures… which we loved. Mark has watched my cat Fisb on numerous occasions. He very clearly loves animals and takes great care of them. He started watching him as a kitten and would make sure he played with Fish multiple times a day and would send me videos of them hanging out playing and cuddling.
Mark is highly reliable and takes great care of our cat, Teddy, when we are away. Mark will send pictures and videos showing our cat at play and having fun. You will vacation carefree with Mark watching over your pet!!

Schedule
I work full-time during the weekdays and am in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I am available for house sitting, walks, and drop-in visits any day of the week. For house sitting, I can be present in the mornings, evenings, and overnight, and I ensure pets are cared for before and after my work hours. For walks and drop-ins, I am available evenings, and weekends, and can accommodate consistent routines.
