Karen took wonderful care of Munjee while we were away for nearly three weeks. We received consistent updates on how he was doing, including all sorts of pictures that he was well. Karen kept in touch with us and her communication was great. She also took time understood Munjee's reactive behavior in certain times and would do her best to accommodate.
