“This was our first visit—and the first time my dog Kenzie has ever been boarded with Jingming. Jingming was absolutely wonderful. She sent regular updates and photos, letting me know Kenzie was doing well, which truly helped put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make both me and Kenzie feel comfortable during our time apart. Kenzie can be a handful, especially since she’s blind, but Jingming made sure she stayed on her routine, ate well, and felt at home. She even used a camera so she could check in and see how Kenzie was doing, including how she slept she forwards them to me. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, I reached out to see if she could keep Kenzie for one more day—and without hesitation, she said yes. That flexibility and kindness meant so much. I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and thoughtfulness Jingming showed. I highly recommend her and will absolutely go back to her again!”

“Leaving my dog Judah with anyone used to give me anxiety—until I met Ren. I don’t say this lightly: Ren is the kind of sitter every dog parent dreams of. From the moment Judah arrives, it’s like he steps into a doggy sanctuary—full of joy, freedom, care, and so much love. They treat him like family, and you can feel it. Judah absolutely lives for his time there—running free in their huge yard, playing with other dogs, and soaking up the calm, loving energy that Ren creates. In fact, last time I picked him up… he didn’t even want to leave. That says everything. What really stands out is how attuned Ren is to Judah’s needs. I can tell he’s not just “watched”—he’s understood. He comes home emotionally regulated, fulfilled, and so much more balanced than when I dropped him off. It’s like doggy therapy and vacation all in one. I would 1000% recommend Ren to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and deeply caring space for their dog. They don’t just watch your pet—they pour love into them like they’re their own. Judah and I are beyond grateful. Thank you, Ren!”

It made me feel so much at ease leaving Starbucks under her care, and not at all worried even with Starbucks' separation anxiety. One of the best parts is seeing pictures of him feeling at home in her home and receiving an update. I also know that Stephanie's family had an integral role in welcoming Starbucks to their home and making him feel a part of their home. “Ivan and his family are a dream! They took such great care of Maxy while we were gone. Great communication and complete flexibility with drop off and pick up. You can tell that Ivan and his family truly love animals. My dog has issues with being left alone, and it was so nice at Ivan’s as his family all works from home and help to take care of your pet. In this case, it worked out so well as Maxy was never left alone once. They have a nice fenced in area and a dog door for easy in/out access. We loved their dog Sunny too, who was so mild mannered and a great companion for Max. Thank you so much! We can’t wait for the next time ;)”
