“Skye had a fantastic week with Ren! He met many new doggie friends and was able to do his favorite activity, swimming! Ren sent several photos every day and was so accommodating to hold Skye an extra night when thunderstorms delayed our flight home.”

“Sophia is a very reliable, organized and loving dog sitter. I’m so happy I found her! We have used Sophia for multiple week long vacations for the last couple years. Our dog Emmy always comes back healthy and happy. I never have to worry about Emmy and can relax knowing she is having fun. Sophia sends multiple pictures every day which I greatly appreciate. She takes the dogs for a walk each day and the dogs enjoy her fenced in yard.”

“Gail was an excellent sitter to my pup! They sent daily photos and videos, and was very quick to respond. They even put together the cutest birthday for my dog since we were out of town and unable to celebrate. They ordered a cake and everything! Since moving to the DMV area 3 years ago, Gail is the best sitter we have found. You are in wonderful hands with Gail and we are looking forward to using them in the future!”

“Thank you again so much Evvery for taking such amazing care of our fussy boy, Kingsley! Every time we go out of town - Evvery brings us such peace of mind because she is absolutely fantastic with Kingsley and knows exactly what he needs and wants at all times. I also know that Kingsley loves her cozy home!! He always comes back peaceful, happy, and refreshed from his "doggie-vacay"! Can't wait to book another wonderful stay with you! :)”
“She is amazing took care my pup like hers. She sent pictures was available when called.she has most things for the dogs she was responsive and my cash was happy the love is in that home!!!!!!!!!”

“Jason is amazing as always! We had a last minute request and he was very accommodating. This time our pup stayed with him and Jason was absolutely fantastic. Jason kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and it was clear our furry companion was comfortable and well cared for. Pickup/drop-off was smooth, communication was quick, and our pup came home happy and relaxed. We’ll definitely be booking with Jason again, and I’d recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and professional sitter.”

“This was our first time boarding our dog - for 18 days!!! I was so nervous about it and worried about him getting enough affection and being around other dogs. Khushboo and her family treated him so well, gave him so much affection, and sent me loads of pictures and updates daily. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. I will definitely board with her from now on!!”

“Nithya took care of my Cinnamon for a few days, looks like she had a great time. There were a few other dogs staying with her so there were plenty of friends around to play with. She came home pretty tired from all the excitement, as she's used to being an only dog at home on the couch all day.”

“Raghavi and her family were great. From the start, they made sure to get to know Archie and understand his needs, and Archie was very comfortable with the family as well as their dog, Simba. If you’re looking for a sitter who will love and care your pet like their own, I highly recommend Raghavi!”
About: Hi! I’m a total dog lover with a lifetime of experience and a heart that melts for wagging tails 🐶💛 I mostly work full time from home, occasionally going into the office on Wednesdays. I’m flexible for walks and potty breaks at almost any point throughout the day. I have my own dog, so being back home for him has been part of my schedule for almost 9 years now. I like giving them as much freedom as they want, but will cater to any dogs specific needs. I am always sure to give food, water, and meds in a timely manner, as well as playtime and walks. My motto is always “dogs come first”, so I’ll make sure they’re happy, healthy, and well cared for no matter the cost.
“Outstanding care was provided for my Golden retriever. I'm eager to book another reservation because my dog was so happy when she was with this very kind family! She enjoyed meeting their friendly dog, Dell, and she loved playing with Dell in their large backyard. Communication with James and Nicolette was also great and they were very accommodating when I arrived late to pick-up, due to a snowstorm.”

“Iris took great care of my babies. She was accommodating for a very last minute get away. Kids came home super happy and healthy. Great communication! Will use every time we need care for the babies! Thanks Iris!”

“Dawn was amazing! She spoiled my dog and made him feel right at home. She made organic treats for him which he loved. She also sent lots of updates, pictures and videos of him having a great time!”

“Dejia was amazing with my puppy son, he had a good time, she sent me a lot of pictures and I felt really happy and confident that he was in really good hands. I recommend her 100%. Thank you Dejia and family for taking care of Viggo♥️”

“At first, I was nervous about leaving my puppy with a new sitter, while I was out of town for a week, but Cornell was very responsive and sent daily updates of how my dog was doing. My pup was well cared for so I plan to book again and would recommend Cornell to others in the Gaithersburg area”

“Christina and her family were lovely people to work with. My dogs can be a handful but they definitely enjoyed themselves and are totally worn out. Thank you so much Christina! I am very grateful for your hospitality”

Gail and Kris are fantastic! They took such good care of my furbaby girl! She spent the night. Gail and Kris took loving care of her as if she was their own. They played with her, fed her, walked her and lavished attention on her. I feel such peace of mind knowing they are available to care for her.

OMG, if Maria could handle my “bipolar” and “not friendly to strangers” French Bulldog “Fito,” this means she is the bestest dog caregiver. She was caring and loving, and when I went to pick Fito up, she asked me when I was going again on vacation. One of her messages said “I just wanted to say thank you again for trusting me with Fito 🐶 I really enjoyed taking care of him.” Trust me, Fito is not easy. He is very lazy and likes to sunbathe and cuddle which makes him a low maintenance dog. But he is epileptic which means he can have a seizure, and he growls at other dogs and is anxious/aggressive (barking) if someone other than my household and my parents tries to pet him. This makes him too a high maintenance dog. I like to say “I am friendly and you can pet me but I can’t say the same about Fito.” Granted, another Rover caregiver who saw Fito gave me the bestest trick. When he saw Fito (during a pre-visit at a park) and Fito was barking at him, he told me “give me his leash.” I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want Fito to bite him but as soon as he took over Fito’s leash, Fito somehow calmed down as if Fito was thinking “hmmm this stranger now is holding my leash, I’d better be nice since I am under his controls.” I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to this other Rover Caregiver for illuminating my mind. So when it was Maria’s turn to meet Fito (I had set up many meet and greet with a few Rover dog caregivers), I told her about the new found trick and she too was able to handle Fito. Maria, you are the bestest. You took care of Fito like if he was your very own baby and even had to endure watching a couple of seizures, and clean his crate (as he occasionally poops or pees). You r the bestest. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Iris took care of my dogs over the Christmas holiday. Prior to the stay, she provided me with a detailed form for notes on the care and feeding of each dog. I received pictures & updates during their stay. They were well-taken care of, and I am very happy with the service. Will definitely contact Iris the next time I take a trip.

Alejandra was an exceptional dog sitter -- courteous, professional, caring, and a true animal lover. She provided daily updates and sent the sweetest pictures every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. She treated our dog Coco as if she were her own, and that was the most important thing to us. We always felt Coco was safe, happy, and in the best possible hands. I would gladly recommend Alejandra to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog, and I will absolutely be using her services again. Thank you, Alejandra, for loving Coco like family! 🐾
Very happy with our boarding. We have two old dogs, one of which is blind, that were well cared for by Rachael. I also appreciated them accepting the boarding on short notice, their prompt responses, and cheerful attitude. Will absolutely board again with them in the future if they are available.
