Everyday while we were gone Sriju sent texts and pictures (usually once in AM and once in PM). She took Benny on numerous walks throughout the day as well as to the dog park. She adjusted to his needs, not the other way around, and provided an atmosphere that made Benny completely comfortable, as evidenced by his affection toward her when it was time to pick him up upon our return. Although Pepper, the male dog, is scared of everything due to his trauma of being a street dog in Oman, Pepper became comfortable with Todd in less than 10 minutes. Shannon did a fantastic job taking care of Charlotte. She took many pictures showing how well she was doing. She even noted she wasn’t eating her food initially but added some chicken broth to get her back on track. Charlotte was clearly shoot and her usual self when we picked her up for a long stay. Chash took wonderful care of Tori! She was so communicative, sent great updates, and was incredibly patient and understanding even when Tori had an accident. Tori especially adored her daughter and became her little shadow the entire time. Tori had the best time—when I went to pick her up, she didn't even want to leave to go home!
