Mopsie had some skin allergy and had to take some medication. Wenyan took great care of her. She came back clean and happy. Her hair was smooth and soft from the daily grooming Wenyan gave her. She has great rates and took amazing care of my dog, she even offers grooming and cut my pups nails over the weekend! She sent daily photos/videos of my pup with others, and took great care of him. “Kelly is a WONDERFUL sitter!! This is the first time we’ve left our pup while we were on vacation for a few days, so we were definitely nervous puppy parents. We knew from the meet and greet that Kelly was a great fit. She has a huge fenced in yard that must of felt like a dream for our puppy. She also provided daily update photos, and it looked like our dog was having the best time in each one. Kelly accommodated our late pick up, even when we weren’t sure if we’d get there in time due to flight delays. Anisa has watched my pup several times, and it’s been great every time! My dog can be skittish with new folks, especially because she’s deaf. Anisa worked with her and her quirks, and my dog loves staying with her! I never worry about Serena when she’s with Anisa. This was Leo’s first time staying with someone who wasn’t family and we couldn’t have been luckier to find Shen-Huan! Our fur baby can be a little needy and ended up requiring way more than we expected, but she handled everything like a champ. She kept us updated, took amazing care of him and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again in the future!
Gena did a wonderful job watching after Oatmeal! She provided amazing communication throughout the entire time, from our initial Meet and Greet to pick up. Raghavi and her family were AMAZING!!! It was my first time booking a pet sitter, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I got so lucky! Raghavi let me do a little meet-and-greet before I even booked to make sure that Ryder was comfortable with her dog, which put me so at ease, and during the boarding itself, was so accommodating with Ryder's schedule (and went above and beyond by sending me lots of photos while I was away, which was such an unexpected but very nice and much appreciated surprise!) She was so easy to get in touch with, and when I needed an emergency extra couple of days covered, she was so flexible and easygoing about it. Definitely booking again!!! :)
