Varsha kept me updated on Chloe and sent lots of pictures, which helped me enjoy my trip. They made sure she ate all of her meals and monitored everything. Raghavi and her family were AMAZING!!! It was my first time booking a pet sitter, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I got so lucky! Raghavi let me do a little meet-and-greet before I even booked to make sure that Ryder was comfortable with her dog, which put me so at ease, and during the boarding itself, was so accommodating with Ryder's schedule (and went above and beyond by sending me lots of photos while I was away, which was such an unexpected but very nice and much appreciated surprise!) She was so easy to get in touch with, and when I needed an emergency extra couple of days covered, she was so flexible and easygoing about it. Definitely booking again!!! :)
Yuhui and her family watched our dog and cat for our 10 day trip. This was our cat’s first time having a sitter and our dog’s first time being comfortable in a new home within minutes of us leaving which was a reassuring sign. Pictures and updates were sent throughout the trip. Our pets really enjoyed their time there with our dog going back for one last hug for Yuhui before we left the pick up. Andrii was really good with our cats and they looked incredibly peaceful in every picture he sent to us. He was also super responsive to any messages from us and even helped carry all of our cat gear in and out. We would definitely use Andrii again if he's available.

PA was so wonderful! We have a special needs dog who takes lots of medicine and loves to snuggle up close with people. PA and crew were loving, responsive, and nurturing to our pup during his stay.
