Information Evvery S. would like to know about your pet

Almost all breeds are welcome between 1 - 100 pounds. My only requirement is that your dog has been treated for ticks and fleas. Special needs or not, all are welcome but here are some things I'd like to know to make your pet's stay as comfortable as possible: Does your dog have any special needs e.g. food allergies, ailments etc.? Is he/she house-trained? Any special ways he or she communicates that they need to go to the bathroom? What time(s) is your pet usually fed? Any specific behaviors, quirks, likes or dislikes about your pet I should be aware of?

A typical day

Treats are on me and I have an assortment of doggie toys for your small, medium, or large friends, most of which include some sort of prize or treat inside. I have yet to meet a four-legged friend who doesn't enjoy those. Whether your pet is big or small, hyper, calm, or somewhere in the middle, I look forward to getting to know them and making some new furry friends. COVID-19 PROTOCOLS Due to the pandemic, I have stopped in-person meet and greets at this time. I am more than happy to meet with you via phone or video chat (Facetime, WhatsApp, etc.) to go over your pet’s needs and requirements. On the day of your doggie’s stay, here is what you can expect from me. I've put some new procedures in place so that we can be as safe as possible. You can check them out below. With regard to contactless delivery, please try to get all your dog’s things one bag and text when you’re on your way to drop him/her off. Just bring his/her food, medication, treats, and toys. You don't even have to bring bowls and beds if you don't want to. I have those and keep them all clean and sanitary at all times. When you arrive: • I’ll come to greet you and your doggie at your vehicle • I'll get him/her out of the backseat of your vehicle • I'll be using my leash so that I don't have to make contact with yours at all during his/her stay. • I am fully vaccinated, but I will still be wearing a mask. • When you get here, there is no need for you to get out of your vehicle; I'll get your puppy and all of his/her things out of the back seat. PLEASE BE ADVISED My work schedule makes early drop-offs and pick-ups difficult, so I’m generally unavailable before noon. If you’d like your dog to stay with me, please plan your booking accordingly. If an earlier drop-off is needed, you may want to book starting the evening before to ensure a smooth transition.. Please be advised that between November 15 – December 20, 2026 and January 1 - 10, 2027 other commitments will take me away from home for at least 4-8 hours during the day. If your dog requires 24-hour care during that period, that is a service I may not be able to provide. If you’d still like me to care for your dog at this time, if left alone, he will be fed and walked before I leave and he/she may be crated in my absence. Please be guided accordingly. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

Full-Time One-on-One Care

Pet care experience

I’ve owned eight dogs at once in the past so I’ve had my share of doggie experiences. From watching my old Poodle and Yorkie give birth to sitting with my most recent Beagle, Rusty as he took his last breath. Unfortunately, at nine years old, he was taken away. I miss having furry friends. I work from home doing design work so I will be a constant presence while your baby is in my care. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s supplies, but I have a bed, blankets, and pet bowls which will be washed and cleaned prior to every pet stay. If your little or big one requires some extra care—a bath, medication administration etc. please let me know and I’ll be happy to try to accommodate your needs. Working from home allows me some flexibility and the time to entertain and care for your dog or cat while he or she is with me. PLEASE BE ADVISED My work schedule makes early drop-offs and pick-ups difficult, so I’m generally unavailable before noon. If you’d like your dog to stay with me, please plan your booking accordingly. If an earlier drop-off is needed, you may want to book starting the evening before to ensure a smooth transition. If you’d still like me to care for your dog at this time, if left alone, he will be fed and walked before I leave and he/she may be crated in my absence. Please be guided accordingly. I live on a lake in a dog-friendly neighborhood. If your pet might prefer relaxing outdoors, I do have a secure, enclosed deck where we can enjoy the afternoon sun together.

Evvery was very personable and did a great job taking care of Koda. She sent pictures and communicated how he was doing throughout his stay. She fed him according to his scheduled feedings and took him on walks. Koda really enjoyed his stay and will definitely be back to visit with Evvery!

Our 1 year old staff terrier just had a wonderful 2 week stay with Evvery. We were receiving daily videos and the dog always appeared active and happy, getting regular walks and quality time at home. Evvery is responsible, great at communicating and is very experienced. Highly recommended!
