About: Growing up I was always dog sitting while my friends were babysitting. My neighbors keep requesting I come back to them because of my flexibility and commitment! I can get along with any type of dog due to my understanding of dog psychology and my addiction to dog training shows. I hope to one day gain experience in becoming a dog trainer so I can help families have a more balanced well rounded companion. I am always eager to help out on short notice. I’m also flexible and willing to do anything you ask me to do. I take pet and home safety extremely seriously, I strive to be someone you can trust in your home and with your dog. I can’t wait to meet new doggies and dog owners! I’m currently volunteering part time at the Holy Cross Hospital but I have plenty of extra free time to hang out with your doggies! I understand how important it is to feel comfortable having someone in your home while you’re away. I strive to ensure everything stays clean, safe, and secure for your family. I am willing to do additional house service such as overnight stays if your dog gets anxious at night, plant maintenance, or take care of any other critters you have around!

“Cecilia was great ! very responsive and committed, she genuinely cared about taking good care of our cat, and my shy cat warmed up to her. Would definitely recommend and book her services again when needed.”

“Cathy took care of our cat for a week while we were on vacation. She did a fantastic job, sent us updates and pictures of our fur baby everyday. Would recommend for anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since 2000 and cats since I was 8. From kitten, puppies to senior dogs and cats, I love them all. I will care for your dog like they were my own. I currently work from home everyday. I can walk dogs before work, pet sit all day, or watch them in the evening or overnight. I am available for long stays as well. I have no pets at this time so your pet can be comfortable and roam around freely. I can feed, play with and give lots of attention.
“Antoinette provided drop in visit for our elderly (13 yrs) dog and was really great! She was a great communicator (kept us up to date and shared pics) and we got back to a happy and content dog. We hope we can have her sit for us again in the future!”

About: I've had pets since I was a kid. I had my cat when I was 5, but she died late last year, and I want to fill that void. I'm available on weekdays at any time during the day. Same with Saturday and Sunday. I'm available for appointments 6am-10pm no problem. My home is free of smoke I don't smoke or anything like that and also, I have no kids so it's very pet friendly
“Bill is amazing! I have a senior dog with separation anxiety and I am very particular about his care. After having Bill come for several drop-ins I would not hesitate to continue to use him for Taco's care. He has a tremendous amount of experience with dogs and was able to establish trust with Taco very quickly. I could tell that Bill truly cared about Taco and Taco knew it too! :) Do not hesitate to book with Bill, he is exceptional.”

About: I’ve cared for my own fur babies for the past 15 years—from playful puppy days to their sweet golden years—and I’ve loved every stage. Now that I’m recently retired, I spend lots of time with my two pups, Piney and Blossom, but I still have plenty of love, energy, and attention to share. I enjoy being outdoors, walking, and staying active, and I’d be thrilled to share that with your four‑legged family member. I have hands-on experience with puppy training as well as providing extra support and gentle care for senior dogs. All of our dogs joined our family as puppies, and several required daily medication. Our oldest, Pogo, had heart issues as a pup, and I cared for her throughout her life—managing her medication and making sure she had every comfort she needed as she aged. I truly believe animals give unconditional love and are the best mood boosters at the end of a long day. I’d be honored to share that same love and care with your furry family member. I’m retired, up early every day, and stay active by walking and playing with my two dogs. I’m looking to share that same energy, attention, and love with additional pups who would enjoy extra companionship and outdoor time. My yard is fully fenced, and I always clean up right away after potty breaks to keep the space safe and tidy. At home, I keep fresh water available on both floors so my pups can stay hydrated wherever they choose to relax. For senior dogs or those who need a little extra help, I have a ramp and dog steps so they can comfortably get onto the couch or bed and feel right at home. I will provide the same services and dedication to your home and dog(s)
About: Working with animals is my love, and my passion. I am a certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, and use this to help me communicate with animals. I do my best to project a positive, healing energy. I have experience with animals who have severe anxiety, ptsd, and aggression, so I am willing to work through that. I am patient and gentle, and put a lot of effort into communication. Medications and feeding routines can be as complex as needed and I can keep track! Have over 13 years of experience working in veterinary care. I have senior dog as well as puppy experience. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have, and I will respond as soon as I can :) Right now I’m looking to return to my roots of individual pet care and building relationships with pets and their owners, as this brings me a lot of joy. I try to be very considerate about any space that I enter, and make sure to get details about how I should navigate the space
“Minara is so great!! She looked after my cats while I visited family for Christmas. Wonderful communicator and very easygoing. Everything went very smoothly and I can tell my cats liked her. :) Everything was left very clean and she did every single little thing i asked!! Highly recommend!”

“Pilar was fantastic with our 3 cats for 10 days! She came over for a meet and greet and was very attentive to all their needs. We felt very comfortable and confident with Pilar watching our cats and taking care of our home so respectfully. She was able to administer daily medication for one of our boys, which is a huge plus. We highly recommend Pilar and will be booking her again for future trips!”

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats through pet sitting and my work as a veterinary assistant. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medications, walking, cleaning, and providing attentive care to pets of all ages and personalities. My veterinary experience helps me recognize and address signs of stress, illness, or injury so you’re ensured your pets are in safe, caring, and knowledgeable hands. Though I do work full time, I have plenty of off days during the week that I’d be more than happy to dedicate to further take care of other animals when at home, able to give my services on Thursday, Sundays, and some Saturdays I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment in my apartment and do my best to tailor my care to each pet’s personality to make them as comfortable as possible. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, comfort, and health needs while following their routine to a tee so they can feel as comfortable as possible, whether that’s at my home or at yours. I make sure pets have access to fresh water, frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. When I have the opportunity to care for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and like to keep owners updated with messages and cute photos for peace of mind. My goal is to make pets feel comfortable, secure, and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I can remember. From house sitting, to walking them, to even taking care of my own dog. I’ve worked with different breeds and ages, and I love them all! I stay at home mostly throughout the week, and I’ve been wanting to get out a couple of times, and this would be the perfect opportunity to take care of your dogs in walking, or dropping by to play! I live in an apartment complex, so I would have to go to where you are to walk/play with your dog, or I could take them to a dog park!
“Lisa did a great job helping us taking care of my cat Jasper the 2nd time. She was able to identify an ant problem we had and resolve it to her best ability. Very happy with the help she provided.”

About: I understand how stressful it can be to leave your fur baby behind. Pets are family, and I’ll treat them like a best friend. Whether it’s a drop-in visit or a walk, I’ll send you photo and video updates via text, email, or even IG so you never miss a moment! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have several years of experience dog sitting for friends and family. While I started this as a side job during school in Northern VA, my love for animals has never changed. I’m now based in Germantown, MD and still enjoy caring for pups of all sizes. I work full time from 9–5, so I primarily offer evening walks, weekend drop-ins, and overnight sitting on weekends, but I’m flexible and can often do lunchtime walks in Rockville. In your home, I’d follow your pet’s routine closely with feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they need. I keep things clean, calm, and consistent so your pet feels safe and loved. If caring for pets in my home, I’ll provide a quiet, comfortable space with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I treat every pet like they’re my own and keep you updated throughout.

“Jennifer is wonderful! Parker, one of my dogs, is on a strict feeding schedule and requires insulin injections. He can also be fear reactive. Jennifer took her time learning how to administer Parker's sliding scale insulin shot and getting to know my quirky babies, Parker and Honey. I really appreciate the level of care and consideration she shows!”

About: I have always been a dog person and now have been fortunate to have one of my own for over 6yrs now. I would love to take good care of your fur baby and treat them as if they were my own. My dog has been part of my family since he was a lil pup. He's been a great addition to our family, very gentle and mellow. Also very good with other animals and people alike. He's shown me the joys of having him in our lives. While I can't have more dogs I would love to take care of yours. I'm sure my Jordan would also love the company. I am generally great with dogs and they seem to love me as well. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m home consistently, have a flexible schedule, and make time every day for walks, play, and check‑ins. I enjoy having pets around, so giving them attention and keeping them on their routine is something I naturally build into my day. I follow whatever routine your pet is used to — feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I keep a close eye on them and send regular updates so you always know how they’re doing. Whether in your home or mine, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and getting plenty of attention.
“Jessica was able to sit for us on short notice and took care of our fur babies during the holiday season. She was flexible, able to administer medicine and spent time playing with our cats to help de-stress them while we were away.”
