About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for family members since I was around 12. I would say my experience is pretty high. I also walk and check in on dogs as a side hustle now outside of the Rover app! I am a 19 year old collegiate soccer player who goes to school in a different state, so I have little to no time for a part time job because I have to cut my summer short. Which is why I see this side hustle to be very helpful for me. Most of my days I’m just sitting around the house except for the early morning and late at night. As well as training mid day twice a week. I do not care for pets in my home since it is not mine but in others homes I make sure to follow and read any instructions given by the owner thoroughly as well as keep my eye on the pet(s) at all times.

About: Student at the university of Notre Dame. Home for winter break! Looking for some extra cash. I’ve had dogs my whole life. I think I was 8 years old when my mom started letting me walk our family dog on my own. Once he passed, we got a puppy, maxie who became my dog. I was the one that took him out in the middle of the night when he was a puppy and took him on all his walks. In addition to my own dogs care, I have been trusted countless times by family, friends and neighbors to dog sit/walk and have had only positive feedback! Lastly, I grew up riding horses so have a lot of experiencing caring for even bigger animals! I’m currently home for the summer from college working an internship that is only 20-30 hours a week. I mostly work that job on Tuesday and Wednesday so I am available to pet sit at almost any time all other days. (I’m even available Tuesday/Wednesday mornings before 10 and evenings after 6PM) I hope to fit your dogs needs into my schedule! I am not afraid of a dog that may bark at me when I first meet them. I am happy to be patient and wait for your dog to warm up to me!

That makes it easy for me to fit in pet care visits and walks without rushing or overbooking myself. I’m able to adjust my routine based on what each pet needs. I take care of pets in the client’s home so they can stay comfortable in their normal environment. I follow whatever routine the owner sets, like feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. I can also handle things like giving medications if needed and making sure everything stays clean and secure while they’re away. For dog walking, I focus on safe, steady walks based on the dog’s energy level, with time for water breaks and some positive attention along the way. I also like to keep owners updated so they know how their pet is doing and can feel at ease while they’re gone.

About: I have always been a dog person and now have been fortunate to have one of my own for over 6yrs now. I would love to take good care of your fur baby and treat them as if they were my own. My dog has been part of my family since he was a lil pup. He's been a great addition to our family, very gentle and mellow. Also very good with other animals and people alike. He's shown me the joys of having him in our lives. While I can't have more dogs I would love to take care of yours. I'm sure my Jordan would also love the company. I am generally great with dogs and they seem to love me as well. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m home consistently, have a flexible schedule, and make time every day for walks, play, and check‑ins. I enjoy having pets around, so giving them attention and keeping them on their routine is something I naturally build into my day. I follow whatever routine your pet is used to — feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I keep a close eye on them and send regular updates so you always know how they’re doing. Whether in your home or mine, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and getting plenty of attention.

About: Hi! I’m Ingrid, a mom of 4 boys ages 3-12 and a dog owner to a boy Beagle named Otis. I’ve had dogs all my life and love being with them and caring for them! (I even trained Otis from a puppy!) We have a large house in the country on 2.5 acres of land. We LOVE having other dogs stay and visit! Otis and the children are very good with other dogs! Other than taking care of the house and kids, taking care of dogs is my only other job, so your pup will get plenty of needed attention and have lots of fun with us!!! We are on a 2.5 acre property, but no fence, so outside time will be on leash only- (we have long leashes for more freedom to roam). Inside is more flexible with free roam in the main area- very large sunroom, living room, and kitchen. We have a large area for dogs to sleep overnight comfortably either on a dog bed or crate, whichever is preferred.

About: I have been taking care of dogs most of my life whether it be the 2 dogs that have been part of my family or taking care of neighbors dogs when they are out of town. I currently work part time so my schedule for pet care is very flexible and I would be available at most hours of the day. I have experience taking care of older dogs who just need someone to hang out with and I’ve taken care of younger hyper dogs that warrant extra attention. I am comfortable walking dogs on and off leash and crating them if need be.

About: I’ve fallen in love with every dog I’ve met ever since I was young. I’m very patient with them, as I have had my 8-year-old GSD since she was a puppy. I’ve seen every stage of her development and have gained direct experience with her. I also have pet sit friends’ and family’s dogs throughout my teen years. My experience with pets range from extra small to large. Any size dogs of any age will be welcomed in my arms! I’m currently a full-time student at Towson University, but I come home on the weekends. I’m available Friday-Sunday between 6am to 3pm. I try my best to keep to keep the pups occupied and stimulated. Depending on their needs, I will do my best to fulfill them.

About: Growing up I was always dog sitting while my friends were babysitting. My neighbors keep requesting I come back to them because of my flexibility and commitment! I can get along with any type of dog due to my understanding of dog psychology and my addiction to dog training shows. I hope to one day gain experience in becoming a dog trainer so I can help families have a more balanced well rounded companion. I am always eager to help out on short notice. I’m also flexible and willing to do anything you ask me to do. I take pet and home safety extremely seriously, I strive to be someone you can trust in your home and with your dog. I can’t wait to meet new doggies and dog owners! I’m currently volunteering part time at the Holy Cross Hospital but I have plenty of extra free time to hang out with your doggies! I understand how important it is to feel comfortable having someone in your home while you’re away. I strive to ensure everything stays clean, safe, and secure for your family. I am willing to do additional house service such as overnight stays if your dog gets anxious at night, plant maintenance, or take care of any other critters you have around!

About: I’ve had dogs since I was four years old, my mother rescued dogs with all types of needs so that gave me a lot of experience caring for dogs with either behavioral problems as well as health concerns. As well as we had many different breeds along my life that helped me understand the need of specific sizes and breeds. My neighbors and friends rely on me as their go to person for dog sitting, potty training and most dog concerns. Also I can speak to your doggy in either Spanish, English, French or Portuguese. I have a 3 year old teacup yorkie who is the light of my life. I take him out 3-5 times a day on our regular walks as well as bi-weekly dog park visits. We have regular play dates with some yorkie friends, shih tzus, Pomeranians and our big golden doodle friends. I offer at three room apartment, spacious living room and safe fenced apartment courtyard where we can play off the leash multiple times a day.
