About: I’ve cared for my own fur babies for the past 15 years—from playful puppy days to their sweet golden years—and I’ve loved every stage. Now that I’m recently retired, I spend lots of time with my two pups, Piney and Blossom, but I still have plenty of love, energy, and attention to share. I enjoy being outdoors, walking, and staying active, and I’d be thrilled to share that with your four‑legged family member. I have hands-on experience with puppy training as well as providing extra support and gentle care for senior dogs. All of our dogs joined our family as puppies, and several required daily medication. Our oldest, Pogo, had heart issues as a pup, and I cared for her throughout her life—managing her medication and making sure she had every comfort she needed as she aged. I truly believe animals give unconditional love and are the best mood boosters at the end of a long day. I’d be honored to share that same love and care with your furry family member. I’m retired, up early every day, and stay active by walking and playing with my two dogs. I’m looking to share that same energy, attention, and love with additional pups who would enjoy extra companionship and outdoor time. My yard is fully fenced, and I always clean up right away after potty breaks to keep the space safe and tidy. At home, I keep fresh water available on both floors so my pups can stay hydrated wherever they choose to relax. For senior dogs or those who need a little extra help, I have a ramp and dog steps so they can comfortably get onto the couch or bed and feel right at home. I will provide the same services and dedication to your home and dog(s)
“Eva was great! We really appreciated the photos & reports that came with each visit, and our kitty seemed to really enjoy the attention Eva gave her. She’s dependable and a great communicator. We will certainly engage her again in the future!”

“Cecilia was great ! very responsive and committed, she genuinely cared about taking good care of our cat, and my shy cat warmed up to her. Would definitely recommend and book her services again when needed.”

“Becca did a great job with my excitable Beagle and my very shy cat. You can tell that she loves animals, and the fur girls loved her instantly -- which made it much easier to leave them for a couple of days. I will ask her to help me again whenever I need to go away.”

“Ken is fantastic with Nikki, and always reliable, prompt, and a pleasure to have watching over my pooch while I’m away, so I can relax knowing she’s being well cared for. Highly recommend Ken!”

About: Hi! I’m Ingrid, a mom of 4 boys ages 3-12 and a dog owner to a boy Beagle named Otis. I’ve had dogs all my life and love being with them and caring for them! (I even trained Otis from a puppy!) We have a large house in the country on 2.5 acres of land. We LOVE having other dogs stay and visit! Otis and the children are very good with other dogs! Other than taking care of the house and kids, taking care of dogs is my only other job, so your pup will get plenty of needed attention and have lots of fun with us!!! We are on a 2.5 acre property, but no fence, so outside time will be on leash only- (we have long leashes for more freedom to roam). Inside is more flexible with free roam in the main area- very large sunroom, living room, and kitchen. We have a large area for dogs to sleep overnight comfortably either on a dog bed or crate, whichever is preferred.
“Dymond was wonderful with my cat! Very responsive, caring, and easy to communicate with. This was my first time leaving my cat since adopting her and I felt very comfortable doing so knowing Dymond would be checking in on her!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was four years old, my mother rescued dogs with all types of needs so that gave me a lot of experience caring for dogs with either behavioral problems as well as health concerns. As well as we had many different breeds along my life that helped me understand the need of specific sizes and breeds. My neighbors and friends rely on me as their go to person for dog sitting, potty training and most dog concerns. Also I can speak to your doggy in either Spanish, English, French or Portuguese. I have a 3 year old teacup yorkie who is the light of my life. I take him out 3-5 times a day on our regular walks as well as bi-weekly dog park visits. We have regular play dates with some yorkie friends, shih tzus, Pomeranians and our big golden doodle friends. I offer at three room apartment, spacious living room and safe fenced apartment courtyard where we can play off the leash multiple times a day.
“I booked last minute and Eileen and Riley quickly responded. They were great and took wonderful care of my kitties. They even took the time to hunt for my little one that likes to hide in box springs and put some treats under the bed for him. I would use their services again for any figure out of town trips. Highly recommend booking them!”

“Catherine was such a relief after a number of bad experiences with cat sitters who forgot to come or forgot the care needed for our cats. Catherine is very professional, left simple and timely notes about our kittie’s status after each visit, and left us feeling assured of their well-being. I will definitely be looking to book Catherine again!”
“Elaine was amazing! She was very loving to our pets. Asked questions and followed instructions perfectly. She was very communicative and sent pics and videos that brought smiles to help us as we missed our pets! This pet sitter is a keeper!”

“Susan has been absolutely fantastic as a dog walker! She is reliable, punctual, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. My dog immediately felt comfortable with her, which gave me great peace of mind. She always provides updates after walks and goes the extra mile to make sure my dog is happy and well cared for.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for family members since I was around 12. I would say my experience is pretty high. I also walk and check in on dogs as a side hustle now outside of the Rover app! I am a 19 year old collegiate soccer player who goes to school in a different state, so I have little to no time for a part time job because I have to cut my summer short. Which is why I see this side hustle to be very helpful for me. Most of my days I’m just sitting around the house except for the early morning and late at night. As well as training mid day twice a week. I do not care for pets in my home since it is not mine but in others homes I make sure to follow and read any instructions given by the owner thoroughly as well as keep my eye on the pet(s) at all times.

About: I understand how stressful it can be to leave your fur baby behind. Pets are family, and I’ll treat them like a best friend. Whether it’s a drop-in visit or a walk, I’ll send you photo and video updates via text, email, or even IG so you never miss a moment! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have several years of experience dog sitting for friends and family. While I started this as a side job during school in Northern VA, my love for animals has never changed. I’m now based in Germantown, MD and still enjoy caring for pups of all sizes. I work full time from 9–5, so I primarily offer evening walks, weekend drop-ins, and overnight sitting on weekends, but I’m flexible and can often do lunchtime walks in Rockville. In your home, I’d follow your pet’s routine closely with feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they need. I keep things clean, calm, and consistent so your pet feels safe and loved. If caring for pets in my home, I’ll provide a quiet, comfortable space with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I treat every pet like they’re my own and keep you updated throughout.
