From our first communications and introductory meeting before we left our 11mo Goldendoodle with her, Sriju was welcoming, gentle, extremely responsive, organized, completely accommodating, and loving. This was our first time leaving Benny with someone else (we were away six days) so we were already a bit on edge; Sriju put us at ease immediately. Everyday while we were gone Sriju sent texts and pictures (usually once in AM and once in PM). She took Benny on numerous walks throughout the day as well as to the dog park. She adjusted to his needs, not the other way around, and provided an atmosphere that made Benny completely comfortable, as evidenced by his affection toward her when it was time to pick him up upon our return. Now that I’m recently retired, I spend lots of time with my two pups, Piney and Blossom, but I still have plenty of love, energy, and attention to share. I enjoy being outdoors, walking, and staying active, and I’d be thrilled to share that with your four‑legged family member. I have hands-on experience with puppy training as well as providing extra support and gentle care for senior dogs. All of our dogs joined our family as puppies, and several required daily medication. Our oldest, Pogo, had heart issues as a pup, and I cared for her throughout her life—managing her medication and making sure she had every comfort she needed as she aged. I truly believe animals give unconditional love and are the best mood boosters at the end of a long day. I’d be honored to share that same love and care with your furry family member. I’m retired, up early every day, and stay active by walking and playing with my two dogs. I’m looking to share that same energy, attention, and love with additional pups who would enjoy extra companionship and outdoor time. My yard is fully fenced, and I always clean up right away after potty breaks to keep the space safe and tidy. About: I had a Shih Tzu pup for 15 years. When I lost him 3 years ago I decided I wanted to fill my time caring for other pups from just a few months old to seniors. I am a hybrid employee so most days I would be home with pups and on my office days I’d be away during the workday. I live in a private entry apartment building so not just anyone can enter the building. There are potty stations on every corner of the street and an open yard in the back of the building that’s good for walking

I have been fostering since 2017 and have successful adopted out 11 dogs through Fetch WI rescue and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue in DC. •• MY CARE APPROACH •• I aim to always provide high-quality and safe care by hosting AT MOST 2 dogs at a time (in addition to my resident dog, Kona). This is especially important to us as we know how crowded boarding facilities can be (AND sometimes sitters’ homes) and the stress this can cause on dogs. After booking, I still ensure that all dogs get properly introduced to each other (first outside on a leash, then through a gate barrier, and finally without barriers). About: I’ve had at least one cat and one dog my entire life. Including a yellow lab, beagle, fox hound and 9 cats. I currently have 4 cats and a 3 year old fox hound. I am in school and work part time, but am available most days. I can stop by as often as needed or stay with your pets, if that’s whats preferred. My sister has worked as a vet tech for the past 3 years and I’ve grown up with pets. I have a fenced In yard and all of my pets are friendly.
