“Absolutely THRILLED with the excellent care given to our orange tabby by Eva over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. About: I've done pet sitting for family and friends for most of my life. I’ve taken care of dogs by making sure they’re well fed, they play, we go walking, and being able to give oral meds if they need. I will be available on marked days, usually weekdays as well as Sundays and occasional Saturdays if needed since l have a flexible schedule during the summer. I take care of my pets diligently and lovingly so I wouldn’t do it any other way for yours! I’m currently on summer break from college, so I’ll be able to give undivided attention to your little angel! I’ll be should be available most days for walking and dog sitting except for Saturdays. About: Know that your dog is safe and comfortable on their walks in the hands of a qualified, positive reinforcement dog trainer! My reactive-inclusive walks can alleviate reactivity by preventing unwanted habits (barking, lunging, etc.) and encouraging calm behaviors on walks. These walks are great not only for reactive or fearful dogs, but also folks with puppies who want proper and positive socialization, or simply anyone who wants their dog to be in qualified hands. I am currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays starting at 11am. Last walk is at 2pm or 5pm depending on the day of the week. I'm happy to provide your pup with whatever they need in your home. I can play with them on leash, or off leash in your backyard. I can crate them or not, give them a Kong when I leave - whatever works for you and your pup!

I was a little nervous the first time because Millie is only about 20 pounds, and Koda is a big Husky, but, true to Nithya's profile, Koda is very well behaved.
