It was me. I let the dogs out
I have taken care of my own dog since I was young, and since her passing I have routinely dogsit for friends and family. My childhood right-paw-man was a Beagle mix, and so I love to handle hounds who sniff first & think later (as well as distract them with Pupperoni…). I took care of her in her old age, so I have some experience in dropping medicine on the floor and pretending it’s a delectable morsel so dogs devour it! I also have handled plenty of bark-happy dogs, and like to bring treats on all my walks to incentivize more calmer adventures.

I’m excited to adapt to fur-parents’ homes and needs! I’m comfortable crating pets, supervising outdoor time in fenced yards, and being attentive to your pets’ body language while inside their home.

Isabella took great care of our elderly dog over the 4th of July. She was so attentive and caring, and made sure our dog was comfortable during the fireworks. Her patience really showed and we felt completely at ease knowing our girl was in such gentle, capable hands. (She even fell asleep in her lap <3 ) Highly recommend Isabella to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate pet sitter!
Isabella took care of my dog many times. I recommended her to take care of my friend’s dog. We both were extremely happy with her care. She’s comfortable with the responsibility of having a dog fully in her care, not just for a quick visit. What stands out most about Isabella is how gentle and compassionate she is with my dogs. She genuinely cares about their comfort and happiness, and it shows in how patient and attentive she is. I am confident any dog in her care will be walked, fed, loved, and looked after like her own. I’d trust her completely with a pet sitting job.

Schedule
I am currently in a partly asynchronous grad school program, and I’d love to spend my very flexible time taking healthy (and frequent) breaks from studying to care for your pet!

- I like to be prepared for each pet. Please let me know if there’s any behaviors to look out for (if your dog loves to roll around in strange substances, I’d like to coax them away)! I’m very flexible, but I am only one average-sized person, and might not be physically strong enough to handle particularly large dogs.
