About: While I don't own a dog, I have been around them all my life, and have never know i dog I didn't love, or didn't love me. Rover has opened doors for me to meet and relate to new people and pets. I am a supervisor at my job and i also am in school as a grad student, so i take responsibility very seriously. As a dog sitter, I view this as an oppurtunity to connect with different people and of course animals. Also, forcing me to get outside and be more active! I would like to be able to walk your dog, complete check ins, and house sit. Unfortunatley, as much as I would like to, I cannot dog board with my current living status. My schedule is very tight, so I do have to limit myself to the number of clients I take on. The more time advance a booking is offered, the more I will be able to adjust my schedule to meet those requirements. I care to the standards of the pet owners, and frequently send pics an updates as well as I ask questions when necessary. I also do my best to go above and beyond when i can!

“Shadid is amazing! It was my first time using Rover and I was nervous about leaving my puppy, Rudy, with someone else. From the moment we met Shadid, she was great with Rudy. I was concerned about Rudy getting anxious and being difficult to manage. I realized quickly that I had nothing to worry about with Shadid. Rudy was immediately comfortable with her. I don’t think he even noticed me leave because he was so excited to hang out with Shadid & Pebbles all day. Throughout the day, I received pictures of Rudy at the park and playing. It felt great knowing that Rudy was in good hands and having an amazing day. When I picked Rudy up, he was sad to leave! Rudy can be challenging and usually takes a while to warm up to people, so I was extremely impressed by Shadid’s ability to care for dogs. I would absolutely be comfortable leaving Rudy with Shadid again and am so grateful that I found her. If you love your dog and don’t know which sitter will be best, contact Shadid!! Your dog will have the best day and you’ll feel great knowing he/she is in good hands! From a professional standpoint, Shadid is excellent. Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) Winky came home looking so clean and adorable with the cutest haircut! You can really tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and genuinely cares about them. “I called Ekaterina when my regular dog sitter was not available. She quickly set up a meet and greet and was able to accommodate our schedule. She and Cenk live with two sweet and bouncy dogs. It didn't take too long for the dogs to accept Loki, and they all got plenty of exercise chasing each other around. They also went for walks to a local park several times a day. I asked for a photo, which Ekaterina sent each day. Although Ekaterina would have fed Loki with their food, I brought Loki's diet which they had no trouble following. Ekaterina and Cenk are obviously dog lovers, as am I. A shy or retiring dog may have a different experience than Loki did. To be fair, I don't have enough experience seeing Ekaterina with all different kinds of dogs to know for certain. Both Ekaterina and Cenk are clearly good people. I would use them again.”

I started out by helping neighbors take care of their cats and dogs, and over the years that love grew into rescuing and caring for animals of my own. “Marylee (and her husband) were amazing!! I pick Rover people based on if I would want to stay with them lol!! At the meet and greet she was very thorough with her questions about the cat and dog and making sure all their needs were met. It felt like she has an understanding about the types of issues that could arise and how to deal with them. Very organized. Very attentive, warm loving people. I was sent updates and photos throughout my time away. Her yard is crazy big and beautiful and fenced in. My dog LOVED it! She was able to accommodate my daughter’s cat at the same time last minute. I felt so secure knowing they were being well taken care of while I was gone. Cat had her little cat tower and pictures of the cat by the glass door able to look outside and see everything. I am done searching for Rover people… will definitely use Marylee again. Excellent!!”

“This is the second time I've used Nithya for my dog Millie. I was a little nervous the first time because Millie is only about 20 pounds, and Koda is a big Husky, but, true to Nithya's profile, Koda is very well behaved. Now there is also Snowy who is also very friendly. I think Millie and Snowy had fun together, and Koda made sure they were behaving themselves. Nithya was great at keeping me informed about how Millie was doing. Millie is a snuggler, and, thankfully Nithya let her snuggle as much as she wanted.
