“This was my first time meeting Ellen and also my first experience hiring a dog walker and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Ellen was wonderful with Luna and with explaining how the whole process works. She was right on time and gave Luna a wonderful walk in freezing temps. We’ll definitely be asking Ellen to come back often.”

“Denisse has been fantastic with our older dog! Very responsive and super accommodating. Our 50lb dog needs to be carried up/down the stairs and she handles that without issue and provides plenty of pictures, updates, and even gives our dog cookies.”
“Caroline was very good at communicating. She obviously loves animals and worked very hard to gain the trust of my fearful, reactive dog Hazel. She listened to my suggestions on how to handle Hazel’s insecurities. I highly recommend her.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. 15 years ago my mom was diagnosed with dementia and I did not want my mom going into a nursing home. So I adopted little Rico and moved us all into a retirement community where they both stayed in our home until their last days. I had them both for 12 years and as you can see they were attached to each other. I lost them both three years ago and now I'm fostering, taking care of neighbors dogs in my community and joining the Rover family. I will take care of your fur babies with the same love and care as I took care of my mom and little Rico just as if they were my own. My schedule is very flexible and can easily be changed around to accommodate your needs. I try to facilitate my clients even in emergency situations. I have a Bark and Breakfast in my home that is secure and full of toys if your fur baby needs to be away from home for awhile.
About: Many pet owners look for a caring caregiver who can create a loving environment and make sure their furry friends feel safe and loved while they are away, rather than just a sitter. My background in pet care involves a blend of loyalty and real affection for animals, setting me apart from other sitters and helping me to offer a comprehensive approach to pet sitting. The flexibility that comes with working remotely is one of its biggest advantages. As a pet owner and pet sitter, my remote work position allows me to adjust my schedule to fit my personal life and on weekends I'm available Saturdays. Giving pets the proper care and attention is crucial, whether I am doing it at my own house or my client's. In addition to asking about any food allergies or sensitivities, I interact with clients to learn about their pets' dietary needs and preferences. I engage pets in pets exercise by involving them in things they like, like playing fetch, taking a little stroll around the neighborhood, or just spending time outside. Additionally, I'll continue to be watchful of the pet's safety, making sure they are in secure areas or on leashes when we go out.
About: I’ve looked after a dog since I first got my own in 4th grade. Bigger dogs have my heart. I especially love my pitbull pups! I work remotely so my schedule is very flexible. I have ample means of transportation and like to stay active during the day which means walking is built into my everyday life. My house has ample front and backyard space as well as a nearby trail for long walks! My home has no other animals to watch out for.
“My partner and I are grateful for India! She was able to help us in a last minute situation which we were already nervous about because we have a rescue pup who needs strict routine but also kindness and patience. She seems to really love pets and would definitely consider her again for future walks.”

About: I have provided dog walks, drop-in visits, and in-home care for family, friends, and private clients’ pets for decades. I'm comfortable with shy dogs, rescues, and seniors that need a little extra TLC. My priority is to make your furry family member feel safe, happy, and loved. As a Realtor, I’m trusted to care for people’s homes every day. I bring that same reliability and integrity in caring for both your pets and your home. I provide walks and drop-in visits between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m daily. For requests outside of my regular hours, additional fees may apply. Same-day appointments may be available. I follow your instructions to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or medications, I provide attentive and individualized care.
“David was awesome! He was able to walk Prince last minute for me, the day of, and I know that wasn’t the ideal circumstance but David is definitely a pro! He was on time, walked Prince for the amount of time and followed all instructions. He is great & we will definitely be booking again!”

“Jason was great! He took care of our animals while we were out of town. Quickly responded to texts, and sent photos of our animals when he was with them. Greatly appreciated Jason’s high quality service!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature. As both a lifelong dog lover and an experienced foster, I’ve cared for dozens of pups of all sizes, breeds, and personalities — from shy rescues to energetic puppies and gentle seniors. I’m available for all types of care: overnight stays (in your home or mine), drop-in visits, walks, or ongoing support while you’re away. I know how important it is to maintain your dog’s daily routine, and I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. Whether your pup needs structured playtime, quiet companionship, or a steady hand with special needs, I’ll provide thoughtful, personalized care. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family — so I promise to treat your pup like my own, with all the cuddles, care, and belly rubs they deserve. ❤️🐾 I work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and able to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks. My flexible schedule means I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine — whether that’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening snuggles. Your pet will never feel lonely or ignored. I make sure they get a good balance of activity and downtime, with lots of love and companionship in between. I take a thoughtful, safety-first approach to pet care — whether your pet is staying with me or I’m coming to you. I follow each owner’s specific instructions to maintain consistency in feeding, walks, medications, and routines. In my home, pets have a secure, relaxed environment where they can rest, play, and get plenty of supervised attention. I have a small yard, and supplement with plenty of walks and outdoor time! I love getting dogs out for fresh air, playtime, and sniff breaks around the neighborhood. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to respect your space and your pet’s familiar environment while providing the same love and structure they’re used to. You can always count on regular check-ins, photos, and communication while you’re away.
“Christin took my dog on a walk three times this past week due to scheduling conflicts with my usual walker. She responded quickly, was flexible, and was patient and understanding with my sometimes-difficult dog! I’ll definitely book again!”

About: I've always had dogs growing up in the family. As soon as I was able to get my own, I got Bella when I was 20 years old and raised her for 13 years. In those 13 years, I also helped raise puppies and cared for a senior dog other than Bella. I just love dogs and spending time with them. After recently laying Bella to rest, I miss the little things caring for a dog entails, number 1 being walks and spoiling them with all the love they deserve. Live in Olney and working full time in Rockville 7am-330pm Mon-Fri with a flexible mid day break to go handle any walks/care as needed. I will follow whatever instructions needed for each individual dog. Having raised a dog beginning to end, I'm fully aware how different routines are helpful depending on any particular dogs needs. My old girl needed to be carried up/down stairs and I happily helped her everyday.

Good job on tiring our Gordon setter puppy out, that’s not an easy challenge and you did it twice ! We hope you can continue to take care of Ulu and would just like communication to improve a bit in the future - but we are happy with your work and Ulu seems to love you too.

Zaena was professional, timely and easy to work with! She is very quick to respond and was able to do a meet and greet same day. She took the time to make our dog Guinness comfortable before the first walk, took lots of pictures and had great communication updates for me. She even went out in the rain and made sure Guinness had his raincoat on. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Denisse is very kind and responsible!! She visited my house mid-day for several days to take my two dogs for a walk and let them play in the yard while I had long days out of the house. Everything with the booking went as planned and the pictures were great!! I highly recommend Denisse for your pet sitting needs!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ellen and I can confidently say that her level of professionalism, reliability, and genuine care sets a remarkably high standard in the pet‑care industry. From the very first interaction, it was clear that they approach their work with intention, consistency, and a deep respect for both my pet and myself

Oluwaseun is such a wonderful dog walker! I will definitely use her again! She went far and above the walking responsibilities. She communicated before arrival and completion, sending cool photos of what my dog Ralph experienced on his walk.💗💗 She was attentive to all the details of what my dog needed. I felt so at ease having her walk my senior dog.

Liza is amazing and understands difficult dog behavior. We have an anxious dog who usually takes a while to warm up to new people which makes finding a dog sitter more challenging. Liza was patient with our dog and got him to more or less accept her on the first visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
