“Karolina was an absolute dream with our 2 cats and 1 dog. They’re all rescues and have just moved over with us from Shanghai and so they’re all readjusting and they all have their quirks! She took time to understand them all at the meet and greet and then when she was staying with them in our home. They clearly really loved her and she sent us regular picture updates - she even got a cuddle from our most nervous cat so she clearly did an amazing job!
