About: I've been looking after dogs since I was a kid and had my own furry friend for 13 years. I know dogs inside and out, and I absolutely adore spending time with them. When I take care of a dog, I treat them like they're my own. As a freelancer, my schedule is incredibly flexible, allowing me to accommodate your needs both during the week and on weekends. Let me know what works best for you and we’ll sort something out. I live in a big flat, only a two-minute walk from the beach. It's perfect for dogs because I've made sure it's completely safe for them. I've hidden all the cables, and there's no clutter around, so they won't get into anything they shouldn't.

Betty and Ralph (the tibetan terriers) have a couple tricky behavioural issues which Billy completely took on board making me feel 100% at ease leaving them in his care. We have booked in with Billy to look after Betty and Ralph when we go on holiday in a months time, it's so great not to have to worry about 'who will have the dogs!'”

“Jonathan and Lana have both regularly looked after our Labrador and Jack Russell while we have been away. They love dogs and take care to see they are looked after including being fed and exercised in accordance with the owners wishes. Because of the nature of their flexible work arrangements they are able to be with the dogs during the day so they have companionship, fed watered and made a fuss off. Being situated in hove there are plenty of places for the dogs to walk along the seafront and parks. They are caring compassionate and professional in their approach to caring for dogs.”

“Gemma has been absolutely fantastic with my nervous rescue dog, Sookie. She’s been so patient and calm, slowly building up the trust at Sookie’s pace. They now spend their visits with puzzle toys and plenty of cuddles and Sookie is so relaxed and happy when I get home. Gemma has also worked with me when introducing new training and reward methods to deal with my dog’s fear and reactivity to other dogs on walks. Now that her availability has changed, I’m still continuing to use Gemma on a regular basis but working round her schedule. I couldn’t stop Sookie spending time with her new favourite friend now could I?! Gemma always cleans and tidies up after herself, even though I’ve never asked her to do this. She’s a friendly, trustworthy person who is knowledgable and just a natural with dogs.”
