About: I’ve had dogs in my life since childhood and have spent many years helping care for dogs belonging to friends and family. Over the last 10+ years I’ve regularly helped with walking, feeding, company and general care, and I genuinely love being around animals. I work from home part of the week, which means I can offer dogs plenty of attention, companionship and regular walks throughout the day. While I don’t have a garden, I live in a spacious and comfortable flat in Hove, just a 5-minute walk from Hove Lawns and the beach. About: I have 14 years of experience caring for cats, starting from when I lived with my partner and we had three cats together. About: I grew up with 12 dogs at home and countless weekends spent at dog agility shows. This grew into a lifelong love of dogs of all sizes and personalities. About: Hi, I'm Alex - a 32-year-old freelance producer who primarily works from home. For as long as I remember I've loved dogs. It's a running joke in my family that no one loves them more than me. Having grown up with Irish Setters and horses, I've been around dogs my entire life and consider them to be the purest form of joy I've yet experienced! Aside from this, I frequently look after friends and neighbours dogs and love taking them to local beaches and parks for walks, as well as my local co-working space, if suitable. I am also experienced in house sitting dogs and cats and love taking dogs on long walks in the countryside to keep them stimulated and tired at the end of the day. Having recently moved to Hove and bought a three bedroom house with a garden (fenced and very safe), I am keen to share my space and provide a safe and happy place for dog owners to send their dogs to when they need them looking after. About: I used to work with a local dog walker/boarder and mixed with plenty of doggos during this time! I’ve also had dogs in my family since I was a child! A Dalmatian, Chihuahuas, Jack Russel x Chihuahua’s, and more recently a lovely Frenchie. However, I currently am unable to have a pet of my own due to the demands of my degree. I love animals, and you can be sure that your pet will be the centre of my attention whilst I am with them! I am a full-time mature BSc student in Brighton, which takes up about 3 days a week and I usually work 1 day at my job during term times. Due to these commitments, I am sadly unable to have a pet of my own. My flexibility will vary depending on my schedule, which from September, I should be aware of at least 5 weeks in advance. I will easily fit in time with your furry friends during these commitments, and maybe they can help me to study! I live in a ground floor flat with access to our own secure outdoor space, however, this is stones and decking but plenty of space for sniffing and roaming around, or lounging in the sun with me when we’re not out on a walk! A well-behaved dog will have access to all spaces, including my bedroom. We live a very short walk from plenty of local dog-friendly parks in Hove, and a little further is the beach! Please note that I am not comfortable with off-lead walks, happy to use long training leads, etc, unless in a very secure area. I want to keep your pet safe and secure the entire time!

About: I used to walk a small, elderly, terrier-cross a few times a week for a nearby neighbour for about 2 years. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs when they’ve been away on short holidays. The above experience is all I have, so I’d be better suited to looking after dogs that have relatively simple care needs (ie. don’t have behavioural issues / need a lot of specialist care). I’m taking some time off from my previous career in the insurance industry so I have plenty of free time at the moment - I have not set schedule ant the moment so can therefore be quite flexible. I live close to the Brighton and Hove boundary and 5 minutes away from the seaside / Hove Lawns, so plenty of nearby places to stretch our legs.

About: Hi, I'm Alex - a 32-year-old freelance producer who primarily works from home. For as long as I remember I've loved dogs. It's a running joke in my family that no one loves them more than me. Having grown up with Irish Setters and horses, I've been around dogs my entire life and consider them to be the purest form of joy I've yet experienced! Aside from this, I frequently look after friends and neighbours dogs and love taking them to local beaches and parks for walks, as well as my local co-working space, if suitable. I am also experienced in house sitting dogs and cats and love taking dogs on long walks in the countryside to keep them stimulated and tired at the end of the day. Having recently moved to Hove and bought a three bedroom house with a garden (fenced and very safe), I am keen to share my space and provide a safe and happy place for dog owners to send their dogs to when they need them looking after.
