About: I grew up with 12 dogs at home and countless weekends spent at dog agility shows. This grew into a lifelong love of dogs of all sizes and personalities. I've spent the past 10 years dog sitting and walking, through word-of-mouth recommendation, until someone suggested I join Rover! I am an easy going and naturally active person, so I love to take dogs on long walks, or take them socializing in cafes (if they like to!), and do basic trick training. I've experience with dogs of all sizes, from collies to GSD's and retired greyhounds to Chihuahuas. I'm a freelancer and part-time yoga teacher, so I have lots of time to spend with four legged friends, so you can be sure they get most of my attention! I plan my work around my pups, not the other way around. At mine: I have a dog friendly apartment on ground floor, no garden but quick access to St Annes garden OR Palmeria Square. I have room to set up a crate if that is your preference. I have enrichment toys and a dog bed here too. At yours: I will follow your preferred instructions! Walking: I always stay present with the dog, I don't walk with headphones in and I am mindful of distractions or the dog's personality. I am happy to follow your preference on walk type, length, and location (within radius!) Cafe socializing: if you would like your dog to spend time in cafes and socialise, I love this too! not all dogs enjoy this, some love it, so this is down to preference. Again, the dogs comfort and tolerance is my number one priority!

Although she wasn’t brave enough to approach Beth that day, she was comfortable and relaxed enough to have a snooze while she was there. Which shows that she isn’t overly worried about Beth, who didn’t try to push things too fast and went at Sookie’s pace, allowing her to feel that relaxed she could close her eyes. About: I have 14 years of experience caring for cats, starting from when I lived with my partner and we had three cats together. I was closely involved in their daily care, including feeding, litter tray cleaning, playtime and maintaining their routines. After separating, one of the cats came to live with me, and I continued to care for her long-term. About: I always grew up with a dog, we had 2 cocker spaniels. When I moved out, I also adopted a cat because their owner couldn’t keep her. And since I have moved to Brighton & Hove I have missed having a pet, I do get to watch my friends’ pets when they go away on holiday but I wish I could enjoy the company of an animal more often. I mostly watch dogs but also cats at times and a rabbit once. I am free any day of the week to take care of your pet. I would just need at least one day or 2 days notice so I can make sure to organise the time. I am very reliable and trustworthy. I can bring a pet in my flat but I would prefer watching them in their own home if possible as it feels less disruptive for them and also my place is not very big.

About: I used to walk a small, elderly, terrier-cross a few times a week for a nearby neighbour for about 2 years. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs when they’ve been away on short holidays. The above experience is all I have, so I’d be better suited to looking after dogs that have relatively simple care needs (ie. don’t have behavioural issues / need a lot of specialist care). I’m taking some time off from my previous career in the insurance industry so I have plenty of free time at the moment - I have not set schedule ant the moment so can therefore be quite flexible. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits and house sitting, as I work remotely it means I can adjust my schedule to fit the needs of you and your dog. I always keep my availability up to date so you know exactly when I’m free. Your dog’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I’ll follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medication (if needed), training and any house rules. I’m happy to walk your dog on their usual routes and at their regular times to help them feel comfortable, confident and relaxed while you’re away. My goal would be to build friendship and trust between us. Every dog receives my full attention. I don’t walk dogs in large groups, so your dog will enjoy one-to-one care tailored to their individual needs and personality. If I’m boarding, I’ll only take one household’s dog(s) at a time, ensuring they have a calm environment and plenty of attention. I live in a comfortable apartment that’s well suited to short weekend boarding. While I don’t have a private outdoor space, I’m close to parks and walking routes, so dogs in my care will still get plenty of exercise, enrichment and toilet breaks. For that reason, I prefer to keep boarding to shorter stays where I know I can provide the best possible experience.

About: I grew up with 12 dogs at home and countless weekends spent at dog agility shows. This grew into a lifelong love of dogs of all sizes and personalities. I've spent the past 10 years dog sitting and walking, through word-of-mouth recommendation, until someone suggested I join Rover! I am an easy going and naturally active person, so I love to take dogs on long walks, or take them socializing in cafes (if they like to!), and do basic trick training. I've experience with dogs of all sizes, from collies to GSD's and retired greyhounds to Chihuahuas. I'm a freelancer and part-time yoga teacher, so I have lots of time to spend with four legged friends, so you can be sure they get most of my attention! I plan my work around my pups, not the other way around. At mine: I have a dog friendly apartment on ground floor, no garden but quick access to St Annes garden OR Palmeria Square. I have room to set up a crate if that is your preference. I have enrichment toys and a dog bed here too. At yours: I will follow your preferred instructions! Walking: I always stay present with the dog, I don't walk with headphones in and I am mindful of distractions or the dog's personality. I am happy to follow your preference on walk type, length, and location (within radius!) Cafe socializing: if you would like your dog to spend time in cafes and socialise, I love this too! not all dogs enjoy this, some love it, so this is down to preference. Again, the dogs comfort and tolerance is my number one priority!

About: I have always had dogs as pets since I was a child and as an adult I have looked after dogs and cats for friends, family and paid bookings. I am available for any dog or cat sitting that is needed as my day to day life is very flexible. I can do long dog stays at my home or yours, or I can check on them a few times a day for you or take them on a little walk if you have time constraints. I am quite active and would take them on 2-3 walks a day during the week and can take them somewhere nice for a longer walk on the weekends. I have looked after small to large dogs and haven’t had any issues with bigger dogs. I work from home and from a dog friendly co-working space so am very flexible. If the dog would not be comfortable in the co-working space I can work from home whilst I am looking after the dog. I like to walk down Brighton & Hove seafront, Hove park and explore surrounding areas regularly so I am happy to bring a dog along with me. I am happy for the dog to sleep on my bed but if they prefer their own bed that is also fine. I live in a spacious first floor flat with a balcony. I would take them outside first thing in the morning or last thing at night if they needed to go out and I would take them for walks 2/3 times a day aswell. I’m happy to work around their food and general need times and my day to day life is very flexible. I have a super flexible day to day life as I work remotely. I do work regularly from a co working space around the corner from where I live which is dog friendly but I can work from home if you prefer your dog to not go there. I get up fairly early and am very active, so I may as well have a dog join me. I would walk them 2-3 times a day in the park, down the seafront or even around the block during the week and would take them somewhere nice further out or stay local but go for a longer walk during the weekends. I live in a spacious first floor flat in Hove. I have a balcony attached to my bedroom and am happy to take them outside on the safe street first thing/last thing if needed.
