About: I’m a huge animal lover! I’ve grown up with Shar Peis, Belgian griffons and cats. My mum would make sure we stuck to her training techniques too - so I’d like to think I’m good at keeping dogs under control. I'm super friendly, attentive and love creating a special bond with animals. I'm new to Rover, but would love to build up consistent relationships - and am happy for meet and greets, or video calls. I currently work from home 4 days a week, with a 1 hour lunch break and other flexible breaks throughout the day. My work is flexible so I am able to give your pets the attention they need. I finish at 5pm and am available in the evenings too. I live in a 3 floor flat with no other pets. So whilst they are free to roam the house - unfortunately our garden isn’t fully secure. I’m active and love walking! I am close to the beach and several parks.

About: I grew up on a farm, my family have always had dogs and I have been involved in the caring of our animals. I truly enjoy their company. I’ve dog sat regularly for three parson russell’s as well as many other dogs with different needs. I have helped with raising litters of puppies as well as caring for our elderly dogs. We have experience with nervous dogs or dogs that prefer to avoid other dogs. I have also spent some time working on a sheep farm so have some experience with working dogs. We send regular photos and videos during your booking to give you peace of mind. I work from home, as does my partner Ryan, so there should always be someone home with your dog. We can do longer walks before or after work and can accommodate shorter walks and play during the working day. Calendar is generally up to date but do ask to check :) We have a small but secure garden in Hove and live near the beach and Hove Park for walks. No other pets or children in the house. Non-smoking. Your pets safety and security will always be put first.

About: I've always been a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to have my own dog (English Bulldog) for six wonderful years. During that time, I gained hands-on experience caring for a dog with additional needs, including managing allergies, maintaining strict hygiene routines and working consistently on behavioural training using patience and positive reinforcement. Although my dog is no longer with me, I really miss having a four-legged companion around the house. I can also have them over the weekend, I love going for walks so ideally some dogs with energy. Again I can be flexible. My home has no garden access. It’s 60 sq metres so enough space. I have no animals or kids. Beachfront is 15mn walk, park is 7 mn walk.

About: Hi there, we’re Lilac and Ariane. We are a young, enthusiastic couple who are reliable in animal care. Through having ownership of cats for the majority of our lives, including those with medical issues such as epilepsy, we have gained a myriad of skills which would be beneficial to our role as a carer for your pets. These include: resilience, patience and most importantly prioritising fun and safety. Neighbours, friends, and the general public have relied on us for years to walk, play, feed, and care for their dogs/cats, noting us as attentive and respectful carers, willing to solve specific needs that their pets might require. We’d love to meet your pets and provide them the best experience possible while their owner is unavailable! Currently, we work zero hour jobs allowing us an extensive amount of free time to dedicate to your pets. With a notice period of 3 days we can accommodate to your needs and make time for your animals. We prefer working within the hours of 7am-7pm but would be happy to make any changes if necessary! We don’t offer pet stays in our home currently. If temporarily using an owners home to care for their pets, we would ensure that we are aware of any potential dangers before being left alone with the animals in order to prioritise their safety. We intend to respect the space and maintain the environment as to not threaten the animals daily routines. We aim to build trust overtime, through a sense of familiarity, implementing calm direction and praise simultaneously.

About: I’ve looked after dogs since I was 13 with my first job being a dog walker. I have lots of experience pet sitting including dogs, cats and small pets. I’m looking to take care of pets while I job hunt after coming home from travelling for 3 months. I also miss being around animals and this will give me a chance to spend some quality time with them. About: I’ve been caring for pets for the past 3 years, with a special love and experience looking after cats when my friends were away. Back in Brazil, I had 4 cats and 2 sausage dogs who were part of my family, and I miss them every day, so it all started with friends letting me stay with their pets when I was homesick. This gave me valuable experience in feeding, playing, walking, and giving lots of love and attention to both cats and dogs. I always treat every animal as if they were my own, and I dare to stay that I also owned a seagull as I used to take care and feed (Beni) everyday 😂 all animals are special in my eyes.
