I've been passionate about caring for animals since childhood, growing up with both a Labrador and a rescue cat. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience looking after a wide range of dogs and cats, not only in my own home but also for pet owners in London and Brighton. This experience has taught me how to handle pets with different personalities and needs, ensuring they feel happy, safe, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s playful walks, feeding routines, or giving lots of cuddles, I always treat every animal as if they were my own.

When caring for pets I try to create a safe and stressfree environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I make sure to stick closely to their usual routines—feeding, walks, playtime, and quiet moments—so they experience as little disruption as possible. and I keep owners updated with photos and messages.

Johanna is friendly, reliable and loves dogs! She did an excellent job of caring for my anxious Podenco overnight at my home and left everything extremely tidy. Twigs has terrible separation anxiety but (eventually!) Johanna won him over and he settled down. Thanks Johanna!
Johanna’s first two one hour visits with Sookie went really well. Sookie is a nervous rescue and can take a bit of time to warm up to new people. But with Johanna, she seemed to get very comfortable very quickly. Approaching her, choosing to lie near her, and having a snooze. And then on the second visit she put her head on her legs! Johanna has taken things at Sookie’s pace and my dog has quickly felt safe and happy with her.
I would definitely recommend Johanna! She was absolutely amazing with my nervous rescue dog, Winter. She gave him all the space and time he needed to feel comfortable and sent me an update later in the day after their walk. Johanna was on time and very respectful of Winter’s needs. I will definitely use her services again. Thank you so much 🥰
Johanna was fantastic with our dog, Monty. He was really happy to be with her, he was extremely well looked after. We were sent regular updates and photos. Also, the house was left immaculate. We'll definitely be contacting Johanna again. Huge thanks!!
Johanna is the best cat-sitter! She has looked after my cat (Harvey) many times while I've been away and always does an amazing job. She is very caring, respectful and trustworthy, would highly recommend her to look after any pet.
