I grew up with pets and am both a cat and dog person! Over the last few years, I have dog-sat for friends and family, either in their homes or doggy daycare in my home and have experience walking both small and medium dogs. I'm the proud owner (slave!) of Margot, a senior cat who is very relaxed about other animals in the house. For drop-in visits to cats, I always ensure there's fresh food and water, sort out litter trays, groom as required, have some playtime and a chat, and send daily updates. I always put your pet's welfare first and treat every pet with the same care and attention I give to Margot.

Safety, trust & environment
I can accept animals in my home and have an enclosed garden with no access to main roads. I can walk twice a day so dogs will get good exercise if they want it. I am flexible depending on what your pet needs.

Kate was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She quickly built a wonderful bond with our cat, who can be fickle! She spent real quality time with him, and after we returned home, he was even waiting by the door at the time she usually visited, which says it all. Kate kept us updated with photos, videos and reassuring messages about his feeding, medication and how he was doing. Her communication was excellent and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear Kate genuinely loves animals and goes above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
This was Sweep’s second sit with Kate and she had a lovely time and is happy as Larry. Kate was fantastic at helping us at short notice and helping us make an arrangement that worked for everyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Kate again and Sweep will be looking forward to it!
Kate looked after Harold so well - first time needing to have a pet sitter for my permanent foster cat and it was a great experience for both me and Harold! Including all the videos and photos thank you!
Excellent service by Kate, great communication and timely for her visits. Kept me informed throughout the sitting and provided numerical and videos and photographs as well as messages. Would use again.
Kate agreed to sit for us at late notice, which we were very grateful for. Her communication and attention to detail noting Sweep’s needs was also very reassuring. Kate arrived in great time and sent regular updates. Sweep had a great afternoon with Kate and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook or recommend her to others.
Kate did a superb job checking in on and feeding our cat Oskar while we were away overnight. Oskar is a senior cat and quite shy but he took to Kate straightaway and looked completely relaxed in the video updates Kate shared. Excellent all round.

Schedule
I work flexibly so can be available for walks, doggy daycare & house sitting at any time. I generally head to the seafront and beach, or a park, for dog walks.
