Madi is great with dogs, my two love seeing her! she looked after them when we went away for a long weekend, I was worried about leaving my eldest dog as she can be quite anxious with other people but she warmed to madi straight away! Snuggled up with her in no time. I have no worries going away now when my dogs are with Madi, She's the perfect girl for the job! Highly recommend xxx

Jess always does an excellent job! 5th time of Jess taking care of our cats. Belle and Boo (our new to us cats) have been with us for just 3 months, so was important to have someone we trust to look after them. They are shy with new people and Jess won them around in no time.

Katie is a very responsible person who has a great gut instinct with what a dog needs when she is with either her own dogs or her friend's and family's dogs. She has looked after my dog several times and you can really tell that she loves them and lpves treating them to special walks either at the beach or taking them to their favourite park! I trust her 100% with my dogs and would have no hesitation recommending others to do the same

About: Navigating the intricate world of pet care without formal job experience is a unique journey filled with love, learning, and occasional chaos. Mornings start with the enthusiastic anticipation of feeding a boisterous dog and the subtle negotiation of sharing a bed with a sleepy cat. The delicate art of balancing different dietary needs becomes second nature, as kibble and canned food find their place in the daily routine. Playtime transforms living spaces into makeshift obstacle courses, with squeaky toys and feathered wands scattered in joyful disarray. Walks with the dog become a cherished ritual, offering not only exercise but also a chance to soak in the simple pleasures of nature through canine companionship. Trips to the vet turn into adventures, where the challenge lies in deciphering barks, meows, and the occasional disgruntled growl. The absence of formal training doesn't deter the development of an intuitive understanding of a pet's needs, recognizing the subtle cues that signal joy, discomfort, or the infamous demand for treats. The lack of job experience doesn't diminish the deep bond forged over shared moments of comfort during thunderstorms or the soothing rhythm of a purring cat on a quiet evening. The pet care journey, devoid of a professional resume, is a testament to the genuine connection and commitment to the well-being of these furry family members. With ample spare time and a part-time job, pet care seamlessly integrates into the rhythm of your days. Mornings kick off with the joyous chaos of feeding, playtime, and perhaps a leisurely stroll with the canine companion. The luxury of time allows for unhurried moments, appreciating the small quirks and affections that make each pet unique. During breaks from part-time work, there's a cozy haven awaiting—an opportunity for quick games, cuddles, and ensuring that water bowls are topped up. The flexibility in your schedule allows for impromptu trips to the park or a longer play session to keep energetic pets happily exhausted. Weekends become extended playdates and exploration expeditions, with dogs bounding through open spaces and cats curiously investigating new nooks. Bath time may turn into a bonding experience rather than a rushed chore, and grooming sessions become a chance to pamper your furry friends with undivided attention. The spare time becomes a canvas for creating homemade treats, engaging in training exercises, or simply lounging together during a lazy afternoon. The part-time job, while a commitment, never overshadows the joyous responsibilities of being a pet parent. In this harmonious blend, pet care is not just a routine but a source of joy and connection, seamlessly woven into the fabric of your days. In your home, a paradise for pets unfolds against the backdrop of a house with a generous garden embraced by a 6-foot fence. Mornings commence with the excitement of open-air exploration, as dogs frolic freely in the spacious garden, greeted by the sun's warm rays. Breakfast is a delightful affair, served amidst the rustling leaves and occasional squirrel sightings. The day unfurls with a myriad of activities—whether it's a game of fetch in the backyard, leisurely walks to local forest trails, or exploring nature reserves that offer a sensory feast for curious noses. The 6-foot fence ensures a secure playground for exuberant pets, allowing them the freedom to run and play without bounds. Home becomes a sanctuary, complete with cozy corners for catnaps and strategically placed scratching posts for feline whims. Grooming sessions may spill into the garden, where the fresh air adds an extra layer of comfort to the experience. As the sun sets, the evening stroll becomes a tranquil ritual, with pets reveling in the serenity of the surrounding greenery. In a pet owner's home, the routine adapts to mimic the familiar comforts of their abode. Respect for established schedules, whether it's feeding times or preferred play activities, ensures a seamless transition. Forest walks and nature reserves become extensions of the daily adventure, offering a diverse landscape for pets to explore under your attentive guidance. In both settings, the essence is to create an environment where pets thrive—a blend of freedom, care, and the boundless joy of nature, whether within the confines of a secure garden or amidst the enchanting trails of local forests.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, we have two dogs at home. I’m such an animal lover, so this is the perfect job for me, as I’m also a hybrid worker! There is no dog too big or small :) My family members all own dogs too so I’ve always been happy to look after them. One thing about me is, I’m always happy to help and love to see a happy dog. I also live on the beach so your dog will have many fun adventures. I currently work from home a few days a week and normally free at weekends:) I am always happy to try and fix my schedule around whenever suits. I have a fenced back garden, and two other fur babies to keep your dog in company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. Whatever suits!

About: I have had dogs my entire life, since the day I was born there has always been a dog in my home. When I reached adulthood I have had one to two dogs of my own. I have bred my own dogs as they are always so wonderful and friends and families have always wanted one of my puppies. My current dog Dolly, is the third generation from me breeding. She is a Sproodle, three years old and gets along with all dogs. Over the last 46 years I have also cared for other peoples dogs which brings me much joy! I am new to the Sussex area and looking forward to getting out with some new dogs to walk them around this beautiful part of the world. I have experience looking after puppies to older dogs. I am calm, respectful and considerate. I will ensure that your dog feel safe, comfortable and enjoyable. I am new to the area and have a very flexible schedule so I can be on hand to drop in to check in on your dog, take them for a walk or if you are going away I can come and housesit for you. At the moment, I can't have dogs at my home but I can come to yours to sit or take them out for a walk.

About: I've had experience with dogs all my life as we always had dogs in the family from childhood. I've had my own dogs for the last 9 years and have trained them from puppies and do their grooming myself. My life wouldn't be complete without animals around - am a total animal lover :). I have a large, safe fully enclosed garden. My doggies snuggle up on the sofa with me and are also allowed on the bed. My pets are part of the family and are my world... and I would treat your animals as I do my own and make sure they are happy and comfy. We have lots of walks in the countryside around us and the nature reserve. Am available for one off's or regular arrangement, short or long holidays and totally understand that relationship building is a must with you and your pet. I will make your pet feel totally comfortable in my home while I look after them with lots of Love, play and walks. I work from home and my hours are flexible, so can give your pet 100% attention and care. Walks are usually twice a day - once in the morning and then in the afternoon/early evening. I have a fully fenced garden and 2 dogs to keep your fur baby company. My dogs are never left on their own i.e. if I need to go to the shops, they come with me in the car or wherever I go.

About: I am currently in online education doing canine and feline behaviour and management courses which i study for daily. They are based around a completely flexible schedule making it perfect to fit in some study time while your pet sleeps on after a nice long walk or play. I am more than happy to travel outside of the area highlited if i am staying for a pet or house sit for a minimum of 3 days!! I have been trusted to assist with daycare and walks for family and friends from a young age i have always known animal care was right for me. When i was growing up i would look after my neighbors two cats whilst they were away, providing genuine love and comfort as well as making sure their essentials were always accessible and clean. Since then i have cared for our french bulldog Lola for 5 years and previously had two bengal cats before her. Volunteering in a kennel/cattery gave me the experience to assist dogs and cats of all sizes and to make sure their space was always sanitary. (I unfortunately had to leave this job as i did not support the unfair treatment of some pets from the people in power who worked there. please feel free to ask about this) when i worked there i was a volunteer who helped with the following: - keeping the kennels clean and hygienic - ensuring necessities like food and fresh water were available - gently encouraging anxious dogs to come to me so i can reassure them - checking on cats and keeping their area up to standard - sweeping corridors - mopping - washing up I aspire to work with animals for the rest of my life. Big, small, hair or no hair i love any animal like it is my own. Caring for animals is something i love doing and has helped me in so many ways and as well as that i love cleaning! so any extra jobs you could use a hand with around the house while you are gone just let me know. My studies allow me to expand my general knowledge on cats and dogs but i find it extremely important to know them and their owner personally too, so i can understand any boundaries you or your pet may have that i must be aware of. Because i am passionate about care and trying to expand my range of taking care of pets i offer a fair price for my services and am happy to take your pet anywhere that is within walking distance as i unfortunately do not drive yet. Animal welfare is extremely important to me morally and due to incorrect treatment such as ignoring certain pets, under socialising pets and no exercise i had to leave my volunteering boarding kennel job as i didn’t agree with the treatment but was unable to do much about it without consequence. Please do let me know if there is anything extra that needs doing or if there is anything specific that is required and i am more than happy to get to know you and your pet at any time. I look forward to hearing from you if you think i’m a good fit 🥰!! I am currently learning dog and cat first aid and CPR too
