I work alone and quite like it that way, dogs are all the company I need. I often have my dog Neo with me or if you require a solo walk this can be arranged. If you have more than one dog in a household i can discount a service for you. I use long lines extended leads and can provide an harness if needed. safety is paramount for your dogs and the environment. We have a wash after if needed and a brush to get out any tics and sticks (or branches if your a long haired dog ) Outing always take longer than the paid time when driving and pickups are included. My vehicle is insured for dog transport and ready to for our adventures to make sure they get there and back. I’m an experienced dog walker and photographer. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
