“Absolutely incredible, both our boys loved staying with Chris, he is so attentive and gave us updates every day, we couldn’t recommend him enough - Daddy dog owner. Chris soon picked up that I’m as neurotic and sensitive as our 2 Dachshunds- mummy dog owner. That also said, one of our boys is a very precious, but traumatised, rescue, and he can be hard work. Chris sent us pictures and short videos every day, which was massively reassuring to me, as well as an update in respect of how they were doing. How lovely is that?!! Chris was willing to hear about and understand our boy’s needs and difficulties; we took careful and gentle steps to introduce and familiarise, which Chris was more than happy to accommodate. Long story short, we have come home from holiday to two very happy, extremely well cared for doggies.”

“Benji has had another amazing stay with Ellie and her family. He is always so well looked after and always looks like he’s having the best time in the photos Ellie sends. I’m so grateful I never have to worry about him when he is with Ellie. Thank you again! ☺️”

“Katie and her partner were perfect dog sitters for our 3 year old golden retriever. They were very attentive and accommodating to his routine and were patient with him as he can be very excitable and sometimes needs some direction and guidance. They were very communicative during his stay, sending daily updates and pictures and he looked like he had a great time. Rupert absolutely loved their Labrador Woody and Katie ensured he had great walks and stayed calm and cool during the hot weather. I would highly recommend them both and will be returning in the future.”

“Sharon was fantastic with my little Shih Tzu, Mushu. He had a great time staying with her, her husband Dave and their dog Bertie. I received updates and photos at least once a day and was always happy that he was being well looked after and that all was going well.”

“I can not recommend Lynne and her husband Lee enough. We went for a visit pre booking and found them to be friendly and relaxed and was immediately put at ease. Dudley, our dog, was happy with them and when we arrived to drop him for his holiday, jumped out of the car and went straight to their door. We had a relaxed holiday knowing we didn’t have to worry about him and that he was happy in their company and relaxed. We got regular photo updates. We were extremely grateful for their flexibility when our flight got delayed. Nothing was too much trouble and he really was well looked after. Not sure Dudley even wanted to come home with us as he misses all the attention. Can’t Thank you enough Lynne - Until the next time.”

“I had been let down last minute by my usual sitter and was introduced to Rover app. Scott responded quickly with offer to care for Reggie the weekend before Christmas. I was quite anxious but Scott and family are very calm and relaxed. Reggie seemed happy to be there and Scott sent me photos which were very reassuring. Reggie was very calm and happy on his return home and I can only explain his behaviour as having had a stress free and enjoyable time with Scott.”

“Chelsea was so amazing with my little snoopy, constantly updating me on him and how he was settling in. Super accommodating in what ever we needed when we were stuck, took him for lots of long walks - I can’t recommend enough!”

“Huge thankyou to Joanna for looking after our dog Monty whilst we were away for two weeks this month. It was clear from our pre stay visit the calming and nurturing environment which Joanna offers. Throughout Monty’s stay, we received regular updates by text and WhatsApp photos. We feel that Monty thoroughly enjoyed his home from home with Joanna and her lovely dog Minnie. Thankyou Joanna for all your help and flexibility when our flights home were delayed by 9.5 hours. We would without question recommend Joanna to care for friends pets.”

“Tina obviously loves dogs and our dog was very happy and relaxed to stay with her. Tina uses a very large field which is completely safe for dogs to run freely with water play etc. I would highly recommend her to lovingly care for your dog.”

“Sarah is incredible. She took in Twix whilst I was away for 3 days with my work and looked after her like she would her own dog. I got daily updates and photos from her, together with the peace of mind that Twix was safe and well. I’ll not be letting anyone else look after Twix , as she had a lovely time with a genuinely lovely family.🐾🐾”

About: Belly rubs on demand I have had dogs since my children were little. I am now retired so home everyday to give lots of care to your best friend. I now have all the time in the world, as I have left the 9-5 and at home with my 2 cavapoos. We have lots of love to go around. Wonderful fields just outside our front door and just a short drive to the beach. I have a large secure garden and 2 cavapoos to entertain your pooch. We love dogs and would love to meet your little one to come and share days and nights with us.
“Wendy has been absolutely amazing. It was the first time she took care of Pixie and she kept me updated with messages and photos. Pixie had a great time and looked very settled when I picked her up. I highly recommend Wendy, she loves animals and takes care of them like they were her own.”

“What a lovely young lady. My dog Monty was treated as another family member. She is kind, gentle and fun to be around. Monty received lots of exercise so thank you! Definitely use her again. Karien”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for over 50 years, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I have experience with all ages and stages — from energetic puppies who need patience, structure, and training, to senior dogs who deserve a gentler pace, comfort, and lots of reassurance. Boarding starts at £46 per night for one dog. Rover may show higher estimates depending on number of dogs, holidays, or extended care I’m very fit and active and genuinely love long walks, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and attention (always tailored to their age and needs). Just as importantly, I love quiet companionship too — dogs are happiest when they feel relaxed and secure, and I’m very attuned to reading their signals. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort at all times. Pets are closely supervised in a clean, calm, pet-friendly environment. I follow all care instructions carefully and provide regular updates and photos so owners feel at ease. My goal is to make every pet feel secure, happy, and well cared for.

“Harvey took to Sue very quickly. She was very good with him as he does get over excited when meeting new people. She came to meet him before he boarded with her, which meant that he wasn't so anxious when he went to stay. Sue gave us daily updates which put our mind at ease and it sounds like Harvey had a great weekend. We would definitely recommend Sue and will definitely contact her to look after Harvey in the future. Thanks Sue!”

“Tasha accepted our booking on the same day after our dog sitter cancelled last minute. We received loads of photos and updates during Dobby's stay, and he seemed to have a great time. Thank you Tasha!”

About: Earlier this year moved into a home and looked after 2 Cats with special needs for 3 months whilst owners on a long bucket list cruise Had to look after the cats and follow owners specific requirements and routines, always mindful of cats own individual personalities one needed no attention at all unless when required to be fed and the other always liked to curl up in a ball on my knee on an evening I have looked after cats whilst in europe this also included multi dog and cat combination as stayed on a small holding in France whilst owners away on a long vacation
“Informative, friendly and caring cat sitter 😇 Flexible and great with communication 🌟 My Recommendations and definitely will be using in the future ❤️ Thank you Mia for looking after Boris during the Christmas 🎄”

“Daisy was absolutely amazing. So responsive, happy to oblige with reasonable requests (such as watering our garden!), and sent daily updates with photos and videos of our cat. She suggested a meet and greet ahead of booking, and when we spoke to her, she was a lovely person and we felt instantly comfortable with having her come to the house to stop in for our cat. We cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be using her again if and when we need a sitter again! 5 stars, 10/10, 100% recommend.”

“Jade is such a lovely person and looks after our fur babies like they are her own. I would never leave them with anyone else and can’t recommend her enough if you need someone to look after yours.”

“Isobel did a fantastic job looking after our kitten for two days. Communication was excellent throughout, and she kept us updated with photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Our kitten was happy, relaxed and clearly well cared for when we returned. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Isobel to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you!”

“We can’t recommend Maddie enough! We have a reactive rescue dog who is very wary of strangers, so finding the right sitter has been really important to us. Maddie has been incredibly calm, patient and understanding from the very first meeting. She took everything at Remy’s pace, and thanks to her gentle approach, he’s already gone from barking at a stranger to happily taking treats, sitting next to her on the sofa and enjoying strokes. She’s kind, reliable and clearly has a real understanding of dogs. We’re so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter!”

“We booked a few drop-in visits with Jess for our cat, Tesla. She was caring, understanding and friendly. She updated us each time about visits and Tesla. She followed our directions and came at the agreed time. Tesla was all okay when we arrived, and this is the most important part ? We already made another booking with her for next time and we are happy to find Jess! Thanks again ?”

About: I’ve taken care of different cats since I was a kid – my family had two British Shorthairs and a Scottish Fold, so I have experience with a bit temperamental breeds. I currently live with a family that has two domestic and a bengal and I have taken care of them on a couple occasions.
About: I have a level 3 extended diploma in Animal management and have been around animals my whole life, including dogs, rabbits and cats. I have access to a car so can cover a wider radius. I'm currently part time (4 days a week) during term time only so can take care of your pets every Friday and weekend all day, or every day/evening year round. I have a enclosed back and front garden with access with big fields for dog walks. I have access to a car so drive or walk to keep your animal babies company. Come with recommendations.

“Lauren visited our house to look after our cats and rabbit whilst we were away. She was clearly very caring and attentive to the needs of the animals. She sent updates and even some pictures which was reassuring to us to see happy pets! Would absolutely use Lauren again and recommend her to anyone requiring pet care.”
“Joanna was an absolute godsend as our request was a bit last minute. Great communication, and really took care of mango. Needless to say, I think mango is in love with her! Thank you Joanna!!”

About: Looking after animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for is something that’s always felt very natural to me and something i will always find truly rewarding. Over the past 7 years, I’ve gained hands on experience through pet sitting and drop in visits, starting with family, friends, and neighbours, later progressing to providing care for a wide range of pets in the area including dogs, cats, senior animals, and even rabbits, building confidence with different needs, ages, and personalities. I’ve owned cats myself and have regularly cared for others from kitten age through to adulthood. I also volunteered at a boarding kennel for several months, where I worked with dogs of all ages and temperaments. During this time, I developed valuable skills in building trust and providing reassurance, particularly with more anxious or nervous dogs. I have my own dog, Lola, who I care for daily and overall my pet sitting experience has allowed me to work more closely with dogs in a home environment, adapting to their individual routines and temperaments. I’m currently working towards a qualification in Animal Management, specialising in canine and feline behaviour and management, which supports my ability to understand and respond to each pet’s unique needs. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to provide care that works around you and your pet’s needs. Whether you require regular visits, or more consistent 24 hour care, I’m happy to accommodate wherever possible. I’m based in the Felpham area and am more than willing to travel within the surrounding areas to provide reliable, loving care. Caring for animals is something I’m truly passionate about, and i love every pet as if they were my own. I’m currently working towards a qualification in Animal Management with a focus on canine and feline behaviour and management. This helps me better understand and meet each pet’s individual needs to make sure their environment remains as comfortable as possible. My aim is to create a calm, safe, and loving environment whether I’m caring for pets overnight, taking them on a walk or just popping in to check up on them. With prior experience in housekeeping, I also ensure that any home I visit is kept clean, tidy, and well looked after so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.

“The best type of sitter! The booking and handover process was easy and fuss free. Tina let me know she was flexible around pick up time which was very helpful as I was visiting the area for a family event. I had some lovely photos of Toby having walks and cuddles, clearly a happy boy. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“Ellie was a great sitter for my two rescue dogs, especially one who is very nervous. We got a very detailed report card each day. She was understanding about their unruly behaviour.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, growing up with a Mini Schnazuer and owning 2 Giant Schnauzers myself. There’s nothing I love more than having dogs around and will look after your pup like they’re my own. I know how important it is to provide a safe, happy and loving environment. I’ve previously been an owner of two Giant Schnauzers who I’ve also put into boarding and daycare, so understand it can be scary leaving your pup with someone else, and want to reassure you that they’ll get all the love and best care while staying with me. I do this full time so I’m at home all day and I’m professionally certified in Canine First Aid. I have a large, fully fenced and secure garden for your pooch to play in and love going for long walks in the forest or on the beach. I believe a tired dog is a happy dog so they’ll get plenty of exercise and stimulation while staying here. Please get in touch if I can be of any help in looking after your pooch,, and I’m happy to answer any questions. I do this full time and I’m in the process of setting up a doggy day care, so I’m home all day. I love going for long walks in the woods or the beach, so if your dog is of good health and can manage long walks that’s something I always love to do. I have a large, fully fenced and secure garden for your pup to explore and play in. I live in a quiet residential area with low traffic and noise, perfect for afternoon snoozes.
“Rosie was well looked after by Scott and his family. We were able to enjoy our day knowing she was in safe hands. We can certainly recommend Scott if you need a dog sitter for the day or boarding for a longer period.”

About: I have had puppies and dogs all my life, also many other types of animals, including farm animals. I live on the beach and very close to woodland also, love longs walks with my own hound (Humphrey) we are energetic and fun, but at the same time we love a cozy evening in front of the tv once we are all knackered out! I have a very safe home and garden, tons of doggy toys and treats 😍🦴🐾🐶 I currently work part time as a carer, but this can fit around boarding. I would like to expand my boarding work, so always happy to free up time for the dogs 🐶 My garden is fenced and safe and I have an adorable Whippet (Humphrey) who is happy to keep your dog company on the rare occasion that I have to be out, which would not be longer than an hour or so at a time.

“Heather was very professional & has a caring approach. She enabled us to attend a family funeral 275 miles away from home looking after our dog Daisy who has separation anxiety. Although clearly happy to see us on collection after spending the day with Heather you could tell Daisy had had a good day & wasn’t stressed. Thanks Heather:”

About: Jack and I have grown up with dogs our whole lives and love looking after family and friend’s pets. Had a range of sizes and breeds between us including border terriers, staffies, as well dogs who have ‘a bit of everything’. Frequent availability, ability to work from home meaning constant care and attention throughout the day 🐶. Nice sized garden, quiet cul-de-sac, and only a short walk from Southfields park. My work schedule allows me to have multiple days off a week, sometimes whole weeks at a time. My partner works from home four days a week as well. Plenty of availability to look after dogs 🦮 I have a fenced garden, plenty of space indoors and outdoors to run and play, or to chill out in. We’re both active walkers, happy to drive further for better walks if you dog prefers! Have treats and toys already at home 🦴

I’m currently a stay at home mum To my little boy who’s 1.5 yo so, so I have a lot of time to give full care and attention! & can be super flexible ☺️ I am very adaptable and think it’s very important to ask if I’m not sure of anything as your the pet mum/dad and what you say goes it’s your baby after all !
“Sam was able to look after our puppy at short notice and qas verh accommodating for her needs due to her being a puppy. She updated us and our puppy seemed to have a lovely time.”

About: Caring friendly nature that even nervous pets warm to which I allow at their pace, confident around Dogs especially afore mentioned. Initial introduction is my speciality as was proven when visiting friends in the North East that have 2 x reactive rescue dogs within 10-15 minutes managed to gain the trust of both dogs and had a faboulous long weekend with my new fury family Due to my work with sepecial education I find myself free during school holidays and I appreciate how some familys find it hard to move the Fur Babbies into strange enviroments especially without the usual rountines or family away on holiday My speciality is looking after pets and house sitting which seems to be getting more and more difficult for families that really require this specialist service I have offered this service for friends and family for many years, when I Iooked to live in France permanantly and set up a business I have provided this service and had great feedback Unfortunatly due to personal cicumstances and Brexit I have returned to live in the UK I only offer this service During School Holidays when i am not working myself, when looking after Pets / Homes this gets my full priority I like keeping fit by walking so a win win Looking after your pets in your home is a privelage as I do not have pets myself due to my work in special education & only able to look after pets in school holidays. I believe that this causes families with pets extra anxiety when the school holidays come around as not all staycation accomadation take pets, with new regulations travelling to europe with Dogs has also become so much harder since Brexit. Some people find it hard relaxing whilst on holiday not only about their pets but also security in the home My good friends always say they can relax on holiday when I look after there pets and their house which gives me a great feeling that I am helping people to get some much needed relaxation that normally would struggle to get away I am well travelled and I like to visit different places gaining new adventures which helps me to relax, I also pride myself on being organised and looking after the family home when people are away as well as the pets, fully capable of dealing with any of those unexpected life challenges that come along
“Mia was amazing! Benji had only ever been with family before on walks and wasn't sure what he would be like, however Mia sent me photos and he had an amazing time. Came back tired which to me Is goal achieved!”

About: Hello, I'm Becky. I have always loved animals and my childhood was filled with Jack Russell Terrier's, cats and chickens. Although I don't have my own pets at the moment due to work commitments, I hope to change that soon! I have been a volunteer dog walker for Clymping Dog Sanctuary for many years and regularly walk their rescue dogs. As much as I want the dogs to be rehomed as quickly as possible, I love building a caring bond with the the dogs I see regularly. I am a confident walker who can provide long and fast passed walks if a dog requires. I always take note of any behavioural issues or health needs a dog may have and provide love, care and attention so the dog can have the best walk possible. I'm a volunteer dog walker for the Cinnamon Trust. I have walked many dogs for those who are unable to walk their dog due to old age or health conditions. I have often looked after family member's dogs in their home, providing dog walks, meals, and love, care and attention. I'm currently working part time and have plenty of availability on Mondays and Fridays for dog walks, home visits, and pet sitting in your own home. I communicate clearly to arrange appointments, and I'm always punctual to visits. I follow the health and safety needs for your pet and provide the best possible care. I respect your home and will leave it as I find it, securely locking up as I come and go.
“Amelia took super good care of Bandit, he really enjoyed his walks and she took really good care of him and took some amazing action shot photos of him! I would definitely recommend her to anyone for the best care of their pup, will be in touch for future walks :) Thank you again!”

“Jess was great, she met us at the gates of Arundel Castle and took care of Ozzie walking him and such around the town, until we returned a couple of hours later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jess to other dog owners.”

“Ellie was great with Apple and gave me lots of updates after the walks, which was amazing and made me feel reassured. She sent lots of pictures and Apple was really happy with her. Thank you”

I’ve grown up surrounded by pets and currently have a dog, two tortoises, and a much-loved cat who has been part of my family for 16 years and still sleeps on my bed every night without fail! I’m reliable, caring, and understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, walks, feeding, or simply keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. Currently, I work part-time in a bakery where my hours are posted the Sunday before the commencing week this means that I am more than happy to do help you any time on a weekend or anytime that i’m not scheduled to work during week days! As I said, I don’t know definitely which days I’ll be scheduled but it’s usually only 6-8 hours a day 3x a week so will have time mornings and evenings outside of work. I have a fenced garden aswell as 1 small friendly dog who gets along with everyone and everything. I also have 2 tortoises who are kept in a cage
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember! Growing up, my family had two Jack Russells and a German Shepherd, and now my immediate family has two Cockapoos - completely crazy, full of personality, but absolutely amazing. Having experience with a wide variety of breeds (and energy levels!), plus two years on Rover caring for lots of different dogs, I’ve learned that every pup is unique. I understand what dogs need, whether that’s extra cuddles, structured routines, or plenty of playtime, and I always pay close attention to the little details. My goal is to give every dog a loving, comfortable “home away from home” experience where they feel safe, happy, and spoiled (in the best way!). I work from the office Monday through Wednesday and from home on Thursdays and Fridays. During the days I am in the office, my partner is at home to ensure your pet continues to receive attentive care and companionship throughout the day! I aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and calm environment for every dog in my care, ensuring they feel comfortable, secure, and truly included as part of the household. Whether I’m looking after a dog for a single day or for several weeks, I focus on maintaining familiar routines, offering plenty of affection, and creating a relaxed “home away from home” experience so each dog can settle in with confidence and ease.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and currently help care for our 3 family dogs and 1 cat, all with different breeds, ages, and personalities. I always follow instructions carefully and make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I have a fairly flexible schedule which allows me to dedicate time and attention to pet sitting. I have my own car, so I’m able to travel easily and reliably for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays. I’m also happy to stay overnight in your home to help pets feel comfortable and keep their routine as normal as possible. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home by keeping to their usual routine as closely as possible. I carefully follow instructions from owners regarding feeding, walks, house rules, and any specific needs or behaviours. I keep the home clean and tidy and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care while their owners are away. I understand how important trust is when caring for both pets and someone’s home, and I always treat both with respect and responsibility.

I would like to expand my boarding work, so always happy to free up time for the dogs 🐶 My garden is fenced and safe and I have an adorable Whippet (Humphrey) who is happy to keep your dog company on the rare occasion that I have to be out, which would not be longer than an hour or so at a time.

“Tasha accepted our booking on the same day after our dog sitter cancelled last minute. We received loads of photos and updates during Dobby's stay, and he seemed to have a great time. Thank you Tasha!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing end-of-life care. I’ve raised and cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including my own Cane Corso, who I’ve trained and loved for the past two years. My experience includes working with large breeds, reactive dogs, high-energy pups, and small dogs alike. I understand that every dog is different and take the time to meet their individual needs with patience, confidence, and care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As a self-employed caregiver, I have the flexibility to give animals the consistent attention and care they need. I currently look after one dog and a young boy with a disability, both just 10 minutes from my home. This allows me to stay local, maintain a steady routine, and respond quickly to any pet care needs. My schedule is built around providing reliable, loving care—whether it’s walks, feedings, playtime, or just being a calming presence. My garden is fenced to let your dog have a run around! I have 3 cats but they won’t pay any attention. All pets will be in my room over night either locked up or having cuddles!
“I trusted Katie with my young, anxious lurcher when I went away for my first holiday in a while. I was anxious about leaving her as she suffers from separation anxiety and has never really been without me. I needn’t of feared because Katie was attentive, caring and mirrored Ren’s life at home with me so it would be as easy as possible for her. Katie is kind, and considerate of your dogs every need. I loved that she kept in touch with me and sent updates and photos. I will definitely send Ren back to her. I am so grateful that I can stop worrying about going away now that Ren has somewhere lovely to settle. Thank you!”

“Amelia took amazing care of my 7 month old puppy, who has separation anxiety. She was attentive and made sure he felt safe and comfortable in her home. I was sent regular updates throughout his stay. I couldn’t have asked for better care, and I’d highly recommend Amelia!”
