Huge thankyou to Joanna for looking after our dog Monty whilst we were away for two weeks this month. It was clear from our pre stay visit the calming and nurturing environment which Joanna offers. Throughout Monty’s stay, we received regular updates by text and WhatsApp photos. We feel that Monty thoroughly enjoyed his home from home with Joanna and her lovely dog Minnie. Thankyou Joanna for all your help and flexibility when our flights home were delayed by 9.5 hours. We would without question recommend Joanna to care for friends pets.

About: My husband Ryan and I have both always loved dogs and have looked after countless pups over the years both for family, friends and others. Our dog Nugs is the most important and precious thing in the world to us so we completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be to trust someone new with your baby. But dogs are treated like royalty in our home. Welcome on all furniture including the bed and as many kisses and cuddles as they’re comfortable with will be bestowed upon their tiny heads. Our pug Nugs is a pro companion now - he’s welcomed so many dogs of all sizes and breeds into his home over the years and is the most docile little thing you can imagine. He’s getting a bit older now and takes certain medication and supplements and so we’re happy to take on any dogs with additional needs. Not only do we have incredible walks on our doorstep (Highdown hill and Angmering Park Estate) but if your pup is comfortable in the car, we regularly pop a few minutes down the road to the beach for walks so they can have fun paddling in the rock pools or swimming in the sea. Before we commit to any bookings we will ask to meet you and your dog before hand to make sure they are comfortable and happy with us and our dog Nugs. Ensuring they will be happy and safe with us is our main priority. Both my husband and I work from home full time so they won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I am freelancing so set my own schedule so am able to be totally flexible when it comes to walks depending on your dogs routine and the weather to make sure it’s safe for them to go out. If your dog has a preference and set routine for walks, we’re easily able to accommodate this for you. We have a large enclosed private garden for your dog to run around in. Our pug Nugs is such a chill companion and is really good at adjusting to your dogs boundaries. His go to is to keep himself to himself but if your dog wants to play or snuggle, he’ll happily join in. Our home is clean, smoke free and dogs are welcome on all furniture including the bed. We’re happy to accommodate your needs and preferences so if you’d like them to sleep on a crate, in their own bed in a different room, or in our room/on our bed - that’s totally fine. We always welcome more cuddles! We have easy access to vets if they needed any medical attention whilst you’re away and are happy to administer medication or supplements for your dog as needed.

This was the first time I had left my two dogs with anyone other than my family. I was worried that Bertie (12) and Daisy (10) would be unable to settle but their stay was just like being with family. Tina is so caring and they got cuddles and a comfy sofa to sit on. An added bonus is the big secure field where Tina takes them to exercise. They will definitely be staying with Tina again if she will have them!

About: Hi, I’m Louise, and caring for dogs has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and, until a couple of years ago, our family shared our home with our much-loved Bulldog, who brought us endless happiness. Losing him left a huge gap in our lives, and we really miss having a dog around the house. Looking after dogs isn’t just something I do – it’s something I genuinely love. Every dog has its own personality, and I enjoy taking the time to get to know them so they feel safe, relaxed and happy while they’re with me. To make sure I can provide the highest standard of care, I have completed Canine First Aid training and Dog Behaviour training. This means I understand how to recognise signs of stress, communicate with dogs appropriately, and respond calmly if an emergency were ever to arise. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing, cuddles on the sofa or simply relaxing in a quiet environment, I’ll make sure they receive the individual care and attention they deserve. I know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet, so I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. My aim is simple: to provide a safe, loving home-from-home where your dog is treated as one of the family. I would be honoured to care for your pet as if they were my own. I work from home and I carefully manage my bookings so every dog receives plenty of time, attention and companionship. My daughter Tia who is currently studying equine management and loves animals, also works with me which means your pet is never just another booking. We offer flexible boarding, overnight stays and holiday care, with lots of playtime, cuddles, enrichment and regular updates so you can relax knowing your dog is in safe, loving hands. Your dog’s safety, happiness and wellbeing are always our top priorities. We have a secure, fully enclosed garden and provide a calm, loving home where dogs are treated like part of the family. I’ve owned dogs since childhood and completed canine first aid and dog behaviour training, so I’m confident caring for dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities. We only take a maximum number of two dogs from the same household at a time to ensure every pet receives individual attention, and we’ll always follow your dog’s normal routine, feeding schedule and any special instructions to help them feel completely at home.

About: I've been taking care of dogs of all kinds for just over two years now. Every dog has its own personality and I take pride in making sure these personalities are understood, so that I can build a genuine connection with them. There's nothing more rewarding then clicking with these amazing animals. I currently work during the day, so taking care of your pets will be a late afternoon service. Weekends can be an all day service. I live in a flat with two other people who are animal lovers too. If there's anything that the client knows the dog likes to get their teeth on then I'll make sure that's cleared away. There will always be water available. And whatever the dogs schedule, I will adhere to that to insure routine is upheld.

We can’t recommend Maddie enough! We have a reactive rescue dog who is very wary of strangers, so finding the right sitter has been really important to us. Maddie has been incredibly calm, patient and understanding from the very first meeting. She took everything at Remy’s pace, and thanks to her gentle approach, he’s already gone from barking at a stranger to happily taking treats, sitting next to her on the sofa and enjoying strokes. She’s kind, reliable and clearly has a real understanding of dogs. We’re so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dog sitter!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for them is second nature to me. Right now, I have my dog Alfie, a complete bundle of energy who needs tons of walks, fetch, and playtime to tire him out. I also recently lost my older dog, so I deeply understand the extra patience, slow walks, and gentle care that senior dogs need. From high energy dogs to quiet seniors, I’ll treat your dog just like my own :) Since I work on a small remote project from home, my schedule is completely flexible. I don't have fixed office hours, which means I have all the time in the world to give your dogs the care, attention, and company they need, especially if you're away on holiday and want them to feel comfortable at home! I’m already out walking my energetic dog Alfie for 2 to 3 hours every day (split into a couple of walks, usually early morning and late evening during hot weather, with plenty of indoor playtime in between). I also have my own car, so traveling to nearby areas or taking your dog to nice walking spots is no problem at all. The house I live in is very big, we usually leave a door open but for first visitors I would go out into garden with their lead on to make sure they know how to get back to the house. I would be happy to let them off the lead and follow them around so they don’t get lost. In the owners home I would always take them out on a lead and make sure they feel safe and the environment is safe before letting them off.

About: I have been pet sitting since a very young age and grew up in a family with 6 cats, a total of 6 dogs and 5 horses. Alongside caring for my own furry family members, I have cared for other pets for friends, family and people who received me as a recommendation. I have also taken my parents new puppy through puppy training recently so have handy tips and tricks to help with dogs while walking and caring for them! I currently work full time typically with 2 days of the week at home where I am available for pet care. My job is flexible so feel free to reach out with your requests and I’d be happy to help! I’m often out of the office working so can easily make time to complete walks or toilet breaks for your furry friends as well as generally checking up on them! My weekends and evenings are free! In my own home, I have a fenced garden so there is plenty of space for your pets to run around freely. I am a huge lover of pets so also love for them to feel comfortable and be on the furniture (if this okay with you). I will always sure I am aware of any rules/boundaries you have with your pets and will be respectful in your home. Ultimately I am there to help you and give your pet some care and love while you’re busy/away.

Chris looked after our two dogs, Reva and Mora, for the day while we popped off to visit Arundel Castle during a weekend camping trip nearby. He was absolute brilliant from start to finish. He took both of ours out for a fantastic one-hour forest walk alongside his own dog, and kept us fully in the loop with regular updates and plenty of photos throughout the day. It gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day trip without worrying about the dogs. We highly recommend Chris and will definitely be contacting him again whenever we’re next camping in the area.

Heather was meticulous in looking after our Cavapoo "Minnie". She's quite a needy dog (I think they're bred that way) and Heather asked us to drop her off briefly a couple of weeks before the booking to check if she would be comfortable in her home. She also asked for dietary requirements and our vet's contact details just in case something happened. Heather messaged us when she had Minnie and sent pictures too. Our only concern was whether Minnie liked Heather's company so much she wouldn't want to come home! Thanks for taking care of our dog Heather - never mind five star, you score ten out of ten with us!

Many thanks to Ellie and her family! We were very satisfied. It was our first time using Rover, booked at short notice and also our first time using a doggy-care outside our circle of friends and family. We were pleasantly surprised at how professional the process was. From the first meeting in advance to the information during the stay. Gladly again!

Kathy was so warm and welcoming and seemed to have everything in place for very happy dogs. She took my dog out for two lovely walks and managed to cope with her rather bouncy nature! My dog seemed very happy when I collected her. Totally five star plus plus.

About: Hi 😊 I’m a reliable and caring dog sitter who truly loves spending time with animals. I have over 7 years of experience looking after pets of all kinds, including dogs, cats, and small animals, so you can feel confident your furry friend is in safe hands. I have a small dog named Minnie, who is very friendly and loves being around other dogs. She’s gentle and sociable, so she’s a great companion for visiting pups. I work from home, which means I have a very flexible schedule and can give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day—no long stretches of being left alone. I usually provide at least three walks a day, along with playtime and lots of affection. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I always follow your care instructions carefully and will keep you updated with messages and photos, so you have peace of mind while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your dog—feel free to reach out with any questions! As work from home so I am very flexible. I usually give my dog 3 walks a day and play with her during the day at home and in the garden. My flat is very spacious and free of any dangerous hazards. I adjust my day care to your needs - just tell me what you need :-)

Sam was absolutely amazing with Lyra. Lyra can be a very difficult older lady who suffers from separation anxiety and can be rather reactive around other dogs. We were nervous about leaving her with anyone she didn’t already know, but we shouldn’t have been. Lyra had a lovely day. I can’t recommend Sam enough. Thank you Sam 😊

My dog, Bo, visited Chelsea for the first time today. We are going away in March and in need of boarding for him so wanted to get some visits in with Chelsea beforehand to ensure he was going to be ok. I was a little nervous as Bo has never done anything like this before but Chelsea was extremely responsive in messages and today went great! I really appreciated the regular updates including photos and Bo really enjoyed his time with Chelsea today. We now have many more visits booked in. Thank you Chelsea, highly recommended!!

About: Hello, I'm Becky. I have always loved animals and my childhood was filled with Jack Russell Terrier's, cats and chickens. Although I don't have my own pets at the moment due to work commitments, I hope to change that soon! I have been a volunteer dog walker for Clymping Dog Sanctuary for many years and regularly walk their rescue dogs. As much as I want the dogs to be rehomed as quickly as possible, I love building a caring bond with the the dogs I see regularly. I am a confident walker who can provide long and fast passed walks if a dog requires. I always take note of any behavioural issues or health needs a dog may have and provide love, care and attention so the dog can have the best walk possible. I'm a volunteer dog walker for the Cinnamon Trust. I have walked many dogs for those who are unable to walk their dog due to old age or health conditions. I have often looked after family member's dogs in their home, providing dog walks, meals, and love, care and attention. I'm currently working part time and have plenty of availability on Mondays and Fridays for dog walks and home visits. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights I'm also available for pet sitting in your own home. I communicate clearly to arrange appointments, and I'm always punctual to visits. I follow the health and safety needs for your pet and provide the best possible care. I am First Aid and CPR trained via the New Skills Academy. I respect your home and will leave it as I find it, securely locking up as I come and go.

About: Hi there , my name is Pippa , and i live in Elmer Sands , Bognor Regis. I have my own cat and a labrdor called lily who's aged 7 I've previously had a girl tabby cat who I had till age 15. My boy cat jake is 12 and was a stray who I've homed. So I'm used to nervous animals , although it took time for him to adapt after his family left him behind by mistake. I love animals and through doing many years helping people with homehelp , cleaning and help with pets , I've gained experience in my clients homes. I've recently helped a elderly neighbour adopt a cat from siddlesham rescue, and am currently helping her to get her rescue girl outside in the garden. I've walked dogs for clients I've cleaned for , and pet sat whilst they are away on holiday. I can supply references if needed. Hope this helpful. Feel free to ask me any concerns or questions you may have. Littlepip x 🐾 I have one home help job locally right now. I have a partner who's a retired builder. So I'm fairly available to sit. I have a fenced garden in a bungalow in elmer sands. I'm quite happy to sit in your home and pets environment if better for you though. Otherwise if dog friendly my labrador lily is usually home. My stray boy cat jake slopes off , and is used to our labrador. I'm happy to pop over and walk your dog , feed, water. I'd rather not help with medications. Yet don't mind a flea and worm pill in food if required. I can cat sit or pop in to feed / give water and fuss in your own home environment if preffered.

About: What sets me apart is the personal, caring and reliable service I provide to every dog in my care. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to get to know their individual personality, routine, needs and comfort levels. I’m passionate about making sure dogs feel safe, happy and well cared for while they’re with me. Whether it’s an energetic young dog who needs plenty of exercise and patience, a puppy who is still learning good habits, or a senior dog who needs a slower, gentler approach, I’m happy to adapt my care to suit them. I’m also committed to keeping owners updated, so you can have peace of mind knowing your dog is being looked after with the same care and attention I would give my own. My aim is to build long-term relationships with both dogs and their owners, providing a friendly, trustworthy and dependable service that you can feel confident coming back to. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine, and I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m available for regular walks, visits and pet sitting, and I plan my day around making sure every dog gets the exercise, care and attention they need. I’m flexible and happy to work around each pet’s individual routine and their owner’s needs. I provide a safe, secure and loving environment where every pet is treated as an individual. I have a large, fully fenced garden and live close to the woods, giving dogs plenty of opportunities for safe exercise and play. About: Caring friendly nature that even nervous pets warm to which I allow at their pace, confident around Dogs especially afore mentioned. Initial introduction is my speciality as was proven when visiting friends in the North East that have 2 x reactive rescue dogs within 10-15 minutes managed to gain the trust of both dogs and had a faboulous long weekend with my new fury family Due to my work with sepecial education I find myself free during school holidays and I appreciate how some familys find it hard to move the Fur Babbies into strange enviroments especially without the usual rountines or family away on holiday My speciality is looking after pets and house sitting which seems to be getting more and more difficult for families that really require this specialist service I have offered this service for friends and family for many years, when I Iooked to live in France permanantly and set up a business I have provided this service and had great feedback Unfortunatly due to personal cicumstances and Brexit I have returned to live in the UK I only offer this service During School Holidays when i am not working myself, when looking after Pets / Homes this gets my full priority I like keeping fit by walking so a win win Looking after your pets in your home is a privelage as I do not have pets myself due to my work in special education & only able to look after pets in school holidays. I believe that this causes families with pets extra anxiety when the school holidays come around as not all staycation accomadation take pets, with new regulations travelling to europe with Dogs has also become so much harder since Brexit. Some people find it hard relaxing whilst on holiday not only about their pets but also security in the home My good friends always say they can relax on holiday when I look after there pets and their house which gives me a great feeling that I am helping people to get some much needed relaxation that normally would struggle to get away I am well travelled and I like to visit different places gaining new adventures which helps me to relax, I also pride myself on being organised and looking after the family home when people are away as well as the pets, fully capable of dealing with any of those unexpected life challenges that come along

About: Hi I’m Niyah, I’m 24 and local in the Cumbria area! Trusting someone new with your beloved pet can be scary, at the end of the day they’re part of the family and a big responsibility, so here’s why I would be a wonderful sitter for your furry friend. First of all I have many fury pets of my own, dogs and cats and I’ve grown up around them, walkies, playing with them and simply having them be my biggest companions. I love to go dog walking on any day and I’m always available if your pet is needing a feed, bathing or letting out, I’ve been trusted by friends and neighbours and now I’d love to meet some pets around my community. I know the importance of your pets physical and mental stimulation and I am spending my time studying animal care to gain knowledge and more experience in what I love ! I’m currently working full time but alternating shift patterns and frequent days off, so I have plenty of time to visit your furry friend and take care of them wether it’s a nice long walk or an indoor play, feed, bathe or a sitter I will always be around and happy to help. My availability is frequent but please do ask in advance so i can ensure I will be there for you consitantly , I can only provide home sitting for 1 night at a time due to working commitments. I will be providing care for your pets within your home to ensure they are in a comfortable and familiar environment with all of their toys, snacks and necessities right at hand at all times and this will also make it easier for you as no need to bring them anywhere, I can also provide things of my own if requested. If your pet is requiring a walk or will be taken out of your home I can ensure that your pet will be kept safe on a lead and a trusted familiar route and I will always have a water bowl and a ball to chase on me so that this walk is the most fun your dog will have in the day!

About: I've always been trusted to care for family pets, whether for overnight stays or daily walks, and I've loved every minute of it. I've also looked after pets for neighbours and family friends, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I love attending training classes with my own dog, Bruce, and have picked up a few fun tricks and training techniques along the way that I can practise with your pup too! I’m currently back from university over the summer and only working part time so i have plenty of time to look after and play with any dogs! My schedule is very flexible to fit your needs. I have a fenced garden and a very energetic dog, Bruce, who will love the company. I am very attentive and will make sure your dog has everything they need

About: I’ve owned a dog for the last 18 years. I grew up with a lively male Labrador cross named Lord, who was reactive with both people and other dogs, so I have experience managing reactive behaviour safely and calmly. After his heartbreaking passing, I welcomed two wonderful female Border Collies, Lucky and Hazel. They’re energetic, friendly with people and other dogs, and very well socialised. As a long‑time dog owner, I know how stressful, expensive, and difficult it can be to find someone you trust to care for your dog, so I’m always happy to help where I can. While I don’t work from home, my mother is home with the dogs during the day, so we can offer a safe and supervised environment for another dog, provided they are friendly and comfortable around my two collies. I hope they’ll all enjoy spending time together.
