Hi, I’m Jade! A lifelong animal lover and I’ve been around cats and dogs my entire life. Caring for cats is my specialty; I understand that they all have their own personalities and I always make sure their needs are met. I’m also a big dog lover and have experience in caring for all kinds from an elderly chihuahua to bouncy young labs! I’m also very knowledgeable about small pets such as mice, hamsters, rats, rabbits; I even had chinchillas when I was a kid! I understand that different animals have different needs and I adapt my care to meet them.

I have a nervous cat of my own so I can’t board your pets at my home, but I can stay overnight at your house if needed. I also work from home so can easily bring my laptop to work at your house if your pet needs some company while you’re out for the day. I can also pop in for daily feedings/walks if needed.

Jade is a great sitter. She’s done multiple long sits for my high needs Siberian including medication etc. She’s always been incredibly reassuring even when I’ve been anxious and being a helicopter cat parent. Very attentive and it makes all the difference having someone genuinely enjoy spending time your baby!

My cat is usually very nervous around new people and tends to run and hide, but from day one he was happily taking treats from her. He normally won't take food from anyone new, so that alone says everything about how gentle and patient she is with cats. She also followed every request perfectly, from leaving the lights on to all the little details I asked for. When I came home, I found Mario wasn't hiding, and didn't show the sign of stress. With some people he's been frightened and hiding when I return, so this was a huge relief. Thanks very much for your effort and care. I recommend her to anyone who has a shy cat.
Jade is brilliant with my cat, who can be aloof and anxious sometimes. I loved seeing the photo updates and how comfortable my cat was. Thank you Jade!

Schedule
l’m a very active person, I walk at least twice a day rain or shine, and it will be a joy to have a companion on my walks! I will always adapt a walk to your dogs age and personality, and make sure I take things like hot weather into account - safety first!!
